The dissapearing man

So I get a little bit of acute sweating when I dose my l-car, not alot. But holy fuk, Ive been using a solo GBB (gamma-butyrobetaine) product 50mg a cap and approx 60mins after taking I am sweating like fukin crazy. Its actually too much. My clothes are drenched. Lasts about 3hrs.
 
Well...... I ended up doing like 8 sets of box squats and I was gonna go into deadlifts and chins ect. But I got talked out my workout into a sparring session. I got worked by a guy half my size lol. He gassed me out in 2 rounds and I had to take a breather lol

Muscle rant ahead...so I'm done with pre workouts. I've been on total denial that they have been causing my sleep issues. I've been watching ross flanigan's Olympia prep series and every time he says stay away from stim pre because they're actually counter productive. Seth feroce said the same thing in his steroid drugs and life series. For the last year I've had no problem falling asleep it's just I woukd wake up 3 hours later wide awake and when you start work at 4am that's not a good recipe. I convinced myself it wasn't the pre because I coukd fall asleep but deep down I knew. So this week I changed my program to a bro split and decided to try no pre and bingo!! Slept every night for 6 -8 hours ( and I'm still on tren) the crazy thing is the pumps have actually been better thanks to adding carbs back in but also the sleep. Now I don't even need the pre because I've berm getting quality sleep which will also help with growth. Just wish I would've tried thus sooner. Rant over

It's just starting to get its scent, the buds are big but not very dense yet, hard to explain but you can tell it's still growing. My buddy knows better then me tho, he says it's gonna be a mid to late October thing when it's ready.

Yeah, they are probably at that spongy stage, but in a few weeks when they get denser and start getting sticky, you’ll be smelling that for sure. You’ll definitely have to watch your neighbors then.🥴

I never considered the stim effect from blasting gear..I know vigorous Steve made a video on that. I'll probably try a non stim pre just to experiment but the pumps this past week have been borderline painful from adding carbs back in and also going to a bro split ( always liked bro split but I know it's not the most effective program). Also I still have super shredder from AA so I've still been using that. May switch to stampede scince it's more strength based

I been saying forward while that today's pre workouts that are stim loaded are counterproductive and even somewhat dangerous on steroids. Especially if yiur actually blasting. If your cns is already ripping on tren and anadrol or whatever the last thing you need is 600mg of caffeine every workout.

I've been upping my caffeine intentionally for the first time in a while since im not really taking anything else stim like. I been on a prison pre w/o kick lately lol. Morning coffee is always the same, then150mg caffeine from instant coffee mixed into 1/2 cup how water and a splash of skim milk 2 or 3x week pre workout.
That reminds me, I got pro synthesis on the way:)

I am sensitive to stim. If I can work out b4 2 in the afternoon I’ll do a scoop w stim and one scoop w out. If I’m working out after work 6:30 or so I do 2 scoops of non-stim pre. I find it hard to eat my post work out meal after the stim. If I stim late a have **** sleep. Same thing you were saying, I crash into a deep sleep and wake up a few hours later eyes peeled. When I was taking 12.5 of Mk-677 this wasn’t an issue. I slept good, vivid dreams, woke up feeling refreshed.
Made the stim-pre mistake Wed. Was dragging from the heat, drank a Celsius at 3:00 pm (200mg caffeine) and had stim-pre (200mg caffeine) at 5:45 hit the weights had a great high volume shoulder session. Went to bed at 10 and wide awake at 2:30. Fell back asleep at 5 maybe and slept through alarm. Woke up w migraine 30min after I should have left for work.

But that shoulder and trap pump was EPIC!!! Lmao
 
I really enjoy using CEL Super Swole, especially while blasting. Non-stim, dosage is 4 pills as pre and the pumps/vascularity are great. Just grabbed 2 more bottles from FlexIt!

Yes, it absolutely would be.

We have a lot of people that use it just for cardiovascular and endothelial health, and great feedback on it for erection quality.

Enough so that I've been debating on taking the exact same formula and putting it as a cardiovascular/blood flow/endothelial health product under the SNS Health Series.

Here on AM, most people think of SNS and CEL the same, but in the market overall, most people aren't aware of any connection and the general health consumer would be more likely to buy a SNS Health Series label style than the more hardcore CEL label style.

Super Swole is a neat product also to me because you also get the strength/harder contractions from Amentoflavone, and the increased recovery/decreased soreness from the Tart Cherry.

I mean if you get sick pumps the cherry may not prevent DOMS, but whatever soreness you experience would have been worse without the cherry.

I like Amentoflavone. If money was no object it would be a staple for me just like creatine. It’s a good performance enhancer.

15 min walk after every meal so far just because we're walking a lot but I'm sure it helps a bit with all the takeout.

Tonight I'm flying solo, I don't wanna go to the actual Disney parks so I'm doing a complimentary hotel dinner buffet and tomorrow I got rsvp for a Japanese steak house and a trip to a bakery.

We're actually coming home Thursday morning so IL be back to business Friday, maybe sooner

I am, definitely am. But IL be honest, I'm not feeling so great eating all this stuff. I'm truly enjoying it while eating but so far, just about every meal today and yesterday I kinda feel shitty and nauseous shortly after. I'm actually looking forward to this in house buffet tonight. There's supposed to be a salad bar, rotisserie meats, steamed and sauted vegetables and then a million sides like mash potatoes and Mac n cheese ect. I think I'm going light for soup, Salad and maybe some chicken or whatever is the rotisserie meat

I tend to like them because of the mental routine although I could probably get by with just a stim free beta alanine for the placebo effect. I try take a week to a month off at a time, for sure every deload I've ever taken, to give the body a rest and the honest truth is I'm sure my performance is just as solid without stims as it is with them. It's just a mental thing BEFORE and on the way to the gym that still has me hooked.

I think it also comes down to how tired/prepared you are, vs what is the goal of the training. If you are fatigued and you don’t have to hit a very specific target, keep the stim low and just take what is there in the gym. If for some reason you need to have X performance to stay on track and you are dragging, that’s going to be the time to try to force it with extra stims.

But where people mess up is they don’t see the big picture, how going to the well digs a bigger recovery debt. So instead of targeted application of higher stim days, some people are banging mondo stim combos all the time they train, burning the candle at both ends for a marginal shift in baseline. You lose the magic of the extra stims and still end up run down.

The last sentence, I honestly believe high carb diet will outperform any over the counter supplements and I think a intelligent natural powerlifter or strength athlete on the right diet will outperform Bob on steroids who eats normal and works out.

With that being said, give person A.the supplements on top and he will improve more and give him the juice and watch out!

I'm sorta watching you and Mikey with the extra cardio as I enter a cut for the first time in a year... trying to slow down the weight loss a little to see if I can preserve mass and increasing my eating. in the past it's been super easy for me to cut by just cutting calories, but if I end up at exactly the same weight every time, did I actually make any progress? LOL.

Depends, are you leaner at the same weight? If not then I think you know the answer. Well except when strength training is concerned many people try to limit growth while getting stronger for weight class reasons.

I've met Mark and had a couple conversations with him at Olympia when the slingshot first came out and I just want to say in my opinion he is a good dude and does a lot to help out people and his community but I have been away awhile so maybe I missed something.
