Same, 400 at night. I’ve never gone more than 400 though, so interested to hear about higher doses.I take 400 at night. But read some guys supplement higher than that. I read pre workout for contractions, or post workout for muscle relaxation. I take glycine at night but was thinking of trying a different for like oxide around workout

Same! I have to take it at night or i'm drowsy all day.It makes me SO DAMN SLEEPY

l-theanine, valerian root, and magnesium together definitely helps me wind down at night.Night time for me, helps shut me down. Never noticed it when pre-workout. Mind used to go all night long, until I started taking magnesium, specifically, ZMA. Turns out it's high functioning anxiety, never knew. I also add l-ornithine and l-arginine to the mix.
