What is your epi ANDRO gel dose recommendation do you have anything like a 4 ANDRO ? Or what is your top 2 gels ? I am looking for lean mass

Thanks. Statistically what we find is that the sports nutrition consumer doesn't mind 6 capsules, but that you lose sales with the general consumer base when you go over 4 capsules per day of a formula.

For DHEA and Pregnenolone, on a topical, I think the ideal per ml dosing is 50 mg. DHEA/25 mg. Pregnenolone. I thought about doing one where that is the dose per ml, or possibly making it half that dose per ml bc then it would be more female friendly dosing.

For me personally, I think 300 mg. per day is the best dosing for Epiandro Gel. That is the dose where most people feel the best as in they get the best results and feel better on it. Pushing the dose to 450 mg. per day - some won't notice better results, some may, but for a lot of people they lose the feel good benefit at that dose.

We don't make anything with 4-Andro because there are some patent issues with that compound, and we just steer clear of situations like that.

For lean mass, are you open to suggestions on capsule products?
I can give some great suggestions on that for that purpose.

I think for a TRT centric product you have less to worry about capsule wise because they are already taking stuff, what’s 3 caps in the am and 3 in the pm.

I would love an inhibit e/inhibit p mix with something good for cortisol. That covers estrogen prolactin and cortisol. Then have the dhea/preg combo on the side for further optimization.

For dose I think 25mg dhea and 12.5 preg is best to appeal to more people

Have you tried one of the Ashwagandha products, regarding cortisol modulation?

I was thinking the 25/12.5 topical DHEA/preg dose is definitely appealing as well. I feel great on TD DHEA but it’s all very wet for me and I just don’t need a lot at all.

My wife has been on 25mg oral DHEA for quite some time, doing well on that, so TD with those doses could be a nice little boost.

I think a big mistake that some people make with DHEA is that they think they need more than they actually do.

Oral DHEA some people dose very high thinking that more is better when it isn't, and oral is more prone to estrogen issues.

I think DHEA is an example of an ingredient where topical/td is definitely better - more noticeable benefits and less worry about any estrogen issues than with the oral forms. 50 mg. per day is the highest dose the average person ever needs on DHEA-50 Gel in my opinion.

I agree that it is how that would seem - but that's a definite issue that we hear all the time is people complaining about the number of capsules per serving of some products. I think that a lot of general consumers don't think about it like - the answer is simply you can only fit but so much in a capsule; it's not that we ever want to make anyone take more capsules, its that the number of capsules is determined by the dose of active ingredients in the product.

I do think that a DHEA/Pregnenolone needs to be separate and if we do one, it would be at 25 mg. DHEA/12.5 mg. Pregnenolone. I've been consider doing that for SNS and XPG both.

I don't smell any scent with the Pregnenolone.

There is no added scent or fragrance with any of the XPG products. Any XPG product that has a smell to it, the smell is from the ingredients themselves or the carrier ingredients; and each product, the carrier is customized for maximum absorption, so every ingredient in every product has a functional purpose.

Ab-Solved is great for targeting visceral fat.

Ursa-Gel is great for recomp.

Epicatechin Gel is a very overlooked and underrated product.

Yup, I am in VA and get my dps stuff within two days every time, they are great. Feels like they have shipped before I am done checking out lol

I am on my first ever x gels run now, I grabbed the two pack from dps for later because the deal was so good

I do preworkout on workout days only with some glycerol, I actually started down at 2 caps for a week to get used to the soreness then worked up to the full 4 a day over a few weeks. Don’t want to derail Steve’s thread too much but the stuff has been great, just feels like I’ve been slightly beating last week’s numbers on every single lift for a month now. I had two bottles so I’m going to run it until those run out.

Have you ever considered making a bee product supplement? I would love to see a sns supplement containing apilarnil, pollen, propolis and royal jelly.

I would also like to see a orchic supplement, a lot of people seem to love it and there's almost no companies that sell it.

That ingredient is very expensive, and a big part of why is because the lack of commercial demand for it, so suppliers have to make it if/when someone wants it. And with the dosing being so low, a kg goes a long ways - which keeps down the # of kg's needed, which circles back to not being enough demand to make larger runs and then that keeps the price from ever coming down.

I hope that makes sense.

The reason that we haven't done a Tomatadine supplement is because I feel like it was good for the time period that it was introduced, but I feel like there are things that are so much better now that are less expensive. Like if we offered it, I could never tell anyone that they should pick it over Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Alpha One, etc.

The problem with doing an Orchic supplement is the huge range of price discrepancy between them. Some brands sell very high priced ones but then Swanson sells one for less than 5.00; and I think that most people in general buy the cheapest one like Swanson's.

I've never been asked for anything Bee related, but would be open to it if it were unique and different from the commodity ones. What would you have in mind?

I remember reading articles on how apilarnil can be an alternative to trt for some people. Now granted that is just one study and it wasn't very conclusive. Apilarnil has some incredible testosterone boosting properties. Bee propolis is incredible for breathing, lung disorders, immune health, and covid. And royal jelly is also great for testosterone. The product I think would be cool is kind of a bee product multivitamin type thing.

I think there may be a bit of a misunderstanding.

I'm not trying to speak for anyone, but I like you both, and I think that a question I asked may have resulted in an answer that was taken the wrong way.

I think he was more answering my question about ideas to make one unique.

He wasn't saying that it was a TRT alternative, he was just saying how he remembered some articles in the past that had presented it that way, and then provided the links to the articles and studies they referenced.

I think, and I could be wrong but this is how I took it, that he was just answering me as to that would be one way to make it unique - by further researching and possibly isolating or enhancing the Apilarnil content.

I think his interest in it in general was more related to the breathing and lung aspects of it.

I remember some of this, and if I'm not mistaken, I think there may have been 2 rounds of hype on this.

One about Apilarnil and the study on it.

And then another about some other studies, but if I remember correctly, there were just a ton of different forms, concentrations, extraction methods, etc. used and it made it hard to really piece together what was really the best.

I remember reading into Apilarnil back then and being concerned that it would/could increase other hormones as much as or instead of testosterone if it was isolated and dosed highly. I don't remember why now, but I remember that's why I didn't pursue it any further. There may be new info since then.

That could be interesting - multiple bee ingredients in one product.

i took queen bee acid dosed as recommended. nothing happened. dont remember what it was supposed to do. nowadays i would have tried 6x that dose before proclaiming it dead

We try never to dose anything to where you would have to do 6x the suggested dose haha. But I see where you're coming from with that.

I like to get a bowl of piping hot water and set the bottle in it where the water is covering all of the liquid/gel, but not the top/opening. Can really help bring it back into solution.

I love Recovery Fix and think its one of the most underrated products in any of the brands.

I had thought about a powder with something similar at one time, but overall capsules sell better than powders for daily use supplements, and its one that needs to be used daily for best results.

Plus, legit HICA tastes pretty bad so it would be rough to flavor. I've been trying to flavor a formula for CEL that I want to have HICA in it, and its very challenging.

The CEL product I mentioned is only a thought for right now - bc it has several things in it that taste awful. It's one of those things where it would be a great product, but if we can't make it taste better than it does so far, there's no use making it because it wouldn't sell. We just started working on the flavor, so there's still hope.

So many finished products are labeled based off of input rather than yield, and the yields can vary from batch to batch of raws in some cases. That's why its so important to test every ingredient going into it or to work with a cm that is doing that themselves per batch.

This is one of those that getting it right took a little longer than I thought it was going to, but we wanted everything to be 100% correct.
