Saw Dr Mike doing good mornings on EliteFTS this morning and just had to get some of that. First time touching the SSB

I probably could have done more weight, but holy hell do I need to rebuild my muscle memory. Gym owner walked up to me and swore me out for not seeing me for over a month, then coming in and rocking out a set at 335 for squats lol.
Completely different note, Alpha Gel is REALLY fucking with my shoulders these days, I've had hives off and on for 2 weeks under my beard and couldn't figure it out, it's ungodly annoying. It has to to be the cause. Anyway, rotated it to my love handles, and carnitine to the clavicles and all seems well today. Not sure if it's the heat, humidity, or whatever, but I'm over the itchy!
