A Day In The Life Of Rocket

If I have to do it during the week it might cut into my training time.

Rained where I am at as well :( Will be push mowing my yard either today or tomorrow depending on how wet the ground is.
 
It was a very light sprinkle when I was mowing, the grass was barely damp.

Daily HELIOS has helped my knee a lot I should start applying to my shoulders also. I have never used BPC157 or TB500 ???

The Side Lateral Machine is the worst a 2.5lbs plate is the most weight I can use and it hurts !!
Yeah love Helios. The BPC 157 and TB 500 seem to really help and speed healing process if there is soft tissue damage. Fair warning it can get very expensive, especially TB 500. Let me know if you’re interested in trying them and I can give you a basic protocol that’s worked for me.
It would require injecting into the shoulder though.
 
I cut it once every 10 days or so whether it needs it or not

Oh boy you would hate me then. Our lawn guy comes every 2 weeks, going to switch him every 3rd week once the draught weather kicks in so the grass doesn't die. of course most of the street is on the every other week plan so it doesn't really stand out. My son pays for him instead of having to do it himself. I used to mow it weekly, now we don't have a mower at the house at all.

Oh wow now that guy... There is an issue there. I think my grass would be brown if I did it twice a week, would just burn right up and not have time to heal.

Yeah that guy is inconsiderate! We have an HOA that would definitely prevent that crap.

My whole street is pretty faithful about every 5 days, and we are just behind at about once a week, but we share a big front yard on one side with a neighbor who’s also a dad in his 30s with kids, and we’re on the same wavelength - it’s perfect. Our yards always look pretty in sync and we always keep it nice so our boys can play.

Fresh cut grass is a beautiful thing! Can’t tell you why, but it’s always satisfying.

Maybe 4 weeks and a back off week / deload, don't beat those old joints up with the teenage testosterone mindset. Then again I am injured and just don't want you in my position. You could crush it with no issues but if shoulders are already bitching you might want to play it smart / safe.
 
I did start applying HELIOS this morning to my left shoulder !
 
Nice, PRs weekly means this program seems to agree with you. I agree with MrKleen on adding a deload week, and if timed properly you generally come back from a deload feeling a little refreshed and stronger.

I do not believe I have every done a formal Deload Week, it maybe a new way to switch things up !!

I have never done a deload week. I have always done a 7-9 day decondition, when my log numbers start to drop.
I might have to try one sometime? I really enjoy the time off for the first 4 days and then it kind of jacks with my mind. But damn I feel good when I get back at it!

No Workout Today. Got on the computer aka social media for about half an hour, than I laid down on the couch and got about 2.5 hours of a good deep sleep.

But Surprise, Surprise, I once again added weight and or reps to every movement. I am feeling better this afternoon but not 100% yet. On another note might youngest daughter cook my wife and I dinner to night and it was very good.

I sleep poorly in general but l Carnitine didn't change that. It kinda made me feel better all the time at higher doses 600-900mg per day. Most of the time I used it was 300mg per day and the only thing I noticed was increased sweating and more endurance in the gym for weight lifting, not so much cardio. Then most recent I used 180mg 4x week and didn't notice anything at all

Weed free, I have cut 14 yards this week by myself and just got done cutting mine for the second time this week....yes its only Wednesday!!!!! Gotta have the diamonds at all times 💯

Training is going so good right now, I swear I am getting stronger and leaner everyday. I Love It!! My wife planted all the Hostas, she really likes the also.
 
Yeah coming from low T to slightly super physiological levels is going to have small cycle like results for the first few months. Enjoy the ride back up!

Higher test/hormone levels can make sleep harder. You are more wired up. I definitely don’t need as much caffeine anymore through the day now that my DHB is kicking in; I am on neurological overdrive.

I'm only doing my prescript TRT right now 100mg a week
