L-Carnitine Gel by XPG - L-Carnitine & Propionyl L-Carnitine (PLCAR) - Available Now!

will switching to a topical give better results.
10x better results with no risk of stomach issues that I have seen from oral doses. works quicker, better pumps. easy dosing. two pumps is enough for me. I often apply it in the gym lockerroom before a session.

So ive been taking 1g of L-Carnitine Tartarate with my PWO for years now. I will never pin anything so the question then becomes, will switching to a topical give better results.

I understand the debate about oral bioavailability, but im wondering if anyone have been in the same boat and done the switch.

To be frank, i find topicals to be a hassle. But L-carnitine is one of those things id really like to get max effect out of.

Topical L-Carnitine is going to be the closest that you will get to the benefits of the injectable from what people say.

I never got anything at all out of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate when dosing it by itself, but I can definitely tell with L-Carnitine Gel.

1 pump to each top off foot/ankles a good spot to apply?

I'm running out of other spots due to other topicals.

No, you can apply it to those areas if you would like to.

If I'm not mistaken, I think that @Dustin07 applies to a lot of different areas.

I normally do inside of arms and inside of thighs and sometimes traps myself - but that's because I have a long beard so if I applied to my chest it would get in my beard haha.
Ok thanks. Do you know if there is a lot of diffe

I use like 3 topicals on top of each other lol. Shoulder trap area. I just sit in front of a fan 5 to 8 minutes. Since starting this I get extremely sweaty

L-Carnitine Gel is systemic so there shouldn't be a lot of difference in where you apply it.

I don't personally use any on top of one another. I could see there being some overlap the way I plan on doing Napalm Xtreme and Lipoderm Xtreme, but besides that, I don't put any on over the other. It's probably not going to hurt anything, I'm just OCD about stuff like that.

With XPG products, each carrier is customized based on the properties of the individual ingredient(s) so in my mind, that's why I try not to overlap. (But I don't think its the end of the world either) .

That's something I really like about the XPG products is that they apply easy and dry fast and easy.

I have in the past, I don't now but that's just because I almost always wear flip flops and have pets so I don't want any risk of it getting on them. (Although I'm pretty sure a massive tortoise with enhanced endurance from L-Carnitine Gel would be a funny meme haha).

I use inside of arms, inside of thighs, and shoulders mostly. DHEA-50 Gel I do 1 ml on inside of my wrist first thing in the morning.

Tops of feet/ankles are reserved for CurcuPrime Gel for me... but shouldn't be any issues using the L-Carn there. Skin is nice and thin.

I've used the L-Carn gel: on shins, back of calves, back of knees, quads, chest, shoulders, arms... basically whatever random spot is available depending on other TD's I'm using haha, and never noticed a difference in the overall effects.

I do feel like XPG’s topical is MUCH MUCH better than taking L-carn orally
Not on the same league
If you don’t wanna pin, switching from oral to XPG’s gel is a no brainer

Thanks guys, put an order in for a couple of bottles.

there is a strong possibility I am on the spectrum and I have strict routines that I follow because they make sense in my morning process but basically I do this:

exit shower, dry off, and I put in my contact lenses first while my hands are still clean.
apply any TD's I'm using to the areas mentioned. anything that I want a big punch from goes to the shoulders, tops of arms, etc. any secondary "extras" go to feet and ankles. so if I'm feeling spicy and want a little epiandro I'll hit that area with a pump or two to tops of feet and ankles or if I feel like I need more natty punch, alpha gel. but at this point, i still have my oral supps to take, hair gel, coffee to drink, teeth to brush etc and the process of doing these things always ends up being plenty of time for the TD's to dry before I add my socks and under shirt.

that said... like I mentioned if I apply a little xpg carnitine to my shoulders at the gym as i"m getting changed, and focus on putting my shirt on last, its plenty dry by then. it dries pretty dang fast and if its not drying fast enough you might not be spreading it enough.
