Go to the gym everyday at the same time?
"Try" to. I mean, time management wise.

Had a nightmare of a time with this move. Plus it will allow me to take care of cnp business in the morning, play at night haha.

Although things are finally starting to calm down so thats good.

Ill be able to start really concentrating on the gains.

I love working out in the morning. I feel like I have lots more energy over night faster than I do during lunch time. Sadly due to work I usually go during my meal break since I don’t have time before work. Weekends I’m always there by 6-7am and feel so much better

Okay back to my log. A little life update. Offically out of the apartment, so I can pick things up here a bit. Walking and starting to RUN with the dog now. My cardio is definitely improving.

Weighing in at 257.9 this morning even after cheating most of the week and going off the rails at texas roadhouse this weekend. Figured I would be closer to 260.... That's a little over 1 lb. Im shooting for 2 a week now due to the mk677 and chemical series im running. Upping calories to 4600/day now .

Increasing total fat this time around.

My wife loves Texas Roadhouse so I go there a lot. I usually stick with a 8oz sirloin and double chili
Solid macros and tastes good
I miss there cheese fries

I eat all of it straight with a spoon, then order more.

Okay okay so I got busy but big update. Coming off of a deload week. Elbow is bothering me so im doing my rows under handed to see if its too much overhand pulling.

Weight is up to 269.4. I know big jump but its not all muscle. Daughter had her birthday so I polished off the sweets.

Adding in some "var" to lean bulk on. Numbers incoming in a bit.
