It sounded so weird, I had to order it. Glad I did it was very good. I ate half of it with my burger and the next morning I threw the other half in a skillet with some onions and 3 eggs - very good breakfast !!I can say I have never seen a Ramen bun.

Notes; I stepped up my calorie game today, we had the grand kids over for diner to night, my grand daughter requested Egg Noddle's, White Rice and Hamburger Gravy, we also had Pea's and Oreo's for desert. Pretty darn good meal. I did my thing this morning and added weight or reps again to all the movements. I must say it is starting to be a real challenge, but that's how we GROW. I went to the Doctor today for my quarterly blood work, I should get a call to see how it came out.
