yowza..... well im hopin for both our sakes she doesnt have a c section, shes really worried bout a scar that will keep her from lookin her best in a bathing suit.

sounds like this is some powerfull stuff here though if with slight increases in dose your aggression is getiing that tense, hows it workin for you in the gym though? killin those weights i would guess.
 
the weights hav been a serious increase for me. i will give everyone the stats later at the moment i cant find my damn book! i do know that i decided to attempt seated military press again and put up 95's for 8 this time so that is a 5 pound increase

yea its treating me good. just give everyone a little update, i have just finished my third week i wasnt home to get my fat tested. i have three weeks left to go and this week i plan on working my way up to the 5 i decided not to last week due to the aggression thing but i am determined to put it to the test this week

poopy i wanna say i am thouroghly honored that you are here in my log talking about your soon to be born child! i am excited for you man!
anyways i still cant find my damn notebook with my weekend workouts in them. i felt all happy having been organized but it seemed to simply fall through on me! lol. no workout yesterday i decided to rest. not much more to report on today besides i swear there is more definition to my my overall physique than before, still got three weeks left

ok,
today i am doing a split in the morning and evening to catch up on my lifts. this morning i trained chest and all i can say is wow on my fourth set i did 8 on dumbell presses with 100 pounds! i normally use 80s max cuz of fatigue! it was awesome! made me feel quite invincible lmao

Are you doing any post-fatigue or pre-fatigue lifts?

How about tempo?

How much rest are you resting between sets?
 
alright sorry i was off for a day which normally means i aint on the computer.
pre and post fatigue. i do alot of warmup sets normally around 5 sets at very moderate weight slowly moving up to get the blood moving. as for after the workout i will completly burn out the muscle with various exercises. on chest days i will burn it out with push ups and for biceps its normally 21's that sort of thing.
this morning i noticed sumthing strange to me...a serious "peak" to my bicep that i havnt seen for quite a while kinda made me quiver with excitment...lol

alrite bodyfat i hav not have tested cuz i am saving it for the grand ending of this log. however i will start with this. i am at 5-6 a day depending if i forget my last dose. this morning on my 10th set, yes 10th set my endurance is nothing i have ever had before. i was on a machine for bench where you add plates onto it now i know ppl will say just a machine but on the 10th set i put 7 plate up on each side 5 times, say what you want sum1 go sit wit me and try it.
 
labido is still up to the point that my girl is doing me other favors cuz she cant handle it no more. yesterday when i was training back and shoulders i did a for my burn out set a beauty of a workout. it goes three sets, lat raises. start with heaviest weight do 4, drop them next weight 8, drop 12, drop 20. thats one set. by the end of that u cant even raise your arms. on top of that last set on those i moved to doing 30 instead of 20

weight gain, etc?
libido is good, but tribulus can give a libido boost.

What about the real "secrets" of 3-AD?

straight i can do. body fat i hav yet to done again. i notice however a leaning out. simply put i fit into pants that wasnt fitting before. i hav hit higher doses than recomended on the lable to give test to the effects at the 5-6 range i do see the androgenic effects nameley back acne which is uncomfortable to me cuz its painful. in the higher doses i have seen the most in means of strength. labido still has not been any bit of an issue
 
3ad and 11oxo are definately cutter's, I dont see them being too beneficial if you are going the bulk and strenght route. Im still thinking of giving it a go stacked with something else tho.

Other than the acne, no hairloss of any kind eh? Are you not genetically prone, or have you found that this is very mild if you are prone?
 
i hav seen no hair loss to speak of and iam genetically prone to it. also just cuz sumthing is a cutter that means nothing in terms of strength. havoc/epistane theoretically are nothing but cutters as there anabolic rating is 1100. meaning 1100% more anabolic than regular methyltestosterone, while 93% as androgenic. meaning strictly speaking, it is a cutter yet i gained the most strength from it alone than anything else along with a large amount of size.

Thanks for the quick replies! Reps for you. That is great to hear as well.. and as I recall, Dr. D has stated that this compound CAN be blocked by a 5AR-inhibitor like finasteride or dutasturide for paranoid freaks like me... I can't wait to try this. Strength on a cutter, basically recompositioning your physique is an IDEAL compound if you ask me... which is why I've wanted to try Var for so long but said "f@#k it" when it comes to the price...

How has your mood/libido been overall as far as increases? Comparable to any past test-based compounds (4ad for example)?
 
labido is out of control lately. cant get enough, var i cant wait to try i plan on using it to cut for my show this fall. along with a few other "goodies" i have been collecting for a few months. my mood is a very good i feel happy and when i am in the gym i am dead serious. this is really geeky but if any1 has ever seen dragon ball z i feel like goku all happy and clowning around then at the drop of a dime i am dead serious ready to tear sum1's head off! mood is controllable and the aggression is takin out in the bedroom and gym

also, i jsut started the 3-AD with trisorbagen, OMG! it is WAY more potent than the stuff alone! aggression is def increased and it is only day 3! :woohoo: i'm dosing about 4-5 a day, what are you on now, BS?

n as for being only a cutter fellas that cant be claimed for shii yet specially since its been said multiple times by Dr D and BigSmith that this would work GREAT for dirty bullking, and i think they have more idea as to what this will do then you fellas following these logs... obviousl y not all that well too since you said not much strength??? scuse me? then how come a powrlifter (Nick W) is seeing strength gains from this thing and so is Big over here..... you guys need to reeeeeeead.
