Late update today was busy out on site all day!

I can definitely say getting some endurance and lasting energy out of this stack!! Also this week have been switching and applying Alpha Gel pre workout along with the PA XT. Feeling great on this and sleeping better then I can remember in a long time!!

It's really a blessing. Lately if I think I'll have any hesitation at all I'll throw in a melatonin but 9 times out of 10 you're totally describing my experience on alpha gel. Plus the other benefits I seem to be experiencing.

I think sustain alpha is a good product and I've used it a lot this year. However with Alpha Gel I personally am noticing
a. 2 pumps twice a day vs 4 pumps once a day is nice
b. is a little thicker, so it spreads into the skin far easier, this coupled with item (a.) means less skin real estate needed, and easier to change application locations
c. much more mild on the skin, no skin irritation. maybe the formula, maybe a result of a and b.
d. not sure if I'm noticing the euphoria that mr boom does, but definitely sleeping better, strong libido and strong physical reaction.

really seems like a solid product, especially to notice it at all after running dermacrine and ultra hard because at one point I just stopped noticing more natural substances for a while when under the influence of dhea and epiandro.
 
It’s definitely a solid product! Will definitely be re stocking for more runs.

I’m definitely noticing a difference in the mirror little fuller little harder more definition showing up. Really liking what I’m seeing going on!!

Really enjoying it I’m going to re stock tonight on it and PA.

I’m definitely putting more work and effort into just everyday activities + the gym. While in a caloric deficit! The energy levels have been great. Also just a general good feeling overall, also some of the best quality sleep I have ever had.

I feel like this is an amazing combination and I’m going to continue to run it!!
 
Today was a little bit of a test to see how my energy and endurance was going to hold up today. We traveled over the weekend to spend time with family. I finished last meal yesterday at 6 pm. We arrived back home this afternoon, I took my dose of PA XT about 30-45 minutes beforehand. Headed to the gym at 1 pm so roughly 18 hrs fasted.

Thank you. I'm hoping so. I just got started back training a couple weeks back and its like life decided to start throwing bricks at me every which direction I look in the last couple weeks. Workout wise, things are going well - life wise, just been a rough past few weeks. So hoping it'll help me pep up mentally.

Gym is closed today but I’m ok with that, busy weekend traveling and it’s a great day to spend with the family. Got a chuck roast all seasoned up and on the smoker will post pictures later on.
Got my Alpha Gel on this morning and knocked out some house cleaning, will take my dose of PA XT with dinner tonight since I am fasting all day today.

Alpha Gel is great I plan to continue running it! This morning back at it again! I did fast Monday and Tuesday just 24hr each day. Weight at 238.2 this mornings check in.

This morning a little slow getting out of the sack. It was so odd this morning I fell asleep and I never even moved last night. When my alarm went off I was like wtf I’m exactly how I feel asleep and it seemed like I just closed my eyes.

still pretty impressed that I’m adding some reps and increasing weight with caloric deficit and fasted training.

I feel like the PA XT is really kicking in. I’m getting a really nice pump and fullness feeling that is lasting most of the day!

Man got to love some of this July weather, 51 degrees this morning and only a high of 70 lol. We went from almost 100 to 70’s for the last 2 days and the next 3 according to weather, wild.

Definitely feeling the products starting to shine more energy and output before hitting the wall. Got to love it, also the pump/fullness has been amazing! Another great thing is I am taking PA XT on empty stomach before session, no burps or aftertaste nothing.

this morning session ran a little longer but I added some down sets and rested a bit longer on some exercises.

Friday nights are date nights, we don’t really go out anymore though. So we usually cook a good dinner maybe watch a movie (of her choice) and just have a nice evening. Last night I set out ribeyes from are beef and cooked them up with a little quinoa.

Today was a rainy overcast day and I just felt hungry today, so fed the beast today. Solid 4 meals no cheats just good and clean. I did eat a lot of the fat from the ribeye it was so buttery and delicious. Seemed like I ate a lot but turned out to be 3463 calories/ 180g fat/ 190g carbs/ 251g protein.
Will hit the gym tomorrow to make up for Tuesday.

I am not sure you can fit a ribeye into the healthy food category. A good marbled one might as well have been soaked in butter with the fat content. However, they are so damn good!

Yeah ribeyes are my favorite steak but the fat content is way too high to eat on the regular. I usually eat one 2-3 times a month for a cheat meal but I plan for it.
 
Well like I stated earlier next couple weeks are hindering my gym time with a work project. This morning out of bed at the gym 5am got 35 minutes of a HITT/LISS cardio on treadmill. 30 minutes touch over 3 miles, the sweat fest was real.

will be staying fasted in the mornings keeping the fat burning going as long as possible. Have meal prep done. This week is ground Turkey with shredded carrots and broccoli, on a bed of rice. Makes 2 small meals for the day 1058 calories and 82 grams protein.

This will be the last week for the log. I was hoping to be pushing my heavy week on my mesocycle. Adapt and overcome.
