Cant afford them both so which would be more desirable for keeping cortisol levels lower. Having great results with Phosphatidylserine 800 to 1000mgs a day but its expensive. Im planning to use these long term. Reduce Xt or Phosphatidylserine. Thanks in advance

I'm currently using Invalid Link Removed - which contains Invalid Link Removed.

I have also used Lean Xtreme and the original DermaTherm - both of which contain 7-OH AND 7-oxo.

It's too early yet for me to evaluate Invalid Link Removed, but I have had definite success with both the original Lean Xtreme and the original DermaTherm - more the DermaTherm.

If you're going to use a cortisol control product, then I recommend using on that has BOTH 7-OH AND 7-oxo if you can find one.

Invalid Link Removed has other benefits than just cortisol control. Invalid Link Removed can be used long-term, whereas Lean Xtreme is recommended to be cycled. Invalid Link Removed also has other benefits than just cortisol control. It IS sensible to cycle on and off cortisol control products, though, to give your body a break, and because you don not want to become dependent on such products, not to mention that your body NEEDS cortisol and having it at low levels for chronic periods is not good for it.

the 7OH product will be more effective per cost, hands down

EDIT: But hormonal C inhibition is easy to go overboard with. Vit C/Rhodiola/PS seem to have a more self-regulating nature, whereas steroidal anti-C just smashes it down if you're not careful. I might lean towards PS if it's really for long term consumption

Reduce XT hands down

for straight up cort control, 7oh. I like to take Phosphatidylserine as an overall health/well being product when I'm looking for cort control and mental acuity.

They work differently. PS keeps your cort from spiking instead of crushing it.

Cort is a required hormone, so if you are thinking long term supplementation, the only real option here is PS.

7OH is good for short term supplementation.

Is there any BAD TASTE to the ENDO AMP

If so - please describe

thanks

My initial review of Invalid Link Removed:
EndoAmp Max

Smell: 2/10. EndoAmp Max smells like a chemical - hard to put my finger on, but almost like nail polish or varnish.

Taste: 2/10. Nasty. Worse than it smells. As bad as Vitamin B5 powder.

Solubility: 10/10. On shaking there was no trace of the powder and no clumps or excess was left in the water or on the bottom of the shaker.

Texture: 10/10. Like fruit juice diluted with water.

Other Effects: N/A. Even though it smells and tastes like a$$, the taste will lessen as I get used to it to the point I will no longer notice it, and the product is highly beneficial and useful to me for cortisol control, so I am going to continue using it regardless.

However, as I stated, the taste pretty much disappears as you continue using it (and using Invalid Link Removed with it helps as well). If you don't like the taste, then mix it with something else, like I did :)

I concur with these cats.

Thanks peeps. Ordered ;)

If I could justify the price tag, I would use :

CEL Suppress-C
PP EndoAmp
SNS Reduce XT

It would cost $100+, but at least I would know I'm getting effective doses of cortisol lowering ingredients...instead of underdosed proprietary blends.

EndoAmp Max contains Phosphatidylserine and i have only heard good things about it.
stack that with toco-8 and need2slin i think might be a nice comboe for a repartioner and lowering cortisol.

Studies have shown that soy-derived PS does not affect cortisol in any way. It is the bovine-cortex PS that possesses the cortisol lowering attributes. Given the risk of transmitting mad cow disease, BC-PS is not readily available for purchase. Soy PS however did increase sprint capacity significantly.

Given that PS is so damn expensive, I wouldn't even bother.

I could be wrong however.

I think most people go overboard on the Lean Xtreme dosage. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon where Cortisol tends to be at it's peak. Then take a vitamin C after workout. Good to go. To take 600-800mg PS a day is very expensive.

I get better results from 3 caps of Lean Xtreme per day rather than 2, but the effects of 4 caps a day are hard to assess as that dose aggravates my extisting shoulder problems.

BTW folks that don't know, Lean Xtreme has both 7OH AND PS. Not to mentuion 5AT and forskolin.
