this cycle was so long, i dont know where to begin. I've learned so much, cutting is def a personal thing. If it was easy everyone would be shredded...but its not and neither was the last 11 weeks. Overall I'm happy with the knowledge and strength Ive gainned, as far as the cut goes, i wish i would of done alittle better. Still this is the most cut ive been in 6 years, if not ever in my life, so I really shouldnt complain.
First 4 weeks
The SD run was killer, made some quick strength gains. My diet was like a rollercoaster, most of the time i was starving. This was not the correct approach to lose weight. I was so hungry all the time and quite simply miserable, to say the least. I had good days and bad day but after week 3 the lathargy kicked in. Then i was tired and hungry all the time, talk about the wrong PH to cut with.
5-6 bridge weeks
Dbol, SERM and AI week was good, I think i managed pretty well coming off the SD. Actually I think I started to fell great coming into my EPI run. I love dbol, thats the 3 time i have tried it.
week 7-11
Epi/Oxyguno was slow to come on. It was a very mild PH combo, pumps were minimal but strength was def there. I found myself pushing through some pretty heavy weights toward the end. Again diet is everything on a cut, these PH's def helped me keep my muscle mass if not gain a little throughout 11 week of a calorie deficient diet (half the time lol). I did like Epi, i think it would have been alot better not following 4 weeks of SD.
cardio i think was my biggest mistake, i did none. i was too obsessed with hitting the weights and just didnt have time to squeeze it in. especially this last month with all the new years resolution people in there. also i was studying for a certification most nights and was losing sleep too many nights of the week. this could have also stunted my fat loss, i found myself very stressed over this whole process. so really not much to recap on, I used well known PH's so no need to review the things i ran. Ill get on to some quick stats and move on to a Sponsored PCT!!!
