Nah I would guess around 1200 at max. Heck on my now workout days I eat 1700 and he is only drinking about 250 cals each time and what ever he eats. Still it takes some major focus and dedication to pull this off.
 
Yeah, I was thinking about 250/ meal in my head but when I counted out loud I added it up wrong. It's been one of those days!!

My Calories are approximately 1,300 - 1,400 cals/day since yesterday and until Friday, Saturday I'm not going to eat or drink anything until I go eat the pancakes or waffles have not decided which yet, guess it just depends on where I go... Ihop or Waffle House, but I will go and I will eat a few I can tell you that! Honestly, I'll probably go to Ihop because the wife likes that place better and I believe they are doing a $5.99/all you can eat pancake stacks, not that I'm going to actually eat that many, but I might eat 2 stacks!

The Move actually isn't scheduled to take place until the weekend after Halloween, so not this weekend, but the weekend after... Sat & Sun of Nov. 5th & 6th, and that is if everything goes according to plan, having a few technical difficulties at the moment!

Wait the move as in the shift in my diet, or the move as in my wife and I relocating to a different apt. complex? My diet will be very temporary, LoL! The move to the apt. complex is as permanent as that is where we will live until we decide to live someplace different, LoL, I mean it isn't gonna be forever, but we don't have any immediate future plans for any other places, like waiting for a house to be built or until x-time when we buy a house or what-not, really my whole life is like an airplane circling the airport waiting for my turn to land (my airplane landing will be when I graduate Nursing School or win the Lottery, whichever comes first)!

- This was a good workout, I felt both strong and had good stamina and got good reps, again felt the burn and was definitely pumped, I mean my entire upper body was extremely pumped and very vascular, when I took my shirt off in the locker room before going into the sauna and looked in the mirror I had to do a double take, first to make sure no one was around to see my admiring myself in the mirror then to actually flex a little and say to myself... "Damn... if I am looking just like this holding that Damn THOR Hammer, then I am Fugging there!" I mean don't get me wrong, I am still my own worst critic and I can still lose a little bit around my belly-button and my lateral & rear flank region to be absolutely perfect, but above the belly-button... WoW, I have never in my life been this big & lean at the same time! Oh, the workout took right at an hour maybe it went over by about 5mins, but if it did that would be about it! I didn't have as much time as I normally do in the Sauna, was very tired this morning, lack of carbs, and it was harder than usual to get out of bed, I even contemplated sleeping in and just doing Back & Bi's tomorrow and then Chest & Tri's on Friday, but I told myself... "NO... your energy is not gonna get any better from this point, get your A$$ up and do what you know you have to do, it is almost over and then you will have more carbs again and this will not be as hard!" and I did just that and I'm glad I did! See... sometimes that inner-voice can be a good thing, even though mine usually isn't, LoL! Anyway, back to the Sauna, I did the sauna for about 15mins, then cooled off in the pool with my normal pumping exercises and cooling off, about 10mins, hopped in the shower and got to work. I am getting there guys, I am getting there!

Diet:
Meal 1 - 2 scoops of whey protein in water (pre-workout)
Meal 2 - 2 scoops of whey protein in coffee (post-workout)
Meal 3 - 2 scoops of whey protein in coffee
Meal 4 - Protein bar of some sort (at least 30g of protein, the rest who gives a FUGG)
Meal 5 - 2 scoops of whey protein in water (pre-sleep)
2+ gallons of distilled water all day long

