Cant afford them both so which would be more desirable for keeping cortisol levels lower. Having great results with Phosphatidylserine 800 to 1000mgs a day but its expensive. Im planning to use these long term. Reduce Xt or Phosphatidylserine. Thanks in advance
the 7OH product will be more effective per cost, hands down
EDIT: But hormonal C inhibition is easy to go overboard with. Vit C/Rhodiola/PS seem to have a more self-regulating nature, whereas steroidal anti-C just smashes it down if you're not careful. I might lean towards PS if it's really for long term consumption

They work differently. PS keeps your cort from spiking instead of crushing it.
Cort is a required hormone, so if you are thinking long term supplementation, the only real option here is PS.
7OH is good for short term supplementation.

EndoAmp Max
Smell: 2/10. EndoAmp Max smells like a chemical - hard to put my finger on, but almost like nail polish or varnish.
Taste: 2/10. Nasty. Worse than it smells. As bad as Vitamin B5 powder.
Solubility: 10/10. On shaking there was no trace of the powder and no clumps or excess was left in the water or on the bottom of the shaker.
Texture: 10/10. Like fruit juice diluted with water.
Other Effects: N/A. Even though it smells and tastes like a$$, the taste will lessen as I get used to it to the point I will no longer notice it, and the product is highly beneficial and useful to me for cortisol control, so I am going to continue using it regardless.

I think most people go overboard on the Lean Xtreme dosage. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon where Cortisol tends to be at it's peak. Then take a vitamin C after workout. Good to go. To take 600-800mg PS a day is very expensive.
