N2KTS is pretty good so far, I just took one scoop for the first time and I gotta be straightup I had mad focus but as far as any euphoria it was lackng, I seemed to get some sick pumps though, always the best part! The thing I LOVE the most about N2KTS so far is that it mixes easy, it mixes with color and taste AMAZING, I can't believe people were comparing it to jack3d bc the ingredient profiles were similar, I don't care if it pretty much was the same thin bottem line is N2KTS mixes great with no grit and really does taste AMAZING! Compare that

Just got back from mountain bike ride, everything going smooth and its only 8, bout to go put some more protein in my system looking foward to working out around 10 or 11.
Abs are super sore, calfs are not as sore as I would like them to be ( not after last night anyway )
Chest feels like it could go again!
But... I have to focus on todays goals and that would be full arm and shoulder beast mode

So todays work out was pretty good, arms on swole son!
Dosed the N2KTS at 2 scoops today to see if it would intesify things anymore but I think I took it to close to my morning protein shake, I had this bloated feeling through out my workout that really didn't go away untill I did some crunches. I still had great focus though, the n2kts was helping through a long workout, bc I seriously thought about stopping and going inside a couple times but I'd just take a swallow of water and get right back on the grind!
So far I'm loving this stuff
 
Thinking about seeing how many times I can rep 205 in one set tonight, if I pull off some outlandish sh1t ima take some rest time and then record a video

O damn, haha... My b, bench pressing, having a strong bench press is essential to me
Bc most of my friends that don't know shish about bb, think that having high bench means everything, lol I just like the braggin rights I'm stronger than most of my friends but I don't wanna stop there. I plan on being able to max out at 300 - 320 when feb. Hits, so I gotta stick with it
 
Monday nights calf exercise really bit me last night and through to today, I'm walking funny I am so sore, but I'm keeping the protein coming in strong I'm not sure my body is gonna recovered for tonights workout but even so, gotta stay focused

2. Did about 300 crunches split up across the day, abs were really sore and I figured I should take advantage of that and train them considering I really could use some extra definition there
3. I want to have atleast 2 rest days per week, wednesday seems like a good halfway spot

Tomorrow:
Back, abs, legs

So far I've gotten in anywhere from 160 - 210g of protein each day, ima shoot for 260 tomorrow

Its hard for me to get 260g of protein in,
I don't fully want most of my protein to supplemented shakes
So I was thinking like a 160 vs 100 solid to shake ratio would be good as a goal
And what ever remained is left atleast 2 - 4 hours pre bedtime will be recompensated in the morning ( I'm on a pretty good path with a cut right now don't wanna slip up, start bulking mid december )
The reason why it is hard is because
1. I'm not from wealth, and I myself am unemployed, so steak for dinner and left over steak with turkey and more left overs is high protein to me
2. I have enough protein supps to get in 200g a day within 4 shakes but something in my heads saying no, too much liquid and too much from one source

I'm liking it a lot actually, at 1 scoop focus is straight up.
Took 2 level scoops the next day was straight up too.
Took 2 big heapin' mc nasty scoops today, had focus through my whole work out and even got some jitters towards the end but I like that feeling... So as of right now I can say its pretty good stuff, can't beat that mixing and the flavor either brah!
 
Glad to see your liking it man. Since your cutting why not start super setting to help burn more calories? Hell im bulking and still doing supersets i just like how intense they can get. Keep at it man!
 
Yea man I do cardio everyday somedays twice a day if me and my friends play some ball,when I bulk I do little to no cardio

I just got jack3d in today because where I order from I can get it dirt cheap and in one day to my door, haha. but this stuff looks tempting... you make me wana KTS... where do I get sum?

Man I didn't really feel the need bro, when I do my cg lat pulls I do high raised pauses and usually when I do them my back is feeling good, its murder by the time I get to rows, on my typical back day by the time I get to deads I only wanna get that little bit of power feeling that raw strength, its not an exercise I burn out on

alright, straight up heres the 100

the same as jack3d in focus - acts great
taste like some high dollar underdosers - taste great
mixes clean with no grit, disolves fast too - mixes great

so far im lovin it, need 2 scoops though but im used to that with pre wo's
i have a feeling ima need 3 scoops about halfway through but it varies with people, because i remember i was up to 3 scoops taking jack3d before i finished and was just hanging on to a b.a. tingle and a buddy of mine 1 scooped his whole container with good energy all the way through
it would be nice if i can 2 scoop this shiat all the way to the bottem, then it will in my book become the king of all pre wo's
