Poops Propadrol Log.

Day 7

Today was an off day but had plenty of work to keep me movin and tire me out by now.

Dosed 30mg of Propadrol this morn with breakfast and GFJ and another 30mg this evening when i got hmoe from work and ate dinner, again with GFJ.

Notes for the day:

couldnt belive i wasnt A BIT SORE in either my bi's or tris today but they were DEF pumped and very vascular looking all day. My legs soreness has subsided as well BUT my knees are feelin pretty bad and its almost like i have tendonitis in the fronts.... ive blown both fluid sacs under my knees cap a couple times snowboarding and crashing on boxes, wish i could upload the vid of my knee and entire bruising down my whole leg from the fluid draining down it, got it on my old camera phone.... but anyways i think i may have to start some cissus again soon if i keep moving up in weight with squats as they kill right now and even during squats they pop like 4-6 times in one squat, i get people lookin at me like "is this chicken legs gonna buckle???" LOL.

cant wait to see how i do on chest tomorrow and back the following day to see how strength is realy coming along.

So, Poop, you're feeling "on" now? Sides? Good info about the joints. I'll have to remember that. :study:
 
not so suer that its the prop effecting my joints really, as my elbows and wrists are doing fine and even more importantly my left shouler that dries out and hurts easily..... my knees are givin me problems casue ive jacked them up skateboarding over the years and even more so when i started snowboarding..... thus the above stor out blown knee caps. I think its mostly casue of the squats and the heavier weight ive been stacking up on my squats, my poor knees take the majority of the beating, muscles heal after working out, bad joints ache and pop for the whole next week and are hopfully ok by the time it comes to hit that group again.... so i need some cissus most likely wich works great since a mojority of the pain is in the tendon going over the front of the knee and knee cap to the shin. (cissus does a mojority of its repairing on ligements and tendons much more so then cartiladge and joints).....

n not really "feeling" ON yet but def seeing the signs of increased anabolism and the effects that a compound like this would bring just not feeling all out ON yet, prob soon though.

and as for the comparison queston i cant answer that question till tonight with my 1 week reveiw. thats where i really started seeing it in the gym with epi... day 7..... also had already gained 4lbs within the first week without feeling fully "ON" and after that point gained at an average rate of .5 lbs ED so we'll see with a weigh in tonight where im at and wther or not my strength has gone up or at least feels easier.... def have to say im seeing good vascularity and pumps of the muscle group worked previous day all day the next.
 
thanks mayn! n ya got lucky to get to run it, hopefully it provides a killer cycle for me.... honestly though i gained 7lbs while on post cycle therapy and the month after as well so just adding any ph/steroid into my diet/w.o. regimine just spells G-A-I-N-S lol...

184.4 was my starting weight..... i didnt want to update my weight a couple days ago cause i wanted to make sure i wasnt just holdin extra water, glycogen.... crap...... from the day and so waited till today.... and i put another 1.5 lbs on in that time....

188.6, thats a total of 4.2lbs in 8 days.... :woohoo:

i told ya all i need is somethin to act as a catalyst to my existing regimine and rake in the gains!!!!!! i frickin love it.

so far id have to give prop a big thumbs up:thumbsup:, lookin GREAT put on weight already, feelin good all day, sleeps not being interrupted as much from tossin and turnin, recovery is getting better (wasnt even sore from arms day, but i was from legs...) and strength is goin up .. wich leads me to tonights w/o....

neg tonight was the elbow pain that started kicken in and this means im cappin some cissus when i get home tomorrow from work (takes a lil while so not doin it tonight) and will start dosing 3600mg Cissus ED (1800mg x2) as soon as possible.

cant wait to see what this will do at higher doses as well.... decided im going to go 90mg week 3 and (if needed) 120mg week 4 to see if theres any diff... if there is none i will drop back down since theres no point in taking more then necessary just cause i can, specially since it will likely lead to sides... we'll see though.

btw dosed 60mg Propadrol today (30mg with breakfast 30mg with dinner before workout both with GFJ)

had a great work out, a lil bit of popping in the wrists but not pain and even more suprising no pain in the elbows or tennis elbow and this is VERY good as this has been my first dedicated arms day since my year off before Epi..... AWESOME. you can see though that my tris highly over power my bis.... a lil odd...

another cool note from tonight is i installed the Alarm for my gym when it was being built, therefore im on a first name basis with the owner, REALLY great guy, any ways i hardly see him as i work out at nights and hes there during the day. but for some reason he came in tonight he walked right past me during my first set of reverse grip BB curls wich is cool because i dont like being interupted mid lift BUT inbetween sets he came right over and gave me a "hows it goin" and reached out for a shake so i stood up and gave him one and just watched his eyes POP as he slaps my "beefy" left arm (if you seen my measurements you know why i think thats funny) and says "WOW man your lookin good thats what i like to see!" as he hasnt seen me outta my uniform for a while and since 20lbs ago when i signed up..... def made me smile comin from him.

and with that im gonna crash soon after another meal thinkin this is gonna be a GOOD cycle and cant wait to see what chest will bring on wed.

