tuning into a DF log for the first time. just read/skimmed thru the past 10 pages or so. holy christ. you ARE a machine. and a smart one at that.

interesting read with the protein article. tho i have to admit, ive been trying to ween myself off of whey because i was using it as breakfast for my entire winter quarter. 8am class and insomnia. not a good mix when you want to get in a nice big breakfast :lol:

also, what schools in australia are good or known for engineering? i found a study abroad program at my school and australia is on the list, and there are about 10 schools to choose from.

looking forward to tuning into this regularly :D

I would definitely go for big cities, Sydney or Melbourne. University of Queensland would be a good choice too (Brisbane). If I had a choice I would go for Melbourne. It is an AMAZING CITY. Awesome dining, arts and entertainment, fabulous outdoors, great shopping, in short- can't go wrong with Melbourne :thumbsup:

I've been on a DRASTICALLY increased carb intake regimen for the first 6 weeks of this stack and I have not experienced any sides. I take 2 caps with any meals containing over 60g of carbs.

I have reduced carbs in the last 2 weeks simply because ....

I should put my brains into genetically engineering gluten-knockout (knockout is a scientific term, no kidding ! :lol:) wheat and oats !
 
Holy milk cow, you've got a lot of supplements! I have about two shoe boxes worth, so at MAX I could put up 2 photos (if I owned a digital), but you've got my art collection beat.
 
That better not be pre-ground coffee...and :puke: on those Kenya beans. I've never found a single Kenyan coffee bean I liked. :dunno: - The aroma is similar to elephant farts and tribal dances.

How is that NOW Rhodiola? Do you notice much from it? I'm pretty sure I love Rhodiola (I love AE and that's one of the main ingredients), but I've often heard conflicting things about some of NOW's products.

It looks bad I know but I tend to order stuff so it lasts me at least three months. The shipping charge from NP to Aus is over 50$ so I don't want to be making orders every so often.

If I had my own grinder I would buy beans but I don't. Doesn't bother me because the coffee shop I get them from grounds them on the spot, so they are FRESHLY ground. They had lots of varieties to choose from so I kind of went randomly the first time. The Kenyan isn't too bad but it certainly isn't my favorite. When I try all of them then I'll let you know :p

I think it is ok but I certainly had better stuff like Biotest Rhodiola. Comes down to how much cash are you willing to spend I suppose.

* What can I say, I decided to throw a 2nd leg workout in my weekly routine (cause the wheels definitely need some extra stimulus, they simply won’t grow Invalid Link Removed), so I had to resort to something different ... I’m already doing deads for back, squats and lunges....what else is there to do than machines :dunno: Ahhh, Good Mornings of course, but I think I’ll start doing them in place of deadlifts, I’m kind of getting sick of lifting stuff from the ground :p I think my CNS is in a state of DEAD-BURNOUT :ntome: :run:, that’s what happens when you get into a habit of hammering them twice a week (as was the case last week). * It was an awesome workout, I think I just enjoyed the change. I seriously don't think it is all that hard, just needs some practice, like everything else in life :)

* When I got onto the Leg Press I started feeling restless, I was frantically craving a compound workout Invalid Link Removed, and so I engaged my mind to come up with some thing other than Squats, Deads and Lunges that I could do in a superset. I failed tho :(

* I was quite surprised I wasn’t sore AT ALL the day after. I expected some pain given the “improvised new routine”. Initially I though that I just haven’t pushed myself hard enough, however, looking back....

.... ever since I added Prime to the stack, recovery has been no short than AMAZING. I hardly ever feel sore, if I do it is very mild. Plus, I started hitting the gym 4x/week instead of 3 and strength is still on the rise :thumbsup:

* Have yet to post my 4th workout of the week, some nice improvements, stay tuned :)

Well I did no lifting as of yet, but lots of running. It is a brainless activity as opposed to lifting.....and I have a LOT to :think: about. Mainly changing my routine. Still haven't come up with a workout plan that is :

a) brutal enough and
b) deviates significantly from the one I've been doing for the last 8 WEEKS :eek:

Thank you very much :wave2: and I'm all for upping the dosage. You seem to respond well to PRIME anyway, but I did read a lot of people expressing that PRIME had a dose dependent magic number. Your current dosage "might" be as good as it gets, or it might not. I can't say for sure that 9 a day was my "magic number," because I didn't dose it any other way, but my gains were damn near magical.

You sir, own a lot of PRIME. You could pour out your PRIME bottles on your bed and make PRIME cap angels. Have you stacked the PRIME with the DTHC?

Prime/DTHC would be a great stack, but I'm saving my Prime for a later run.

NP reps get a monthly stipend/store credit. I think I've gone over it successfully every month lol. Somehow there's always other stuff to add to the cart; I'm great at impulse purchases. We'll see how good MrBigPR is at curbing his spending lol.

* Normally I can hit 170lb+ on the Lunges but that is when I do them first. Just shows how effective Squats+Deads are in murdering leg muscles :D

* Next time I do this workout, I’ll try HARD to keep the weight the same and focus on increasing the reps instead. My body is way too used to the 4-8 rep range. Time for a CHANGE ;)
 
It is necessary Snag, I'd rather lift in the ~170lb range for 6 reps than in ~140lb range for 10 reps :fool2:
