I reckon ALCAR/PLCAR/LCLT with ALA and shilajit (plus maybe additional components). Marketing along the lines of supercharging mitochondria and similar concepts.

This stuff is impossible to find; it’s always GPLC that seems to be around. How hard is it for someone to just maintain a consistent supply as a baseline ingredient/product? This stuff just rocks in so many ways.