- Just some updated FYI style info on how I'm feeling... I am really not feeling all that bad, I mean I have my moments where I am hurting and I have started experiencing some cramping here and there, but overall it is not that bad. My worst moments are when I am trying to wake up in the morning... I swear I would just sleep these next couple of days away if I could, but once I'm in the gym, the blood is pumping and I'm seeing the veins in my arms and forearms just flaring away and my muscles are pumped and burning, I usually have no problems getting through my workouts, then I am so happy to relax in the sauna and the pumping exercises in the pool feel so good because I'm cooling off, so all of that is heaven, but after I get out the shower and am driving to work I am feeling pretty damn bad, like heat-stroke kind of just drained, I'm talking a "Dead-Battery" then I get to work and drink that coffee & protein and feel better for about an hour, then I start feeling more and more and more drained until it is time for the next coffee & protein which gets me in a good place for about another hour, then start feeling more and more drained as time goes on, by the time I eat the protein bar it is like I'm just too far gone, it just continues and then I get home and all I can think about is just getting in the bed, I drink my shake down, lay in the bed, maybe put on a movie or talk to the wifey about our day, then I'm out and it starts all over again, sleep is very good by the way, I sleep like a Fuggin Baby, so no problems there what-so-ever! I will say this though, I usually have to wake up at least once, sometimes twice in the night to pee because I'm still depleting and drinking all that distilled water through out the day and it is the hardest thing to get out of bed and make it to the bathroom, like a workout in itself, LoL! Anyway, just wanted to put it all out there and share with everyone, I'm sure anyone who has done some serious dieting and or carb-cycling can relate to how I'm feeling, but it is almost over, then I will most definitely be adding my oatmeal back in the morning and some other type of complex carb with either meal 2 or meal 3 and will add another meal to get back to my 6 meals/day again, so I know things will improve energy-wise once this Saturday is over!

Zero Cardio... Honestly just too tired after a good workout to get it done and I work like 10hrs a day, so going 10hrs later after I get off of work... really is not an option! I mean I know I'm burning some extra calories by going between the sauna and the pool and doing my little cool-down/pump sessions in the pool and sweating my Arse off in the Sauna, but not as much as just getting on a piece of cardio equipment and doing an hour of moderate-low level cardio (just enough to elevate the heart-rate and maintain a fierce sweat.. the fat burning zone).

Believe me, I know that I would have hit my mark much easier and quicker if I continued with the cardio, but when I did it in 2008, so many things were different, I mean the deck of cards were truly stacked in my favor... I was still working as a Chiropractor, had very little stress in my life, was actually getting paid fairly well, and had really great hours. I worked out in the morning, got to work at 10:00am worked until 1:00pm, then to the tanning salon & back to the gym for 1hr of cardio, then back to work at 3:30pm til 6:30pm, then home and that was Monday through Friday with Saturdays and Sundays off for play-time or time with my daughter, was the easy-life! Now, I work Monday-Friday from 10:00am til 8:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am til 6:00pm and Sunday is all day with my daughter until I drop her off at school Monday morning! See why I am very happy with myself just getting to the gym every day Monday thru Saturday and spending my 1hr lifting and another hour-ish between the sauna, pool & shower?

Day 108 - 10/27/2011 - Forced Rest Day (Full-Out Day of Stress)

- Ok, so everyone is probably saying WTF... not on the last leg of the race, I know, I know, I know, I'm not happy about it either. So my brakes on my car were and have been Totally Fugged up ever since I got this car and I really like this car (Red 2003 Honda Accord Coupe EX V6 V-Tech, all leather, fully loaded), well finally, I have figured out the problem, my passenger side caliper on my front brakes is totally bad, because 6 months ago, I got all new rotars and new pads, well when my buddy took the wheels off, he was like "Holy Mother of all Things Great & Small" one side was down to the metal and grinding and the other side had never been applied one single time! So now I know what was going on all this time and why my car never stopped right, etc. etc. Well he hooked me up, since he is the one that changed out the rotars & pads last time, we went to autozone and there is a warranty on them, so I got 2 new rotars & all new front pads absolutely free, and I went ahead and bought two new calipers, so I know they are both new and the other one won't be going out from all this over-use, etc. That cost me only $85 and my buddy did all the work for FREE (I guess he felt bad for not catching on to the fact that one caliper was bad when he changed out my brakes and rotars originally), so that took up my entire morning, but I have all new front brakes and you won't be reading my obituary in the Atlanta Journal Constitution anytime soon, at least not from my brakes failing on me, LoL!

