Thanks buddy. Seem to be almost changing daily now. Same thing happened last year where I had like 3 weeks of progress happen in one. I'm hoping for a refeed this weekend or high carb day. Not because I'm dying or anything but I want to see how I look!

I go to bed with veins running all over my abdomen and legs. Last year I'd only look like that at the end of my refeeds. Now, this is an "enhanced" prep and last year wasn't but am still interested.

That's the regional show. There's another I'm doing I. 5.5 weeks that's also a "regional show" but not as Large as the Nov 11
Shoot even in 5 weeks you're gonna be looking nasty. MPA nasty even

Light back today. Got some work done on it pre workout so it was all about the stretch and blood flow

So carbs have been dropped down to 187/day. No added cardio and high carb day Saturday. Some carb sources have been swapped out. Hot Oat bran pre workout and post workout bagel is now Ezekiel bread. Everything else stays the same
carbs getting cut, grocery bills going up haha

Fukc man. No kidding. 25oz of 99/1 turkey and 18oz shrimp every damn day. That's cooked weight too
You not a fan of chicken or eggs? About all I saw jack ever eat was COR, Chicken, Rice, and a few shakes a day. Don't think I ever saw him eat fish. I like how flexible porter is with his clients and their food preferences, which is probably the case here. Shrimp is expensive AF

No, it's what's on my meal plan lol. That's probably what was on jacks. I have 99/1 turkey meals and the others I can chose from cod/shrimp/orange roughy. I have two whey shake meals also.

I HATE fish and matt knows it but doesn't care bc I'm not a genetic outlier and it is what it is.

Off season he's all about egg whites, chicken and beef for me. In fact, last blast I don't think I had any fish. If I did it was only 1 meal.

When it's prep or mini diet time its 99/1 and shrimp/white fish allllll day.
