Went to Red Robin last night for my Free Birthday Burger and Sundae with my Grand Kids (It is also my Grand Daughters Birthday) We had a great time and I enjoyed a few good foods I don't often eat. Sunday I'm am going out for another free meal, so come Monday I need to get back on the proper nutrition train !!

Notes: Last night I tried the Somatomax at a half scoop, I wake up on weekdays at 3am and on weekends at 5am, I slept today till 7am (10 hours) but I did feel great when I got up !! I guess this my have to be a weekend only supplement or I need to buy an alarm clock.

Been wanting to try this supplement. Do my own Hgh support concoction of Niacin, melatonin, magnesium, l-glutamine, and ipamorelin at bedtime.

@THOR 70 I slept very well and did not feel groggy when I got up but I'm not sure how I would have felt after my normal 7 hours of sleep. I will try it again on a weekend and report back !
 
I wake up on weekdays at 3am and on weekends at 5am

I'm about the same but more like 4am on weekdays and weekends. I need to buy some of this so i can catch up on sleep during the weekend!

Driving home from work my blood sugar went low and I got hypo. so as soon as I walked in the door I was slamming Crackers & Humus, so my Carb numbers are a little high.

Notes: I have not done barbell free weight squats in quite awhile, so today was the most intense leg session I have had lately, it felt really good and wore me out !!
Sweet! I really miss Back Squats.

Its nice to have one of those power sleeps every so often. the older I get the less sleep I need.
I slept till 9:30 Sunday morning. however Didn't get to bed till 2:00am. spent the weekend in OKC watching the youngest play in a college softball tournament. For some reason the wifey was feeling frisky after not getting home till almost Midnight.
 
Sounds like a good reason for going to sleep late !!

Notes: I meet a young lady that was a friend of a friend and learned she is HRT Dr. so in our talk I told her my Family Dr. like my TRT dose so my test level is around 300, she said that was way to low and she would keep it around 800 and than she ask me if I had ever thought about Peptides, so I made an appointment and went for blood work, we will see where this go's??
 
I am anxious to see what she has in mind for Peptides ??

Probably Sermorelin or something like that. That is what I have seen others mention being offered from HRT. Curious, also curious what the difference in cost is.
