Magnesium pre or post workout

I played with magnesium pre workout for better contractions/workouts and didn’t notice a difference personally, so I went back to bedtime schedule.
 
I take 400 at night. But read some guys supplement higher than that. I read pre workout for contractions, or post workout for muscle relaxation. I take glycine at night but was thinking of trying a different for like oxide around workout

Same, 400 at night. I’ve never gone more than 400 though, so interested to hear about higher doses.
 
I workout mostly in the evening now so I take 400mg pre workout (around 5-530pm) otherwise I take it with my last meal of the day

I have my magnesium PWO in my creatine (Magnesium Chelate Creatine) SNS. Can't say I've noticed being sleepy from it ever
 
Night time for me, helps shut me down. Never noticed it when pre-workout. Mind used to go all night long, until I started taking magnesium, specifically, ZMA. Turns out it's high functioning anxiety, never knew. I also add l-ornithine and l-arginine to the mix.

l-theanine, valerian root, and magnesium together definitely helps me wind down at night.
 
I take 400 before bed 400 when I get up. Keeps my heart in rhythm. Was taking 1200 but it gave my diarrhea bad. Relaxes me at night. I also take zma.
 
Kuba have been speaking a lot about magnesium lately.

I really like watching his youtube videos. Both him and meg are very insightful when it comes to training, nutrition, and supplements.
