you know it, ill post my diet up in here.. what i ran with epi, should def put it on and clean again... excited to see what this does as i havnt seen any feedback since '06 (but that guy didnt even finish his log) and since then they have double the dose per pill! we'll see what it does :thumbsup:

oook should be getting my package in the next hour or so, cant wait.

the first week of my cycle might be interupted..... by my wife going into labor. We already had a lil false alarm yesterday so with her walkin round 5cm dialated she could go at any second.

I still havnt received ANY call back from my doc yet and frankly it pisses me off that im havin to go through all htis just to set up a damn appointment just casue MY physician is out, what that means i dont get medical services?? theyll be hearing form me in a lil bit. sadly though i dont htink that theyll be able to get an APP. scheduled fo rme in the next day or 2 for me to get this done when it matters. oh well.

ill update when package arrives and i get ahold of my health care provider again.

Poop best of luck man. I missed ur other log but I will go back and read thru it. At DA Propadrol gets really good feedback when I used it with hemadrol I thought it was a great addition. Must be tuff with 3-AD sitting there huh lol.

Not sure what to expect from it as a standalone, besided dry gains not sure the amount though. Subbed for this one.

Congrats on the on the new addition to the family.

on another note just talked to my health care provider and member services since theyve been jacking me around, and NOW they tell me i actually DO have to come in to see the doctor in order to get all done that i want, friggin idiots, so they said they could set up a physical on the 31st.... im like thats too late i told you this was a time sensitive situation so forget it and schedule me NOW for an appointment on the 22 of june. so this is ****ty cause we wont get a baseline for my blood values BUT we'll have an end of cycle blood values and end of post cycle therapy values to look at and jsut compare it to norm range values... still upsets me that they jacked me around for a week to tell em this.

Just go tthe botte of prop now, comes in a cool lil box that matches the bottle and the pills are fairly large and a ruby red nail polish looking caps.

Dosing:
just dosed 30mg, will be dosing every cap with grapefruit juice AND food. Obviously nothing to note as of yet.

Right arm 17"!!!!! (i had NO clue i was this close to 18"!!!! def made me smile)
Left arm 15.5" (ummm i drill alot for my job and im right handed... ya thats it) got work to do...

so i obviously need to work on my core and legs here and my poor left arm..... lets see what i can do this cycle.... any tips on cattching up that much of an unbalanced size/strength in arms? like i said i drill through door frames and walls all day every day with my right hand and sometimes it aint easy when my drill bits arent sharp... im sure taht contributes greatly to the unbalance in size.when i work out arms i go till failure for my left side even thou i can still do more with my right im afraid it will just cause a greater unbalance. any tips are welcome.

im switchin up my routine here since i dont run the same days or order while "off" (right now ive been runnin what i feel needs to be hit and takin days off when i need em). im just startin over with day one so will go in the same order as i previously posted only mon is going to be wed and then progress from there.... with that being said

tonight was the last night i ran the beta tester supp for USPLabs (concentration of the tannis complex in AP) and would have to say i had a great w/o

dosed 45 min before w/o another 30mg Prop. (i promise this is the only color ill use as to make sure not to cause any seizures like my last log :lol:)

i know that prop is supposed to be "dry" and add lots of strength according to hearsay but again this is comin from folks who have only stacked it and so im not sure how they justify their claims... either way when im on and gaining strength and my diets on spot it will be damn hard for me to NOT gain weight so im really lookin forward to see what this can do with my dedication and giving it a fair chance at a solo bulk run... again i dont doubt ill gain less then 10 lbs. :D

im eyeballin the 110's on tha rack like they are gonna be my ***** next week... k maybe 2 weeks BUT THEY IS *****ES!!! lol.friggin awesome im doin this again 3 months after being off more then a year! its was so disheartening only usin 45lbs db's for my highest set when i came back.... ouch...

lol the right arm measurement is funny,i got a feeling that is gonna come up in some future bad jokes..haha ....dude ya, the lifts for day 1 look good bro,stats are better than i thought too.... this is gonna be a good log,despite the fact i still don't know what the f propadrol is..As a trainer tho,why do you hit 10 reps on everything...you should hit falure on every set...i doubt that you fail at 10 all the time....push till it goes nowhere(while keeping perfect form)then drop it......good luck bro,GET HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

btw,i say drill with your left from time to time.

i tried that for a while and it seemed to help... need to do it again for sure! sometimes the stuff im drilling through has to be exerting 75-120 lbs of resistance if not more, def a work out doin my job, thats not inccuding military crawling through sauna hot attics and crawl spaces..... def helps the glutes too, lol.

ya i expect plety of jokes from that one. its pretty rediculous AND noticable when looked at in direct comparison, its only a lil bit the BI but mostly the TRI thats undersized (given drilling is a pushig motion).

as for my reps, you are def correct i could easily take my first set to 15-18 sometimes if i pleased i just thought lifts became more catabolic at those reps, and i set it up so my last lift is failure at 10 reps....... maybe i should just up my starting weight to hit the 12-10 range and let it decrease to the 6-8 range at my highest weight so ill hit failure on every set not just the last.... if thats the case i could grab those 95's next chest w/o..... maybe. and my fly would prob be round 300(REALLY strong in the fly for some reason)... thanks for the tips though trip no wonder you look as good as you do bein a trainer! lookin ripped bro!
 
As for your arms, why not always drill with your left arm for a while. It way seem awkward at first, but you will get used to it, and it could help balance it out.
 
damn poop, your log has me already planning my next cycle and i'm only half way through my current one! don't you wish you could have the feeling of staying ON all year round with no side effects!! Ohh Dr. DDDDDD, let's make that happen!!
 
