I was wondering if there are any distributors in Europe that has GlycoPhase on its way? All my usual haunts are out (predator, bodyshock, Unreal Supps)
I absolutely recommend you running at least 3 bottles for the full experience. If you are looking for something to stack it with, M-Test (also from CEL) goes really good with it.
My advice would be to look at weekly volume and frequenzy. Id put most of the work on the side delt, find lateral movments that work well for you. Hit them 3 times a week with a total volume around 12-20 sets depending on your rate of recovery.

I have been using oral L-carnitine tartrate for years with my PWO so i am very interested to see if i notice a difference.

You know how much i love GlycoPhase and i dont have the needed imagination to see how you could improve upon that formula. I usually stay between 300-500g carbs a day so im not sure i need anything stronger per say. But... :D