OK, so my make-up plan is to hit Chest, Biceps, & Triceps tomorrow to make up for missing the gym today, I am going to skip calves and just do Abs since I won't be showing my calves on Saturday anyway, then taking the day off of the gym all day Saturday, it's Game-Time guys and I got my Game-Face on For Shizzle!!!

Diet:
Meal 1 - 2 scoops of whey protein in water
Meal 2 - 2 scoops of whey protein in coffee
Meal 3 - 2 scoops of whey protein in water
Meal 4 - 40g Protein bar
Meal 5 - 2 scoops of whey protein in water (pre-sleep)
2+ gallons of distilled water all day

Thanx Bro, I'm not unpleased with my results, as a matter of fact I am very pleased considering I really did just about the whole thing with no where near as much cardio as I have done in the past, which does not hurt my feelings guys, not one bit!!!

I do plan on continuing for as long as it takes to get a few more % leaner, I mean the holidays are coming and of course I will eat whatever the Fugg I want on Thanksgiving, but Thanksgiving day only and then I will be home in New Orleans, Louisiana for Christmas holidays, so I'm just giving myself that whole week off from the gym and dieting, then when I get back I will have a week of eating clean before I drink myself silly for New Years, then after that... ZERO excuses, I will continue until I get as lean as you see me in my present Avatar or extremely close to that, and just do my best to maintain that or as close to that as I possibly can! I am going to dabble a little with the whole Lean Gains protocol and intermiten fasting once I hit my desired BF% or what I want to see in the mirror (no belly-button flab, no flank-fat, and the veins in my lower abdominal region).

As far as the Pink-Tutu dancing to Lady Gaga choreography is concerned, trust me, it will be funny, I will make a TOTAL & COMPLETE A$$ of myself and I truly believe it will be EPIC on this Forum, everyone will LOVE it and know that when it comes to just having fun and putting it all out there and paying my debt in a lost bet, I'm "THAT GUY!!!"

Well the Halloween Costume Party/Contest I am attending is this coming Saturday 10/29/2011, so 3 days to go before that and that is what I was initially preparing for. Day 109 - 10/28/2011 - Chest, Bicep, & Triceps

OK, so I did things a little different today, energy was extremely low and I had a lot to do, so I did it Morry style and did Circuits.

Circuit 1 - Incline Hammer Strength Chest, Standing Curl Bar Curls, Cable Rope Tricep Presses
Set 1 - Incline Chest 1 plate on each side for 25 reps, 40Lbs Curls for 25 reps, 60Lbs for 25 reps
Set 2 - Incline Chest 1 plate on each side for 25 reps, 40Lbs Curls for 25 reps, 60Lbs for 25 reps
Set 3 - Incline Chest 1 plate on each side for 25 reps, 40Lbs Curls for 25 reps, 60Lbs for 25 reps
Set 4 - Incline Chest 1 plate on each side for 25 reps, 40Lbs Curls for 25 reps, 60Lbs for 25 reps

Circuit 2 - Incline/Decline Cable Chest Flys, Dumbbell Hammer Curls, Lying Dumbbell Tricep presses (like skull crushers but with dumbbells)
Set 1 - Incline chest 20Lbs each side for 25 reps, 25Lb dumbbells for 25 reps each arm curls, 25Lb dumbbells for 25 reps each arm triceps
Set 2 - Incline chest 20Lbs each side for 25 reps, 25Lb dumbbells for 25 reps each arm curls, 25Lb dumbbells for 25 reps each arm triceps
Set 3 - Decline chest 20Lbs each side for 25 reps, 25Lb dumbbells for 25 reps each arm curls, 25Lb dumbbells for 25 reps each arm triceps

