Yeah love Helios. The BPC 157 and TB 500 seem to really help and speed healing process if there is soft tissue damage. Fair warning it can get very expensive, especially TB 500. Let me know if you’re interested in trying them and I can give you a basic protocol that’s worked for me.Da
Daily HELIOS has helped my knee a lot I should start applying to my shoulders also. I have never used BPC157 or TB500 ???
The Side Lateral Machine is the worst a 2.5lbs plate is the most weight I can use and it hurts !!

Oh boy you would hate me then. Our lawn guy comes every 2 weeks, going to switch him every 3rd week once the draught weather kicks in so the grass doesn't die. of course most of the street is on the every other week plan so it doesn't really stand out. My son pays for him instead of having to do it himself. I used to mow it weekly, now we don't have a mower at the house at all.I have neighbors like you![]()

Maybe 4 weeks and a back off week / deload, don't beat those old joints up with the teenage testosterone mindset. Then again I am injured and just don't want you in my position. 06/14/22 Weight 182lbs - Week Three Of Program
It is a rare thing when I miss a planned workout, last night I just could not sleep, I took some Advil PM (Nope) some Benadryl (Nope) I finally got up at 2:30am and headed to the gym, I was groggy and felt like cramp so I called it.... No Workout Today. Got on the computer aka social media for about half an hour, than I laid down on the couch and got about 2.5 hours of a good deep sleep.

That's the worst when you can't sleep. It was a little hotter than normal in my upstairs last night and if it's too hot inside then I just toss and turn. Feeling a little groggy today myself.
If I had landscaping like yours I would be upset if people did not mow regularly next to mine as well. Everything looks beautiful!
I sleep poorly in general but l Carnitine didn't change that. It kinda made me feel better all the time at higher doses 600-900mg per day. Most of the time I used it was 300mg per day and the only thing I noticed was increased sweating and more endurance in the gym for weight lifting, not so much cardio. Then most recent I used 180mg 4x week and didn't notice anything at all

But Surprise, Surprise, I once again added weight and or reps to every movement. I am feeling better this afternoon but not 100% yet. On another note might youngest daughter cook my wife and I dinner to night and it was very good.

Higher test/hormone levels can make sleep harder. You are more wired up. I definitely don’t need as much caffeine anymore through the day now that my DHB is kicking in; I am on neurological overdrive.
