We will see. Can't really stretch my lats all the way. I hit 225 on bench for 8 so its not crippling its going to lower them for a couple workouts. Taking it easy, going for bloodflow

Ya take it easy don’t want to get hurt and not be able to do anything for a few weeks. I’m going crazy now without lifting for 4 days due to healing from a vactomy lol and would be going crazy if I can’t workout for a few weeks due to a injury I inflamed.

Good news everyone! Im starting chemical 4 and 1 on monday. Gainzzz. May have some ostraine on hand and anavar to add later.

Wife wants to get a bit healthier before we try for the kid.
I loved my Chemical one and four run and can’t wait to do that again. Im running Chemical X right now -4 tabs a day (did 3 a day for first bottle) with a test base loving it so far.

Start weight for my chemical run is 248.

Ill be running 2 caps /day of both chemical 1 and chemical 4.

10 am dosage and 10 pm. 12 hrs which is the half life of our chemical series.

Food still at 4500 since im gaining weight now.

Move almost done, it's been hectic but oh so rewarding. We look like hoarders with all the boxes but it's getting there. Throwing up some pics when I get a chance. Also im now a full timer over at chaos and pain. We will be searching for amother rep soon, so be on the look out
