Fun pump session. Ran those seated DB curls as slow as possible with higher than normal ROM at the top and full over extension at the bottom. Biceps worked.
Appetite has been up a ton, but weight is only 190ish. Been prioritizing protein obviously, had leftover cube steak for breakfast
