How does a hands on hip MM look? Or a one hand on hip with the other clenched by your waist? You should open up your abs and it will help those shoulders pop more IMO

I've been playing around a lot with that shot actually bc now I actually carry enough muscle mass to be able to. So I'll give them a whirl after my workout today, thanks.

I may send you a few and see what you think. I'm just trying to keep consistent from check in to check in, ya know?

Btw cardio was completely cut this week

Once you get lean enough in prep your body can do so many crazy things

Eat a pizza lose weight
Drop cardio and lose weight and get fuller
Refeed on multiple days and lose weight

The body is an absolutely crazy machine once you reach a low BF setpoint

Yep. Volume will be turned up a touch since recovery should be improved with the cut in cardio. Legs and back twice a week now

Use your knee in the side tricep and side chest to pop your hamstring. You could make your hang look 2x better.

So for my post workout meal I've been getting a little buck wild the past few weeks.

I'm adding 1/4 cup pumpkin to me cream of wheat with 3 packets of Splenda, 1TBS sugar free pumpkin spice coffee creamer and some pumpkin pie seasoning. It's been life changing. But I'm so fukcing hungry all the time now it also plagues my soul...

Debating on what to do after the show. I'm obviously going to chill and go back down to TRT but have been discussing ideas of SARM use with my coach in the 4-8 weeks post show. RAD-140 and GW-50156 have come up as I have a good connection on both products but haven't seen enough on bloods paired with it. Just looking at my homies and their experience and if they know of anything else info wise in there.

GH will actually be bumped up to 4iu post show to keep everything tight and knowing that won't have any negative impact on health.

I'll probably be dabbling with MK and CjC w/DAC during blasts as I think I've got the BG issues I've had in the past using it figured out (after discussion with coach) and well I again I know GH works but this will be much less costly lol.

From what I've seen it looks like positive effects of RAD and GW come with TRT doses and everything ends up competing for receptors anyways. I'll be doing bloods at 4 and 8 weeks post show but I'm more concerned about health at this point than maybe holding a few lbs and a few % of conditioning. However, of health impact would be
Minimal I'd take it. Now the lipid boost I have seen from the GW DOES make it ideal for a post show run bc what I'm using on top of dieting crashes them and mine aren't the best to begin with.

Again I've discussed ALL of this with my coach and bloods are the one thing we both have not really seen so seeing what you guys may know.

It doesn't matter what I do with legs (1x a week, 2x a week, 3x a week) They grow like weeds lol

A lot actually. Mine used to be like that but this past year they kinda hit a sticky point. Once I split them up growth started again.

Took me a month to get use to my new gym. Was at my old gym for 20 years. It was easy to make up my workouts when you know every piece of equipment by memory.

When I hit a new gym when I travel (gone more than 3 days), The workout usually isn't very good and all over the place. Even a different kind of free weight jacks with my mind a little. I'm just a creature of habit I guess!

Not trying to be a jerk but have a legitimate question but have you thought about gyno removal? When you're real lean like you are now, it's VERY noticeable.

Oh you're good bro. I'm fully aware. I had a consultation a while back. It'll be explored this off season.

Best part is we're not really pushing anything right now. Cardio MAY be added in next week. Been off burners too outside of clen.

Just added 50mg Winstrol into the program, should zap that gyno a touch lol.

Plus I've been sloppy with my Adex and prami dosing missing a few days at a time. That stops today lol
