-Do you currently experience any sleep issues? Yes, typically wake at least once a night and not to take a piss. Been this way for years.

-What will your goals be during this log? First and foremost, improve sleep patterns, secondly my goal would be to improve my recovery after workouts. I typically work long days on my feet so traning balls to the wall leaves me wipped. Would love to see how hghpro could improve me recovery time. Lastly, id like to see the fat loss benefits of this product. I am working on recomp now, so i think this supplment would be a great addition to my program.

-What other products do you think you will be using during this log? ON Whey protenin, animal pak multi, omega 3 fish oil, and my standard pre-workout( either Rage by Universal or Maximize by Iforce)

-Are you able to update at least three times per week? 3x a week updates are not a problem.

I have never used HGHpro. I have used AppNut IGF2 and love it. Also Ghenerate gave me great sleep/dreams/recovery.

Sleep can be an issue somewhat . . . I am a night person, unfortunately I have a day job. I know I dont get to bed early enough for my sleep needs so anything that helps get me sleepy and a good nights rest is appreciated.

I finished up triathlon season a few weeks ago and I lost some size. My goal for the next few months is to put on 5-6 lbs while also staying lean. I am 5-7 and about 163, I want to get to 6ft . . . wait, HGHpro wont help in height, DAMN!! I want to get to around 170 solid lbs

I can do a solo run do give my body a break from other supps or I can add in DAA or Titanium. As far as staples I will be using creatine, BCAAs.

I workout 4 days/week so I can update after each workout along with commentary about sleep and recovery aspects.

Very interested in this promotion, I have done 1 log in the past for IBE, and they got my full coroperation when it came to logging and being a un-biased subject, thats why i feel i would be perfect for this, because i dont have a favorite company or supplier.

-Do you currently experience any sleep issues? HELL YES!!!! I toss and turn all night, i have a trouble time falling asleep around 9 and im up every hour checking my clock, I can work a 12hr day come home workout for 2 hours and still not be exhausted and wont be able to sleep.

-What will your goals be during this log? My goals will be get better sleep and to lean out, I want to get to that 10% and below BF range.

-What other products do you think you will be using during this log? Multi-Vitamins, Fish oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin B Complex, AAKG Citrulline Malate, Whey, Maybe a AI or maybe Erase from PES, NOt sure prob just run it stand alone.

-Are you able to update at least three times per week? Yes I able to log atleast 5 times a week​

-Do you currently experience any sleep issues? Somewhat. Wake up 2-3x a night, sometimes takes time to fall alsleep as I have trouble winding down as I always go thru my day, how it went, overview of tmw etc etc. Would like to wind down a little quicker and perhaps have a more restful sleep.

-What will your goals be during this log? Better sleep = increased growth

-What other products do you think you will be using during this log? Protein, thermogenic, multi

-Are you able to update at least three times per week? Most likely every day if not every other.
 
No experience with HGH Pro.
Broken sleep roughly 5 nights a week.
Creatine will more than likely be the only supplement used during the time frame.
I will be able to meet the requirement of 3 updates weekly. More than likely ill update atleast 5x a week.
My goal is to lean out slowly while maintaining as much lbm as possible.
 
Also, I would like to add that I have never used any products by AI, and I think this would be a great opportunity.

It happens on occasion waking up bathroom, thirsty or kids. I have been using 3z on occasion

My main going is to put on some muscle weight. I plan on upping my calorie intake and carbs. I will also be using Glycobol and possibly some ALA, depending on if the ALA is needed

-What other products do you think you will be using during this log? Definitly a pre BSN hyperfx I think, protein powders, glycolbol, maybe ala, infinite force if I can handle the waxymaize

Im having some pretty bad sleeping problems as of late, yes. I dont know the cause as I historically sleep like a rock. Recently I have a problem staying asleep and always wake up after 6 hours of sleep feeling pretty groggy.

-What will your goals be during this log?

Sleep hard. Also bulking, so ideally I should be sleeping more than I do to grow =p.

Nothing besides the staples - Controlled Labs Orange Triad, preWO, fish oil, zma, green tea extract, LCLT, recently started Vit D @ 10,000 IU (have over a year's supply, too!)

-Do you currently experience any sleep issues? Yes, repeated disruptions. Currently taking Trazadone to help me sleep. Would try this as a stand alone to check sleep pattern improvements.

-What will your goals be during this log? Continue weight loss while maintaining or increasing mass and strength.

-What other products do you think you will be using during this log? Will likely wait till I finish my next cycle in early to mid December, so this will likely be part of my PCT. Will include the HGHPro, CEE, Torem (for the first month), Milk Thistle (first month), Possibly some Alpha t-2 or some other thermogenic and or Erase , Fishoil, RecoverPro and whatever protein powder I have on hand.

-Are you able to update at least three times per week? I usually update at least 4-5x/week when I run a log.

Asside from the samples that came with my "swole stack" i have never used it.

I sleep ok during the night, but wake up groggy and tired no matter how much sleep i do get.

my goals during the log would be to gain strength, size, and vascularity

other products include but are not limited to: superdrol clone, test blend, proper PCT, protien, preworkout, creatine, etc.

although i have a small post count, i have been a member since 09. and im on here everyday. i could post everyday if need be.

Gym-Rat here, starting the winter bulk this week. I expect my numbers to grow substantially (and I'm not just talking about my waist size, haha). Yes sir. The actual getting to sleep is where the trouble mostly lies. I toss and turn a good bit, but nothing too wild. Just not the easiest time actually falling asleep.

Well I was not familiar with this site before a little birdie told me about it.. And I just got my computer cleaned up so I am able to post a little faster! So I should be able to keep up... However during the day with my phone the nacvigation is still slow and a little difficult at times... Right now I will post something and it never posts.. then I have to write the whole thing over very timeconsuming. Thank goodness for you all it is slow at my job right now!
