I wish I had not eaten it, My blood sugar dropped like a rock about an hour later, I feel like crap !!

Machine Pull-Overs 6 Sets, 20-5 Reps

I bought this machine years ago after reading it was one of Dorian Yate favorite machines, between this and pull up, believe I have built a pretty good back. I felt pretty strong today and thought I would try a set with the entire stack (200lbs) I ended up getting 5 reps and a real boost to my ego. As I get older aches, pains, former injuries have all led to lower training weights, and it feels really good to hit a PR on something.

Alternating D B Curls 5 Sets, 20-6 Reps
Reverse Curls 5 Sets, 20-6 Reps
T-Bar Rows 4 Sets, 20-8 Reps

Lower Back - Hyperextensions

Notes: As I had mentioned in a earlier post, I had a very good donut at about 8am, at about 9am my sugar (blood glucose) level crashed, when this happens, I eat everything in sight to try to get it back up, than I feel like crap till after a good nights sleep and my body resets it self.
 
As I get older aches, pains, former injuries have all led to lower training weights, and it feels really good to hit a PR on something.

We took the grand kids out to Red Robin last night and than to a local Ice Cream Shop, they enjoyed the evening and the wife and I love spending time with them !!



Notes: I have never noticed any effects from Creatine, so I thought I would give it a try one last time. I am going to load it for 5 day with 5 servings of 5 grams per serving (25 grams per day) and than use it 5 grams pre training and 5 grams post training. We will see how that go's ???

Nice workout!! Those shrugs are a good burner!

No experience with creatine, ran it way back in the day but don’t remember and haven’t since.
 
It is going well, not what I had in mind but it's working !!

Nice! That's gold on the oven with how much creatine has gone up in price compared to what it use to be.

I'm a daily 5g creatine consummer and I do feel it helps with strength over time and a lot of research to back it up.

During a gaining phase anyway food is high and you will get stronger. So, it's not really possible to assess creatine's value. If the benefits were acute, then, yes, we would know. But, that's not the case with creatine.

May be during a cut is when you'll really see if creatine helps or not by keeping all other things the same.

Creatine working it’s magic! Lol

I do pee a lot more when I'm taking creatine but I also try and drink more water when taking creatine so that's most likely why.

Nice! You don't see too many of those around. I think i've actually only seen them on youtube or online.

I really like it, some guy had it advertised on Craig's List as a Calf Machine about 10 years ago.

I have one of those also, but I get very bad cramps in my hamstrings sometime using it ???

Yeah it’s the best IMO because it really lengthens everything, but it puts a ton of tension to them for sure and they’re the crampiest muscles by far.

Hammy cramps suck, so do calve cramps.

Yes they do !! I have been doing a lot of foam rolling of my Calves & Hamstrings it really seems to help !

When I get those cramps they are the most painful think I have ever felt !!

They are definitely painful. I use to get ab cramps and those are the worst pain imo!

I almost enjoy the Ab Cramps, it's like ,my reward for a good ab work out, besides my abs look really good when they are cramping :LOL:

I remember a few years back I got a stomach virus and was dry heaving for a couple of days. My abs never look so good! LOL
