My sister walks around the house in her bra

How you get her to stop is entirely dependent on the reason she does it.

1. I walked around the house naked or in my underwear often in the summer when it was hot if I was alone or my (now ex) was there.
- if my ex asked me to stop, I would have. You could always ask her to stop, if you respect each other.

2. Maybe she has a fantasy that you'll bring your friends over. Maybe she likes the idea of turning them all on.
- you either deny her entirely or go over the top. Bring your crudest or ugliest friends who aren't afraid to make comments. No guarantee this will work though - she may end up making out with one of them in front of you just so she "doesn't lose".

3. Does she do it to bug you? Does she know it bugs you? Do you two "fight" like that? How important is "winning" to you?
- you can either make her feel uncomfortable by pretending to make sexual advances towards her
- or walk around naked yourself

But seriously - I've never fully understood the difference between beachware and underwear in this respect. Would you freak if she was in a bikini? You guys are family - maybe she just feels safe and comfortable? I personally wouldn't be bothered by this if my sister did it. Who cares? Get her to bring her friends over, lol.
 
As funny as this thread is, I think you are reading into it more than necessary. A bra is a lot like a bikini top. Would you feel annoyed with her at the beach?

It depends how much they are on display, if this is an extra revealing bra, one that you would prolly wear for your boyfriend during playtime, then yeah maybe she is being a bit weird, but if it is a normal bra I wouldn't sweat it man.

Also, don't feel bad if you have glanced at them occaisionally, all guys love tits, human nature, doesn't mean you want to have relations with your sister, if you **** was hanging out she'd prolly do the same thing.

On a serious note, you said this was a skimpy bra, this is where it will make all the difference. Compared to a normal bra, how much extra is hanging out, is like a pushup bra with lots of cleavage all over, is it very low cut almost to nipples or soemthing? Just curious what this tiny bra is actually like, you may just be over reacting. Easiest thing, just say "put a shirt on" and leave it at that, she'll get the idea that you don't like it.
 
act appalled. promptly leave the room when she approaches you wearing that. keep your face calm and emotionless. shell be able to tell youre uncomfortable and arrive at the obvious conclusion.

or if you really want to send her a message. snap a quick photo with a digital camera and post it up in this thread. i think thats the best way to go

1). Tell her if she doesnt stop you will take pics and post it on a blokes website were they all have good bodies and are therefore highly critical of a females body.

2) make her regret her descision of not listening to her little brother by whipping out your camera and snapping some pics.

3) Get lots and lots of rep.