The BB reverse grip tri press?

Wasnt sure what that was...

its just like a regular cable tri press with a barbell attachment but you grap it from under neath with palms facing upwards and pull it sown intsead of from above and pushing it downwards.

imagine this with your hands underneath the bar instead of on top...hits the back of your tris really well

nope dont know of anyone with calipers, i should check and see if my gym has any and see if theyll do it for me. BUT i know it has to be lower then the start of this honestly caesu i see a lil more def in my stomach and a lil less padding on top of my obliques (wich are pretty large themselves from snowboarding...)

Tricep pulldowns?

I usually use the regular lat pulldown bar for this. I prefer the pulldown over the pressdown.

ya thats it, i use the regular push down bar still and grab the very ends of it with only half my hands (ring and pinky finger pretty much) lol.... dotn want to use the lat bar or anything else casue that bar weighs so much it makes the lift much easier for me.

ya i know what your saying... its the sme reason why i waited to post my weight the other day cause although i wasnt even looking like i was holding water cause i was lookin leaner i wanted to make sure i wasnt... with a couple more days still no bloating from water OR looking like i had more fat and 2lbs more im pretty darn sure its puttin on LBM.... probally mostly on my legs then my arms and traps... those are the parts that visibly look bigger right now...
 
Day 9

man today was a HARD ASS DAY.... my job today was out in the boonies in a modular home with no attic and i had to belly crawl all through this fools hot A crawl space to run all my wires..... WAY more wearing then in an attic and this fools house was really long with one crawl entrance so i gots to crawl all the way to one end and then all the way back..... my knees and elbows HURT!

sweated an ish load too n didnt get lunch in till 3 so i def could have done better today.

Dosed 30mg this morn with breakfast and then 30mg with preworkout shake.... wich also sucked....

i had been adding EXTRA oats when i was testing out USPLabs new preworkout supp wich is alot like AP but lil diff.... anwho it had you dosing it pre workout with 100g pro 60 of wich were from oats (thats a full cup) so i decided to check and make sure it wasnt some placebo and also if it could work with prop.... def didnt and def wasnt just some oats thing workin, today it made me bloated as hell and gave me indigestion when with that other supp it would absorb all of it and trun it into pure energy no bloat or anything.... wont try it agian.

also had tons of dryness today in my elbows and shoulders and need to still get on that cissus...... with that here was my work out...

Day 10

so far today ive dosed 30mg propadrol in the morn and that was it.....

im going to take today off instead of workin shoulders.... then work shoulders tomorrow and legs on mon with arms.... my reason being my tendons in my right elbow area hurt badly from all the crawling done yesterday and doing so with a drill in my hand then still working out yesterday, it made work today very bothersome and im not about to force myself to work out today and risk further hurtin/injuring it plus i could use the rest for my poor body to recoup as today wasnt an easy day either and i was sweatin like crazy (summer is def here in so cal).

another fun story though.....

i roll into work a lil late today (not even a problem with my work though) and being friday and a lil late my uniforms guy is already there to pick up our dirty uniforms and give us our clean ones.... when i walked in with my arms full a clothes hes standin there talking to one of my managers and says "here spence ill just grab those" i hand em to him say thanks and shoot out to the warehouse to let him finish talkin and grab my inventory for the day........ bout 2 mins later he pokes his head into the warehouse ( where he doesnt usually come... i mean no uniforms in there) and says "hey spence you been workin out??? looks like you need some bigger uniforms you want that i bring you one size bigger next week???" lol so i tell him actually ya that would be great, he says " cool looks like your arms are gettin choked there," then my supervisor pipes up and says "ya man hes workin out five times a week and put on 20 lbs!!".. def makes ya feel good to see everyone notice how big yo gettin and even braggin for ya! :bb: :bb3: LOL cant wait to see his face a couple months from now when ill need another size larger again :twisted:

with that ill be dosing another 30mg prop in a second (bout to eat) and then taking an early nap to catch up on some sleep since i know i got 2 jobs stacked tomorrow and will need the energy.... tehn still workin out tomorrow no excuses....


edit: also capped some cissus earlier and dosed 1800mg.... will be doing the same again in just lil while before bed along with some ibuprofen
 
:aargh: Nooooooooo, due date was yesterday... hes taking after his dad and being fashionably late... (i was 21days late.... poor mom) but my health care provider wont let her go over 10 days without inducing her.... so at the latest june 11....

