man i was so sore this day, my whole body is sore. it feels really good to be sore but not so good for a chest day lol. completed a normal workout with a couple less sets. kept it pretty heavy, but my chest was still sore from like 8 days ago, and the rest of my body is more sore than that. this could be from the EPI i guess, i been pushing it really hard. getting help with extra reps on all my lifts.

75x7(PR), 75x5, 75x5 - pr was probably from less sets of flat, all my lifts been going up consistantly though

hanging weighted dip - my triceps were so dead already, i was surprised to get any reps with these
45x3, 45x3, 45x2, BWx10, BWx6
i cant wait to compare my lifts from before cycle, i think my gains will be very impressive. i was not familure with the term (PR) at the start so i didnt really take note of them along the way.
took day 59 off, def needed a break but its the weekend and my favorite time to lift so only one day off this week. plus i only have a little time left on cycle so im gonna push it as much as i can without injury lol
i ate before the gym so my weight is up, i was looking huge. im am still pretty sore all over, i feel like my body is growing in every direction. i started wearing a cut off sometimes now, man i have gotten much bigger. i hope to have gained another half inch in my arms by PCT. ill have to wait, i usually have 16in flexed, i feel like they are about 17in now haha.

high row - did more concentrated motion today with a pause at the chest, lower weight because im sore
100x12, 100x11, 100x10
straight arm push down - this was a new lift, very good core workout, and if you flex it at the bottom it targets your lats very well
