every legs day i go in make myself sick, hate and dispise every rep and then go home knowing it was totally worth it and absolutely necessary for obtaining my goals....
i dosed
30mg this morn and another
30mg this evening 45 min before workout felt as though i looked more pumped and vascular then normal today.... lookin like i got some more striations showing across my chest and veins on my arms... BUT no "feelings" of being on as of yet.
weighed in at 185.2 at start of w/o (.8lbs up from start and lookin a lil more cut.... but this could be a one day thing so ill take it with a grain of salt for now... it could also be the start of a very awesome trend)

felt sick as hell and could barely walk after this. always am about to puke by this point but my legs are my weakest point and i know if they are stronger and worked hard that the rest of my body and specially my core will benifit (plus it helps when it comes time to get back into snowboarding season

LOL im seriously considering doing a glute measurement cause my ass has become noticably bigger since i started focusing on having a dedicated legs day.... shoot its a muscle too right????
