poop, i signed on and checked my threads i'm subscribed to and you were the last post on at least four of them!! you're everywhere these days bro! and yes you're right about poseidon, the planet just delivered my second bottle today and my face is clear and my skin is awesome!! i also just feel amazing all day even though i'm on 30mg of superdrol!! i love that stuff
 
typically rest between sets is a min-130ish, if im short oon time its 30-45 sec. tempo depending on the lift (but pretty much the same throughout) is explosive on the press hold for 1 and 3 secs on the return....

last night i didnt have the time to follow that and had no pause at the peak and prob 2 sec on the return, maybe less on some.

i take it three times a day. 1st meal of the day (pro shake), preworkout/during workout, then nightime pro shake. i didn't start to see the benefits til probably 3/4 of the way through but that was enough to make me order a second bottle. my skin is like you say glowing almost. hasn't looked this good since before i hit puberty!:blink:

ya i just made a few purchases and need to make sure i have room in the budget but im sure i could justify a purchase next paycheck... plus wifey is askin what i was takin before taht had my skin so clear.... i def need to start back on it and then never stop.
 
Day 3

alright..... today was a busy day for me today me and my "wifey" made it official and paid our visit to the justice of the peace and had a ceramony done. and not a moment to soon, as i was hopin we could get it done before my lil boy arrived, just was tough getting work off.

with that i dosed 30mg this morn at breakfast and then another 30mg when i went out to dinner this evening with my beauty. Didnt do a work otu at all and will do legs tomorrow, gonna hold off on back/bi till next week after all as i just feel i hit them too recently and cant justify this close a work out as im not really "ON" yet... hopefully it will be soon i "Feel" it as its supposed to metaolize and be fast acting.... day 3 and nothing to not as far as noticable effects. ill be updating every day though so you guys will know RIGHT when it kicks in.

tomorrow will be the first day i try to get ALL my cals in as i havnt been eating as much while off to make sure i dont put on excess fat and its tough workin back into this much food, i usually need major anabolism going on for my muscles to strip my belly of all i stuff into it... sure it wont be a problem by the end of week one and anything less will have me starving.

sweet! that makes me happier honestly, you know EXACTLY how much active your taking is how much is working for you, not relying on some osrt of metabolization or a certain type or amount of enzyme to be there in order to get the expected effects. thanks again bro n lookin ripped in yo avi.

every legs day i go in make myself sick, hate and dispise every rep and then go home knowing it was totally worth it and absolutely necessary for obtaining my goals....

i dosed 30mg this morn and another 30mg this evening 45 min before workout felt as though i looked more pumped and vascular then normal today.... lookin like i got some more striations showing across my chest and veins on my arms... BUT no "feelings" of being on as of yet.

weighed in at 185.2 at start of w/o (.8lbs up from start and lookin a lil more cut.... but this could be a one day thing so ill take it with a grain of salt for now... it could also be the start of a very awesome trend)

LOL im seriously considering doing a glute measurement cause my ass has become noticably bigger since i started focusing on having a dedicated legs day.... shoot its a muscle too right????

your telling me bro!! :sick: just got home from legs day. i felt like i was going to puke starting half way through my last set of squats, the drive home, my after wo shake, and now sitting here typing this. but i love this sh1t too much to stop!! its my last day on s.d and i started dosing trn yesterday. i'm sure my liver is pretty pisssed at me right now but my diet and ancillaries are perfect. i've also been tempted to have a couple with the guys but i've been very disciplined and have been the sober guy while out. but i'm up ~10 lbs give or take 1-2 lbs throughout my day and i'm the leanest i've been in a little over 2 years. so far so good!! no sides besides back pumps, buuutt i could be taking nothing and go in and do 8 sets of deads and have some serious back pumps on any given day! :dl: i need to think of a good response to start telling people when they are asking me if i'm on steroids. i had a girl ask me if i ate someone the other day!:food:
 
ya keep away from them beers and what not, you need a fully functional liver in order to get the most of yuor supplements and other nutrients being absorbed by your body... every thing goes through it first before making it to the rest of your body..... you already know this im sure so good work and keep up the self control. :thumbsup:

yea i was at the cardinals game the other night with my roommate. usually it would be him driving and i would have a few but he knows i'm on right now and took COMPLETE advantage of it and got a little hammered while i was the sober one watching him act a fool. pretty funny sh1t when you have that perspective!! but to be honest now that i'm done with college i really don't feel the need to go out and get sh1t faced hammered all that much anymore. gotta grow up sometime
 
ya it doesnt really appeal to me in the least anymore... i t would take a very special occasion and even then i wont get ****faced only a lil buzzed, it just isnt worth the bad feeling the next day the wasted money, wasted health and the hampering of all my hard work.

