1-T log with Pre-cycle & Post PCT Blood work

Somehow I've missed this thread, and jumping on the bandwagon late.
Question, if you don't see results till week 3, how long does 1 bottle of 1-T usually last. Do you recommend running 2 bottles to get measurable results?

Primordial Performance recommends 6 week cycles for maximum results.

As GMG and Max Golf said earlier it is 2 bottles for a 6 week run which I will be doing. Any particular questions you have along the way about my experiences or just in general ask away I will do my best answer.
 
I finally videotaped myself squatting, and the way my body is built, my parallel is about an inch or two above my butt touching my ankles... I gotta get deep to make parallel... one of the few times in my life I have envied people shorter than me.

yeah I enjoy being short for the reason that I dont have to be as big as yall to look big! and I can put bigger weight up easier! haha.

But yea, squats and other lifts are definitely not to a taller guys advantage :(

same with me. Just the warm up sets and light weight. then just "deep" squats on the mid to heacy weight.

Guys I am not getting to they gym tonight because we are under tornado warning with tropical storm winds and rain. everything is flooding so I am just staying inside tonight. I came up to my parents to hit the Post office since my campus doesnt have a new post office yet because of the hurricane.

it's raining here too but i'm stuck at work. we're probably only 3 hours from each other so whatever hits you will likely hit me soon
 
hey guys I found my other bottle of 1-t, it looks pretty messed up though. the left half on the longitude is the normal color and the right half looks like oil. WHen it is pumped it comes out extremely liquidy and the oily color. there are also a few huge air bubbles in it now?

How was it stored?? flip it upside down and give it a good shake. That should take care of everything. Whats the weather like?? Hot Cold??

Yeah I will hit them today. my upper chest is finally starting to fill in since the past year somewhat well. I'm finding i need to hit chest 2-3 times a week for it to keep growing... that same case goes for all my muscle groups.

yeah it makes it hard for me because with my schedule I can only lift 3-4 times a week so I have to double up occasionally. I usually pick one muscle group to do more than the others every week to try and even it out.

I dont see how that can be man...are you sure you are getting in enough cals/protein?

I eat anywhere from 3-6 chicken breast per day. 2 servings of Universal Real Gains weight gainer (600 cals per serving with 52g protein per serving) plus the rest of my meals.

my body is just weird as hell. You remember all the sets and reps I used to do on that high rep training scheme a few months back? That never made me sore... not even once. I am just a freak of nature.
 
wow! Well that definately is not the answer then...maybe has something to do with all the conditioning you did in HS? Idk it seems like there is something you should be able to do.
 
well damn the gym was closed today so I went ahead and worked on my bike some. I took off the carb and rebuilt it back cleaned it etc and ghetto rigged a throttle cable till mine comes in. Rode around the parking lot.

I wish I could up date of my weight, but I cant. Day 11 so far and I have yet to notice anything out of the ordinary except for a little bit more hair shedding.

correct! and that you only push your products... well shoot the main reason I became a rep for AN is because I loved the products and got good results. Same goes for you with LG. I just think it is silly. Companies dont just randomly pick reps usually.
 
alright man.

well i ready you're having problems with you're chest so i don't want to go to hard there. It looks great, but you look like you need to put some more work in developing the upper pec region. maybe some incline/benches incline fly's (although i think you're already doing these) it could also be the amount of seperation you have making the upper region look a little flatter.

i'd put in some hard work on your obliques and your serratus. You've got the abs, but without any development outside, they almost look fake. (not accusing you) I think if you put in some heavy work on the lat's and really bring them out it should help bring out your serratus, and stretch the skin a little more tightly over your obliques which will really complete the look.

overall though i'd say really solid work. You've got a great foundation, and what looks like fantastic frame to really add slabs of meat to.

edit: also I agree the middle upper chest is what is lacking here. I guarentee if you make heavy db pullovers a staple, you will notice a huge change Tex. You still have one of the best bodies on this site bro. (do i really need to put no homo?)

i guess he's not spreading them enough.

then i stand by my earlier statements of developing your serratus I think it will really give you a shredded look.
