Hell yea, I've been running my ass off and dieting for my training. Is yours next month? My marathon is May 25th I've dropped 5 pounds in less then a week from all the running.I'm taking today off and will make em up tomorrow. Tired from a long run today, I've begun training for the Marine Corps Marathon.

I've missed all this week, but on one of my training days this week I have pull ups in my workout so I'll do 200 then to catch up on this and on my 100 every other day workout

I think I am going to start doing a few sets here and there with my flak jacket on for the extra weight. It seems to be around the right amount of reps vs strength ratio for me. I won't be doing it later in the higher reps. just wanna ask something first, i have a history of right anterior shoulder dislocation..it happened 3 or 4 times and the last was a year ago..it affected my shoulder and my back as well but currently i go to gym to gain some strength for it..
do you guys think i am fit enough to do this challenge?..well i'll just go around light weights of course...