- Ok, so that took 30mins and I was just cashed out, I had planned on doing one more circuit, but I just didn't have the energy and I am so glad I didn't force or push it to be honest, because afterwards I went int he sauna for 15 mins, then in the pool and while flexing in the pool, really started cramping pretty bad, so I had to just stretch it out the best I could and take a shower and had tons of time, so literally just watched TV and hung out in the Lounge area of the Locker Room and watched Sports channel for like 30mins just trying to recover my glycogen stores so I felt like I could move/function and not cramp up. The rest did the trick and I am in the office, just downed my protein & coffee mix and I feel alive again. So no I didn't do any Abs like I had planned, but believe it or not Abs were the muscles cramping the worst, it all started right after a big sneeze, LoL, I guess I flexed all my muscles when I sneezed (involuntary contractions and all), but after that sneeze in the pool, it was on, I was like Oh... $hit, I'm in trouble, LoL. Plans for the rest of today... absolutely nothing physical, will bleach my beard blonde and clean shave my upper-body tonight when I get home from work, then I work all day tomorrow from 10am til 6pm at the Nutrition store, again nothing physical, I'll come home relax for a while, then start getting ready around 9:00pm and leave for Ihop by like 10:00pm, not that it takes me that long to get ready, but I have a wife and we will be lucky to get out of the house by 10:00pm even if she starts getting ready at 8:00pm, then it is Wild Bills and THOR time, expecting to get to Wild Bills around 10:45-11:00pm (the Ihop is walking distance from Wild Bills). That is about as much detail as I can give you guys! Oh, I will try to make another video of myself tomorrow afternoon before I leave work and post it online, that way y'all can see me at my most depleted, and then after the weekend of course I'll be posting a ton of THOR picts!

Diet:
Meal 1 - 2 scoops of protein in water (pre-workout)
Meal 2 - 2 scoops of protein in coffee (post-workout) I tried banana in the coffee today (tasted good, interesting, still prefer the choc. peanut butter with my coffee)
Meal 3 - 2 scoops of protein in coffee (Last Meal until pancakes tomorrow night)
Exactly 2 gallons of distilled water (I cut off all food and liquids at 3:00pm)

- Tomorrow, I do not plan on eating or drinking anything other than the amount of distilled water it takes to swallow down my vitamins and supplements throughout the day.
 
Day 110 - 10/29/2011 - Day Of THOR!!!

So no exercise today, I am working at the Nutrition store from 10:00am - 6:00pm, no food, no liquids (only enough to take my vitamins) until I meet MORRY out for some pre-contest Pancakes at around 9:00pm. I tried bleaching my beard last night, had to attempts and it only got about 2 shades lighter and I want it to look albino blonde, anyway, sitting here at work (nutrition store) with white bleaching cream on my beard, hope a customer does not walk in, LoL. I'll shoot a picture on my computer real quick for a laugh!

Yeah, one more time should suffice, it definitely lightened up a lot more this go around, seems to have gotten rid of all the brown, just the red! I could always go as "Red-Beard" Arrrr Ye-Matey!!!
 
Do it again but you're probably going to need a "blue-rinse" it's the purple coloured toning stuff that people who have a tendency to end up ginger /orange use to remove the redness.

Don't know what it what be called in states, but our drugstores carry it, it is normally in the specialist shampoo area, for bleached hair - you'll know it's the right stuff if it's like a dark metallic blue/purple colour - in the UK I think they're called a touch of silver

Another option would be to look for a semi permanent hair dye that is ASH (ash grey ash blonde) I believe it will also kill the ginger

Or go to you nearest friendly hair salon, tell then what you're trying to achieve and maybe they could help you out or point you in the right direction of a product

I appreciate the suggestions, but I think this last time will be blonde enough, I mean not looking to pay like $100 to have my beard dyed so I can shave it the next day! The weird part is I used to do this back when I was in college, just dye the Goat-T and it only took one time and would be like albino white, I used to do it to imitate "Big Papa Pump" the wrestler, now looking back on it, it was so stupid looking, LoL, the things we do in our youth! Another little thing is that this whole costume thing is going to be taking place in a night club, so the fact that my hair will be "ginger" as you call it, the red hues will not be so noticeable, dim lighting!

I actually have it all lathered up again, just waiting the 15mins the I will rinse out, I'll take a final picture in a few mins!
