I’ve used trest many times and saw decent results. Still have about 5 vials on hand. Replaced with NPP and haven’t turned back! Also tried Methyl Tren and didn’t compare to dbol or Anadrol for me...

They are also great for glutes, it just depends on how you set them up. Foot farther in front with a more forward lean, and sitting back into the rear foot changes the focus to glutes big time.

Nutrition timing immediately post-WO isn't as important as total macros/hitting protein goals for the day, particularly with the "anabolic window" post-training for hypertrophy.
