Summarize

Hey guys instead of skimming through 13+ pages (which i already have done) will someone (the logger hopefulloy) just quickly summarize the dosing they are using with 3AD. (how many pills and how many mgs per pill) as well as gains\comments to this date.
 
i am using 5-6 pills daily, 150 mg per pill. gains are hard to say until body fat check is done. the last two weeks i decided to turn this into a dirty bulk type deal and i still seem to sliming up slightly which is a huge deal to me!

no, this is the worse state Miles is not to organized and doesnt seem to care about the sport. but i know that june show is just up the road from us over on az ave and chandler blvd i think at the chandler arts center

Yeah Miles is pretty crazy.

My training partner's competing in the June show, so I'll be there for sure. Dexter's supposed to be the guest poser.
 
"fancy metablism" LOL your a riot Rpen, im VERY lucky with that but my work and supplementing helps considerably.

i love my spaghetti noodles, although i alwas eat them plain, no sauce....
 
well i use i cant belive its not butter and a lil garlic salt but thats it.... then i eat my plain chunk light tuna straight outta the can and put ZERO seasoning on my chicken... im a very plain fellow....

ok here is my final update,
final weight was 259 after waking up. i wasnt home long enough to get tested this morning so i will have to get that up tommorow. the final explosive weight change happened when i hit the 5-6 dosage. my PCT is going to be HX2 and mfx. my ending eating was dirty as hell but i know burning was still occuring cuz there was a back fat that i had at the begining of my cycle which has since dropped off.

How dirty was the diet, to give us an idea of what can be gotten away with on this product?
 
by the end i was eating chinease food with a protein shake burger frys and ice cream. my estimation is a drop of 4% body fat, i changed from recomp to bulking as i will be starting a log for my cut. i swear it to everyone though that my precontest log will be very indepth.
also if i was wondering if i can get sum feedback from some guys on here for my plans
 
I have been on 3-AD at 4-5 per day for the last week and my blood pressure was absolutely fine yesterday at the doc's office.......106/70 :thumbsup:

YES! 3 per day works wonders and is the recommended dose.

Mike and I are BOTH early testers and are "testing" the product at higher doses and other situations like taking on an empty stomach and other things....

I feel it is VERY important for me to try out our products in MANY different wasy so that i am able to answere the many quesitons that you all ask.........

I normally do NOT make a recommendation unless i have tried it first myself! :thumbsup:
 
has anyone done this along WITH cardio??? I'm curious as to pumps and whatnot, and how cardio performance is with 3AD. Any info is appreciated.
 
So, you gained about 10 lbs in a month, which is pretty nice. You mentioned that you were going to get the bodyfat measured today. What's the official word on how much bodyfat you lost, based on that caliper measurement. Estimations are cool, but i'm looking forward to the hard data.
 
anybody know what the LBM gains were in that case??? i dont know how to do the calculations on that.... do we need the total BF% as well? What is that % BIG?

nightfly i agree. i hav tried alot of products and non of them have done this for me. this product is litterally a dream come true for guys like me