Day 5

dosed 30mg with breakfast and 30mg with evening meal.

legs have been sore as hell all day and cant wait till tomorrow for work and i get to crawl in a tight attic with sore quads hammies and glutes... it will be FANTASTIC!

nothing esle to note for the day, im trying to make sure to schedule my routine to give me every sunday off as its my only day off work and id like to spend it with wifey and im trying to adhere to my religion more so then the recent past, i think by doing so ill end off better in the end.

cant wait for this to kick into high gear and i start getting accelerated recovery after work outs, i dislike soreness, although it lets me know i got in a good workout.

that is all for tonight, tomorrow will be dedicated arms day. gnight.

I noticed in your shoulder workout that you dont hit your rear delts. Do you do it on your back day? your rear delts look like youve been workn em out.
 
ya on back i do standing rows and that nails them and my traps/upper back. also on shoulders my lateral cable raises are done overhand and with a upwards and back motion to hit the top and rear of my deltoids.... i need to work the front more then anything and sidesto give it a good curve, my tris are so bit they take away from the size of my delts and dont let them show very well when just standing. in this pic though you can see em pretty well.....

Day 6

Alright im seeing more and more signs that this stuff is starting to kick in, poops happy.

first thing is, thank goodness i dint have any work today, drove around the corner to my office and the gates were closed :woohoo: no one bothers to tell me ahead of time but a pleasant suprise none the less. being home all day my legs were still sore as hell, AND my appitite was noticably increased! this wasnt just being bored so i was eating either it was id eat and my stomach was growling 30-45 min later.

in the gym (dedicated arms day) my pumps were doing great and endurance was very nice as well biggest thing was my weight.... dont know if it was just from the amount of food i ate today (although highly unlikely) BUT im gonna keep it a secret for now since i dont want to weigh in on wed and all a sudden not be the same again.... lets just say its a significant increase from last time and im still seeing some more definition in my stomach so the likely hood im just holding more water is low....

dosed 30mg Prop this morn with a glass of grapefruit juice and breakfast and agian 30mg this evening after dinner with another glass of GFJ a lil over an hour before w/o.

had a great work out, a lil bit of popping in the wrists but not pain and even more suprising no pain in the elbows or tennis elbow and this is VERY good as this has been my first dedicated arms day since my year off before Epi..... AWESOME. you can see though that my tris highly over power my bis.... a lil odd...

another cool note from tonight is i installed the Alarm for my gym when it was being built, therefore im on a first name basis with the owner, REALLY great guy, any ways i hardly see him as i work out at nights and hes there during the day. but for some reason he came in tonight he walked right past me during my first set of reverse grip BB curls wich is cool because i dont like being interupted mid lift BUT inbetween sets he came right over and gave me a "hows it goin" and reached out for a shake so i stood up and gave him one and just watched his eyes POP as he slaps my "beefy" left arm (if you seen my measurements you know why i think thats funny) and says "WOW man your lookin good thats what i like to see!" as he hasnt seen me outta my uniform for a while and since 20lbs ago when i signed up..... def made me smile comin from him.

and with that im gonna crash soon after another meal thinkin this is gonna be a GOOD cycle and cant wait to see what chest will bring on wed.
 
What days do you work abs? what ab/ oblique exercises do you do? btw big fan of your logs. youve inspired me to try an epistane cycle and possibly after that a propadrol. question about the epistane: I know that "they" say to wait cycle+pct after your pct before starting another cycle buy I was wondering if it would be fine for me to start epistane 4 weeks after my pct is up? good luck to you. I look forward to seeing how the propadrol turns out for you.
 
i would think it would be ok.... i did exactly that for a couple reasons cause epi is not super suppresive or toxic, i felt i had been back in order 2weeks into PCT and hadnt run ANY cycles for over a year before that, i was even gonna try to get blood done to make sure but my doc was being difficult and giving me the run around so i just scheduled blodowork for the end of this cycle.

as for abs i dont work them regularly, actually hardly at all, just occasional sittups, sometimes weighted and on all my pullups i do simultaneous leg raises. i should prob do more on my off days but my regular day to day work is pretty tough as well and crawlingand puling my self in and outta attics does ok...... alright enough excuses for one post :D

NONONO there is definate shutdown, i just was back in order ni no time with my PCT i was using ad kept it up for a full 4 weeks.. wound up with bigger cajones then i started with :D

def there IS suppression here (with EPI) just not nearly as much as many other supps out there.
