12 weeks of ANDROHARD...JUST DO IT

Starting January 9th I shall be running 12 weeks of androhard at 6 caps per day. For the first time in my life the focus of these three months is going to be on bodyfat reduction. Sort of cutting but more trying to recomp. Focus is on loss of bodyfat..but I dont care if the scale doesn't go down I care more about the mirror. I decided to do this not only for the recomp effect but also because my nipples have always been on the puffy side and I am hoping this will help reduce the puffy look.

My diet is going to be pretty strict for the three months it is going to look like this as far as macros:
workout days: ~ 400 g protein, 300 g carbs, 60 g fat
nonworkout days: ~ 360 g protein, 200 g carbs, 60 g fat.
Going to keep this level of carbs for week one and every week I am going to lower my carb intake. I'm not sure my exact weight I will weigh in when I stat day 1 I am starting to eat a little less lately so I will prob be low 200s at the weigh in.

I am going to be lifting weights 5 times per week and will be doing low/moderate intensity cardio for 20 mins twice per day. I don't want to do HIIT because my nervous system gets pretty fried from my weight workouts. I want to keep the cardio at a moderate tempo where it is slightly hard to breathe but I can still hold a conversation.

I am going to try my best to find my camera it is around here somewhere....so I can add some pics to this log! Extra motivation not to cheat ;)

Kinda long for an oral cycle. Even if it's not methylated it will have some ramifications. Usually 8 week max
 
I have gotten the clear to run for more than 8 weeks from the PP reps plus Ill prob get bloodwork Im not worried

In for it. Im planning on a AHard and a ALean come feb

Androlean is deff on my next to try list. If this cycle goes well I think by the end of summer I might give androlean solo a try for 8 weeks. Very intriguing that I may be able to reduce body fat and build a similar quality amount of muscle mass compared to their bulking products.

I'm thinking instead of 6 weeks going to 8 as well.

I am convinced length of time is what helps build and solidify muscle with anabolics. There is only so much you can gain from a short 4 week cycle with a methyl.

Take Toco-8 with it. I'm taking Toco-8 right now with my test/eq/mast cycle and it seems to contribute to sperm production and testicle size, for what its worth. I actually think this stuff works to be honest.

Unfortunately due to my college student status I do not have any more funds for supplements but I think I am going to run bulk DAA 3 grams at night when on cycle as fl3x suggested.

I like the DAA idea I have a bunch of AI bulk DAA I shall use it at nighttime with my last protein meal :)

Edit: as far as pct plans I have a bottle of erase pro coming my way from natty (he graciously hooked it up thank you natty if you see this :) ) and I was deff going to have DAA in there and might add ostarine it seems to be all the rage.. And ill prob end up adding hdrol to my last 6 weeks of androhard thats why I would want to make the pct a little more comprehensive compared to if I just did androhard.

I am semi trying it since I am using DAA.. I cant afford anything else to run with it tho lol 3 months of AH aint cheap plus everything else I bought around new years...
 
First 6 caps down the hatch when I woke up today!! IT HAS BEGUN.

Had a solid shoulders, tris, calve workout.
Got 70s 10, 80s 10, 80s 10 for DB shoulder press. Moving back up in weight my shoulder is finally feeling better!!
 
in for the updates, will be running AHv3 for 8weeks in May!

I have some Testo/100 patches with your name on them. Only problem with using that as your DAA/resveratrol source on cycle is it has other test boosters in it that could possibly interfere with the DHT. I will have to read into it a bit more if you are interested.

well that is a very generous offer..does it really work and would there really be a benefit over bulk DAA at night?
 
Did a bicep and ab workout..followed by 20 mins cardio on a bike. DAY TWO FEELIN PUMPED.

Here is a back pic flexed wide lat spread.. hoping to remove some of that lower back fat and get some more striations towards the end of my three months.

Keep up that hard work.
I'm continue with calories On supercharged until March probably then assess and go from there.
