Planks (I still don't like these)

These words come out of my mouth on the daily :( But I tell myself even though I dream of being a pro bodybuilder, I'm not. So I live a little and get back on the grind the next day (which I usually repeat this process). It's a endless loop.

You got your grand kids with you. Have fun and get back to the saddle after 2 days.. Just 2 days and you’ll be back.
 
Got to enjoy the grandkids! they grow up fast. I had 3 of my granddaughters stay the night so my daughter could enjoy her anniversary. We finished off a large bag of these sour gummy bears, the one's that are sour on the inside and outside.

Try to tell the scale they are fat free !!
 
I know right! love how they try to make it sound healthy.

I have a very over weight sister in law, who reads this stuff and than tries to tell me it healthy! I guess we believe what we want to believe.

We are watching the grand kids for the week end, we did take an hour walk both Saturday & Sunday, but no workout, my grand daughter made cookies Sunday afternoon so what ever calories I burn walking, I got back in cookies!!

This is one of the best Bicep Pumps I have had in awhile, I just wish they looked that full all the time!

Notes: Diet back on track, now I just need to stick to it. I got up to workout this morning and it seamed a bit cool 29 outside 58 inside, furnace broke! I try to fix it in between set but ended up having to call "The Guy" He had it running in 15 minutes. I'm sure they were expensive minutes, oh well ................ Life is Good !!

Notes: I had a good chest pump this morning, it felt really good. I had my follow up meeting with my new TRT Dr. We are going to start a new treatment regiment in two weeks and after 10 weeks do blood work and talk about HGH or Peptides. I like her attitude toward things. Her thoughts are we are not going to let numbers dictate the treatment, but we will go on how I feel. She thinks I will be my best with my T numbers around 800-1200. Sounds good to me !!

I'm sure your wife will to! Isn't 1200 on the upper end for T levels? I always forget what the range should be. Maybe 300 to 1200?

I couldn't imagine t levels of 800-1200!, 6mo. ago mine was 310.
FYI: 2 weeks into my one body part a week, liking it so far, the pumps are great!

Your levels were at 310 and you are not on TRT yet? I was miserable in the low 300's. My body acted like I was at 0. My original doc didn't want to put me on so I found a PCP that was more worried about me feeling proper than one who said oh you arent below 300 yet... due to no familiarity. After a year she asked my wife where I was and my wife told her I left her practice over being unwilling to do my TRT. She told my wife she would take care of it and asked me to come back. LOL