yeah it definitely makes you feel like your hard work is paying off when the comments start coming your way doesn't it!! and by the way, i'm loving trn. end of week one. stayed at 4mg and the sides subsided the day after we talked and you gave me that advice. my strength on this stuff is unreal! pr's EVERY single workout! and i'm shredding fat. i can't wait to see if this lasts for two more weeks. strength blows s.d out of the water. only wish it could give s.d's mass as well. what a weapon that would be...

on a another note, i'm definitely shut the fvck down right now. although it would be in my best personal interest to end after the next two weeks, i will have enough zol to run for an extra two weeks (and no reason to save as its not enough for another cycle). do you think that would benefit me at all or do you think i should say enough's enough and start my hdx2/mfx/ret2 TOR post?

ummm i think the prop is pretty good, but im not making any comparisons till im on it more then a week... thats not even close to a fair assesment, let me run it till at least the end of the 3rd week then ill start giving you real reveiws, if it stays the same it is now till then then it wont turn out all that hot, just OK since most others ive done REALLY kick in week 3 and 4 and were WAY better then, then what this is now and bout the same as what this is doing now.... so sorry youll have to wait... no sides really yet either.

Day 11

Today was a pretty tiresome day again... i wonder if its the prop making me lathargic or just all the tossing and turning im doin at night (POOPS NEEDS XDREAMS!!!) and id have to say though that ive def been hungry all day, ill eat and still be hungry so eat again till im full then get hungry again bout half hour to 45 min later.

dosed 30mg prop at breakfast and 30mg again bout 45min before "wo"....... also dosed 5400mg cissus (1800 x3)

tonight sucked a lil though as i always forget what time my gym closes.... i ended up rolling up 20min before it closes (thinking i had an hour and 20 min) and just busted my ass through a quick heavy shoulders W.O(well heavy for me shoulders arent my strong point).

cant wait for mon to hit up the arms again, theyre lookin pretty good and really anxious to keep up the good work as they are my most exposed body part all day.... n dont mind peeps shootin me comments :D

A few weeks back, I was driving. Everybody was driving slow, a bit under the speed limit. I find that if you keep it under 10mph over, you're usually good as far as not getting tickets. Plus I like to drive fast.

So I on a 4 lane highway, a slow moving car in front of me in each lane. I patiently waited until there was enough room for me to make an aggressive pass on the right, and went, then I was gonna continue on my pace about 12mph faster than those fags.

The guy that was on the right, the one I orgionally got in front of (to pass the guy on the left), starts coming at me faster and puts his high beams on. It was night time, so I slow down thinking it might be a cop. He flies up my ass, and passes me on the right and beeps his horn as he does so. I looked at him, only to find this 21 y/o looking Emo fag. So I'm like hell no, downshift to 4th and stomp on it. I overtake him, then I slow down to match speeds, put my window down, and stare at him until he looks at me.

Then I scream at him ":aargh: You got a fcukin problem?:aargh:" and he gets this real uncomfortable :o look on his face, and slows down. So I slow down, cause now I wanna beat this dudes ass:twisted:. He probably slowed down to about 25 in 50, and did not come anywhere near me for the rest of the time I was on that road.

LMAO ya it seems i too tend to get the most testy when im "on" and having to deal with other idiot drivers, this guy was going 35 in a 50 and when i tried to go around to pass him THEN he sped up and the only reason why my lane change in fromnt of him was close to a cut...he was the one being a **** driver and i just wasnt ahvin it then HE brights ME??? oh no.... lol.

i just need to remember to keep my cool out here in so cal though as not everyone here is likely to shy off, err lil b!tch or 2 carries a peice.
 
i'll share a story too. i pulled out of gold's parking lot the other day after an intense shoulder workout. fvck i was pumped up. well i guess i pulled out in front of some trashy lookin dirtball. this guy really let me know he was pissed bc i got the horn, the finger out the window, and i could read his lips in my rear view saying some pretty vulgar sh1t. all the while this guys probably like a foot or two away from my bumper just straight up my a$s. so i pulled over into the next lane as soon as i could and stomped on my breaks to let this fvckface come up next to me at the light. as soon as he pulled up next to me and realized i had my crazy eyes his facial expression kinda changed. i rolled my window down and told him i was going to rip his fvckin head off and he rolled his up and took off. i was laughing the rest of the way home cause i never do sh1t like that. i love it
 
on a another note, i'm definitely shut the fvck down right now. although it would be in my best personal interest to end after the next two weeks, i will have enough zol to run for an extra two weeks (and no reason to save as its not enough for another cycle). do you think that would benefit me at all or do you think i should say enough's enough and start my hdx2/mfx/ret2 TOR post?

i don't mean to jack up your log with my stuff so let me know if you want me asking you somewhere else. but i'm already @ 200mg zol a day. i have seen some people get pretty crazy with this stuff but i don't know. maybe 300 max?
 
na 250 max i would think.... but i dunno its up to you.... like you said many guys go up HIGH so being its a low biop available compound any who i say keep going till you see any sides....
