Long day, got a pretty good workout in, it was intense at least, but I was super busy today. Work, after work I had to trim a few trees overhanging my father in laws, then I hit the gym on basically 1 meal today. Loaded up on eaas and glutamine intra workout

Light weight but I was pretty tired from the first set so it felt heavy.
Immediately after the gym I got about loaded up with all kinds of problems from everyone so I had to skip another meal and shower and run errands for 3 hours and I just got home. As much as I'd like to use my remaining calories on garbage I won't. I took the leftover chicken, covered it in leftover chili, added a cup of rice and it's warming up.

That's a full size frying pan but if math is right there's about 100gm protein and 1000 calories.
My girl also just made a zucchini bread, not fried but like banana bread, it's more of a dessert then anything, she just used zucchini and a few other things to make it lower in carbs and fat and calories obviously. IL probably have a slice and a strawberry protein shake before bed and that will still get me my daily totals. Not ideal meal timing but I gotta do what I gotta do.
From eating little and up and down ladders all day I was actually 192 when I walked in the gym lol.
Workout was almost 2 hours long but I had a break in between the cardio and the weights.
Everyone knows my legs are a glaring weakness but I think they look "OK" with all the set backs and only doing light rehab stuff, jumping rope and some moderate weight low rep stuff once a week. Tomorrow was supposed to be boxing only but I might do some legs after. High rep squats and walking lunges if the knees feel good. IL wrap them just in case.
