I watched it this weekend as well. Being a Norwegian it was fun to see an all Scandinavian cast.

Some very goory action set pieces and good performance from the actors where it was needed. Basically a John Wick/Equalizer type movie set during World War 2. It had the perfect length for what it was.

any fans of the old flick from 90s ? one of my fav film .. so saw the new version of it and was pretty good .. i wanted to hate it but couldnt , had some good jokes and diff twist to a story.

worth a watch if you an 80s kid like me for nostalgia

I liked the first one.
But I didn't watch this one, because I thought I'd hate it.

I was not a fan of the first half. 2nd half was a little better. I didn't buy into Chris Pine. I was annoyed with him but I think it was suppose to be pretty light.

May be watching this tonight. I am Into Star Wars with my boy and Watched Solo last night. I really enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. Also watched Boba Fett and Mandalorian recently and thoroughly enjoyed those.

My roommate and I watched Boba Fett, and The Mandalorian.
We enjoyed them both.

An obvious rip off of Silence of the Lambs (I'm watching it now).
Malkovich is still great. Lawrence is not the best.
Melissa Roxburgh is incredibly watchable (I watched her on the series Manifest).

Yup i thought the exact same

Malkovich = anthony hopkins
Melissa = jodie foster

i love malkovich, actually just rewatched his rounders .. lil role but leaves an amazing performance each time.

since you know about silnce of lambs .. i assume you have seen manhunter & red dragon ??

I don't remember if I saw Manhunter. I saw Red Dragon, but it really wasn't my kind of movie.
I'm not usually much for gore/body shock type stuff.

I liked Silence of the Lambs mainly for the performances of Foster and Hopkins, and the Puzzle/ thinking aspects of it

hopkins really was the reason why i got into the series.

manhunter came out in 1986 and was based off novel red dragon

red dragon i really didnt care for it too .. but the cast of the movie was just amazing esp ed norton work

Anyone watch the TV series Dark? I'm starting the first episode, in hopes of more mindbending weirdness like Archive 81 or VHS.
 
Also, HIGHLY recommend Coherence!!! I can't remember if I already recommended it, but amazing mindbending strangeness.

Honestly, I'm not sure. LOL.
But I've seen it many times, and thought about watching it.
But your recommendation pushed it over the top.

It can be hard to follow all the character connections though, there should be a site (or there was) that allows you to update it based on which season and episode you are on so that it can keep you up to date with what is going on without spoiling anything that will happen in later episodes.

We rewatched Into the Spider-Verse on Saturday then watched Across the Spider-Verse Sunday. I agree with you, I also absolutely loved it. No Way Home was great but this felt like a better multiverse movie.

i heard its really good .. i believe theres 2 shows called Dark .. one is dubbed/subtitles which i hear is better.

but lmk if you start it and how you like it

Had some trouble with the first 20 minutes, so I'll have to try again lol.

Yellowbrickroad was pretty bad, couldn't finish it.

5 mins in and i have decided that im going to gym again after work.

Watched them over the weekend and I enjoyed them. Episode 1 is my fav as it revolves around him as an athlete. I found all 3 episodes to be a relaxed viewing experience. Ive read his auto biography so not much new stuff. But I got a bit more insight into his run as a Governor. Living in Sweden we dont really get that much deep info about american politics if we dont seek it out.

yeah one episode in and thought the same .. was pretty awesome, didnt expect weider to come in this soon but assume they are gonna pack in alot in next 2 episodes
 
Watched the new McGregor document series the last weekend. Was pretty good. High quality production and clearly better, than the previous Conor documentary, IMO. Nothing amazing, but I'd say worth a watch for any MMA fan (even if not a fan of McGregor).

Ok so watched The Flash on Saturday. First et me say that if you can't stand Ezra Miller then avoid it, he is in like 95% of the scenes. Also, do you know whats more annoying than Ezra Miller? 2 of him, just saying.

I enjoyed the movie mostly for Batman (Batmen?) SuperGirl and other cameos. The story is something we have seen before but the spectacke of it was cool. Id give it a 7/10