Day 2

so far today ive dosed 30mg prop with my morning meal and a glass of GFJ, feeling good and sore/tight across the chest but no huge notes in the way of feeling the prop yet, still a normal day. cant wait for the feeling of "on" to kick in.

allready had some acne before i started the cycle, just happens with the hotter weather and more sweating from working, if it doesnt clear up soon or gets worse ill have to grab me some poseidon and start to the gettin rid of tha nasty nasty.

so im sposed to hit back tonight BUT i just did back the other day so im gonna hit shoulders, then legs, then back, off, then arms, then off. then into this routine on a regular...

actually i do tris the same day as shoulders and chest is completely dedicated to itself. yes i hit them again with arms (i hit bis with back too) but its cause my tris and bis are not the focus on those other days just wrap up exersizes and i want to try to focus on them more this cycle... bis will be the main focus and tris will wrap up the rest of the workout. while on cycle im not worried about hitting them a couple times a week as recovery is substantially increased and i want to take advantage of this time of high anabolic activitry while i can. when off my frequency and rest period increases significantly and i focus on maintianing as appossed to progressing... luckily i still do.

Gotcha...yeah, I meant shoulders up there not chest ;)

So because you're "on" you're not worried about hitting them twice a week. I currectly do a 4 day split, but may be going "on" next week and going to a 5 day split also!

LOL!! Yeah, tren is some SICK ASS SHIAT!!! I was only like 174-172 shredded, and benching 285 for like 8 clean un assisted reps, and hitting 315 for my max 2 rep wieght!! That there is freaking sick for me:woohoo: !! any who, allways wishin you luck on all you do poopy, and I will be watching like allways!! And those 110's........shieeeet, those are your's baby!!!! Forget that 95lbs stuff for you! By the way, your left arm should catch up with your right. My right arm allways starts out bigger, but then my left catches up and usually ends up a bit bigger than my right! Just try to consistently try and match your left number of reps with you right number of reps.
 
thanks swole! ya ive been goin to failure on my left and leave the right hangin so it doesnt get big too fast and let my left catch up.... prob is my right gets worked out all day at work, just gotta be a little more ambidextrous n let my left do some work..... thanks again man glad to see all the eyes on me guys, def keeps me motivated knowin i got to perform :thumbsup: you guys are all great!
 
Second bottle is in route as well as a sample of ANA-PRO(Its our new protein powder with Propadrol in it). Its going to have 10mg of Propadrol per 25 grams of protein/19 servings per container.
 
oh thats crazy! how do they ensure even dispersal of the propadrol? id be worried about getting moer then 10mg in one dose and less in another.... do they go through some kind of special mixing/binding process to ensure this?

sounds good on tha other bottle,dont plan on really getting extreme with this (although may extend it a week to see it at 120 or something) but im going to at least hit 90mg my last week to see what this does at higher dose (more sides, benifits, strength, ect) but want to hit mostly 60 throughout to show others what they could expect from runnin it like they cuold from one bottle.....guess others could hit 90 if they just ran

Another log already? Good to see...I've been interested in propadrol for some time. Looking forward to hear your results...

Interesting idea mixing the prop along with the protein powder. Kind of cuts down on the amout of pills one would have to take, and would also make dosing adjustments a bit easier (like taking 1.5 scoops, etc).

Poopy, I wouldn't worry too much about the uniform dispersion of the prop in the protein powder. In order to cap the product, it first needs to be mixed with a filler (often times corn starch or something) and then capped. I'm guessing that rather than mixing it with a filler and capping, they are using the protein as the "filler" and mixing accordingly...so there really shouldn't be a difference using this vs their capped products.

As a side note, I know that a lot of UG labs use protein powders as fillers when capping their products, so this is nothing new...
 
i always assumed they filled with the active in a measured amount and then used filler to do just that, fill the cap. i would think with something thats supposed to be such an exact amount that they would use a more measured method....
 
Day 2 work out

dosed 30mg 1hour before workout with grapefruit juice.... and my wife was craing it.... so i gave in and got chinese food.... last time i do that as it makes for a horrible preworkout meal and i just feel fat eating it....

would have been to gym within 30-45 min after dosing but DAMN UFC FIGHTING had me glued to the TV and i finally pryed myself away without even seeing the end of liddel and ortiz.... i know its old though but dont remember who won....

with that my W/o was only 30min long but i shoved as mch into it as possible and jsut jammed it....
tonight was shoulders again as im trying to switch into my cycle routine this week and wil stick to above routine rest of cycle. tried taking trips advice to take every set to failure and honestly didnt like it much... although i think its cause i didnt take a good enough meal in before and didnt have enough fuel.

my stomach hurts right now and i still havt had my post w/o shake 40min later cause of it..... hoping it goes away so i can get the required nutrients in soon and it just hurts... prob from the damn chinese food. once again this is the last time i do that. havnt had take out for a while and that much fat at once is killin me....

my face glowed and was nice and smooth while taking it! it has tons of vit B complexes in it and they are very well known for clearing up the skin.

and yes i still felt like crap this morning and couldnt eat very much till now even though my stomach was growling like crazy it was twisted in knots at the same time.... def not touchin it again for a LONG time. i love my clean diet and the occasional pizza... other then that NO take out or fast food for me.

typically rest between sets is a min-130ish, if im short oon time its 30-45 sec. tempo depending on the lift (but pretty much the same throughout) is explosive on the press hold for 1 and 3 secs on the return....

last night i didnt have the time to follow that and had no pause at the peak and prob 2 sec on the return, maybe less on some.
