research houses do.
site me blood work were it is shown to be that toxic please. beyond users giving it a bad rep and of course clones often being toxic. i took it myself and everything came back clean

quite a few domestic suppliers manage to get their hands on chinese hcg.....and there is one research chem site that sells it as well
i did a google search using the keywords "one / research / house" and came up empty

that particular site i am looking at is the only "research chemical" website that is now selling igf-II, along with orthodrine, adriol, and the usuals.....
i have never seen anything in the literature that suggested IGF-II was very beneficial for anabolism.

Sure! I end up "shifting" my w/o routine a few times a month usually, lol.That's real life, it doesn't always go smooth, but I have come to observe an advantage in this.
There's no doubt in my mind that over the long haul, consistency in training plays the biggest role in making and permanentizing gains. However, plateaus occur and the loss of a day here or gain there seems to discourage that. I have noticed that when I go from a 3/2 to a 3/3 or a 3/4, I will often realize a new level of strength. Overtraining, burnout? I don't know, but on the same token it's sub-optimal to stay at a 3/4 indefinitely. The way my schedule changes offers a random variation that actually helps and has no significant set-back to the pulse itself, basically just static that the body can use or at least adjust for so no detriment. I think you'll be fine with your plan.
I do a 5 split also with 3on/2off and it works fine. The 3 consecutive days push the limits of a pulse, but the 2 consecutive offs really help to compensate. Your plan looks good with the 3 & 5 off.
How is this going so far? Thinking of doing something similar for a lean bulk in october.
Think I'm going to use TD formestane during the pulse though.
Thanks for the update. I'm surprised that it's causing that already, but it could be the dosing like you've suggested.
Have you thought of including HCG by week 4? I've been toying with the thought of using it on any future cycle I go on now.

That's normal. If you aren't bouncing though, there needs to be at least one more off day inserted, or lower the dose as you did. Status quot recovery is better than suppression, but that extra off day is often needed to see the bounce. I notice on my 3/3 pattern that by the 3'rd straight day of dosing, I'm shrinking. I'm suppressed most of day 4. I start to recover by day 5 but I don't fully bounce till day 6, right before I recycle.
Gotcha. So most likely it also had to do with the "shift" I did last week, where my 2 day split was after the first dose (M/Th/Sat), then returning to M/W/F this week. By Friday, I'll have been dosing every other day for a full week almost, but then I'll have my 2 day break Sat and Sun and I should see some bouncing back, right?
I also reduced to 40mg yesterday as planned and noticed the shrink a little less.
Yes, that sounds like a legitimate analysis. You may be able to get away with 50 on Friday (or whichever day you use to precede the 2 days off) and stick to 40 with your EOD phase. It is quite variable from person to person and their idiosyncrasy for a specific compound, but it sounds like you are well on the road to developing an effective system for yourself.
