Toolok thanks you should try M-Drol if your trying to gain good strength and bulk a little SAFER i went from 187lbs to a solid 205lbs i went up in bench from 275 to 315 i now can rep 275 6 times and squat @ 385 to 425 this a crazy prohormone im telling you just try it at a three week cycle of Intense training you will see dramatic unbelieveable results

Day 3 update:
took the recommended dose of 2 pills in the am and 2pills in the pm.
no workout today. just a lot of forum surfing and posting.
i am for sure feeling 3-ad for a few hrs after i take my dose now.
but i also seem to get a crashing type of feeling inbetween doses. the crash comes with a slight headache and fatigue feeling.
also i've been hungry as a mofo over the past few days!!!

Hank, have you noticed anything in the way of strength gains yet?
too early to tell yet really.
i took yesterday off from working out.
and i noticed no change in my previous workouts w/3-ad so far.
but i'm noticing the effects of 3ad for a few hrs after i take a lot more over the past day or so.
so maybe tonights chest and tri workout will be a good one.
i'm going to dose 3-ad w/some fat on an empty stomach 1/2 hr prior to my workout to see if it helps.
Will you bee doing weekly measurements/weigh ins Hank, or are you going to wait for the end of the cycle to measure things up?
yeah, i'll do a weekly comparison of all stats.
but probably just do one round of photos at the end of the cycle since this is only 3 wks long.
from stepping on the scale this morning it looks like i'm up 1lb!
which is cool because i've been stuck at 180 for over a month now.
I am still subbed, and so Hank doesn't get the wrong idea, I am in here in a non-homo fashion.

took me awhile, but i found it
Day 4:
dosed two caps in the am and two caps 1/2hr prior to my afternoon workout.
at the gym i worked chest and tris while my eyes worked this one girl over.
i've seen her before at the gym and i think she might be a stipper just trying to stay in shape to advance her career.
or she might be a regular girl who was wearing a stripper costume at the gym.
the only thing missing was the clear heels.
i seriously contemplated offering her money to take her shirt off!
as for the workout:
strength and overall workout intensity felt the same as usual.
i'm still feeling alert and good for a few hrs after dosing.
however today i didn't get the lul inbetween doses as i have the past few days.
i am feeling a sort of slight cramping/tightening of my muscles though. especially in my abs.
it makes me think i might be growing a new set of abs or something.
also still starvin like marvin.
that's about all i can think of for the moment.
