Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

I haven't heard of him, but i agree...that is an awesome look!

Right after I made that post earlier about staying lean, my wife brought home donuts...smh

I smashed 3 of those things in record time
Wives do seem to have a way of “tempting”😈 us on a cut, uhh I mean “helping” 😇 us on a cut, and then saying something like “I think you look good…there’s nothing wrong with a couple of doughnuts”.

The doughnuts are a safety net. "🤔if he starts looking any better he might go looking elsewhere.......honey I got you doughnuts!"
 
Alright so I got my stampede yesterday in the mail and did 1cc this morning before fasted cardio and in all honesty it was f.ckin nuts!! When it hit it felt like I took some Adderall or meth..the back of my throat got Hella dry and felt like it was constricting almost like after a line of coke. It was almost too much and for a second I almost panicked but just powered through. Did the stepmill on level 8 fir 30 minutes like nothing and then level 9 for another 20 ( for reference I usually struggle on 7 for 35 -45 minutes). I easily could've kept going but by 8 o clock it had already been 12 hours scince my last meal. Full transparency I also took my woke AF and my clen but I take those before training everyday so the stampede was the only variable. The only thing is there'd be no way I could lift the way I felt this morning it would be too much. So what do I do tomorrow before legs...cut the woke AF serving I'm half or the stampede in half ?

I honestly don't have an exact answer for you, bit my idea is maybe alternate them workout to workout.

Ahh damn I know exactly what your talking about I keep wanting to say green tea but that's not it. I heard it yesterday as well and I even was lone oh I've heard of that

Yes go pills from first detachment are designed to go with broncaid max. It depends on the coach I guess. Scott McNally prefers clen Dave Crossland prefers eca, also probably depends on the client. I've read cycles where you do clen 2 on 2 off and on the off weeks you do eca that way your body doesn't adapt to either compound. But that's old school and I don't know if I necessarily agree with doing it that way. If yiu titrate clen from 40mcg to 100mcg and you're not getting results you're doing something very very wrong

Yeah, I still like the old faithful ECA stack, and like Mike said you can get the Bronkaid Max and it’s 25 mg of Ephedrine. Sometimes after lunch I’ll take the Bronkaid with my Death Wish Coffee and that’s a nice little energy boost. I like the ECA better than Clen personally. Yep, Bronkaid, 200 to 300 mg caffeine, and 81 mg asprin and boom good to go.😜

I do the sameish but 12.5mg of the bronkaid ephedrine, a cup of coffee and a baby asprin in the morning and then another 25mg with a pre workout that has caffeine, usually just whatever is cheapest or on clearance at wallgreens.

Haven't done it In like 2 years tho. Might be time soon

I ran ECA like 10 years ago when I was still partying...I could drink like a fish and I swear it made me feel alpha af
 
Like SUPER confident all the time. I had to force myself to stop because it felt too goodd
 
Yerba Mate increases glp1 levels (Huberman loves this stuff). You can buy it as pill/supplement too (what he recommends).

I was just gonna say the same thing, if I had an 8 ball on me I would drink all night and not feel a damn thing ( as far as being drunk)

20 beers, I use to call that pre gaming lol. I was a absolute drunk for quite a while. 20+ drinks daily, sometimes 20 shots with beers in between. And yes, I think the stimulants trick you into feeling sober so you drink more. It's like doing speedball. This is why the redbull with alcohol phase was so dangerous for college kids.

Jokes aside it's definitely not something I'm proud of. I'd probably be dead if I didn't stop
 
Little worried, still no gear delivery. My guy usually takes like 3 days and it's been about 8 days, I'm probably gonna send him a Email if it dosnt arive by Wednesday.
 
Ya he's probably got 30-40lbs of muscle more then frank Zane, I believe he was 220 on stage, Zane was like 180's

I‘ve always been a mass > aesthetics guy, so my opinion may not mean much to most, but I have never been into Zane’s physique at all. No disrespect intended; he’s just the antithesis of my physique values.

I’m a big fan Clen POST-WO/cardio. I’ve always felt it’s not worth the cost in exhaustion & extra heart stimulation/growth that can be avoided by moving it slightly. Could be worth trying - all that matters is you take it daily to maintain the enhanced metabolism, and I would keep it away from bedtime.

Really recently I heard Skip Hill mention he’s a fan of this for most clients because they get like me where they barely want to push because the Clen has their heart jacked up too much, so I was glad to see someone with experience & a large pool of experience felt the same.

Try the Stampede at .75ml preWO. I get some benefit still at that dose, and if that goes well you can always try 1ml again later.

I'm not a big fan of Zane either. I like his off-season look but in contest shape I always thought he looked stringy and small. Lidelmyer is way, way, way bigger then Zane. He's more similar in size to a young flex wheeler. There actually the same height and weight

I wouldn’t call it alpha; I get the same amphetamine-family feeling that DMAA, DMHA, Orchilean, all of those “orchid/geranium” extract drugs. More of a dopamine rush/excitement to be there/driven feeling.

I prefer to save it for those days I need to perform heavy but maybe really lack the drive. And at every competition and during peaking training sessions. I think it’s a terrific PED, but you do need to be wary of the way it can help you dig a recovery hole deeper.

Dieting, you can expect it to lower appetite like clockwork for a few hours while giving a good mood & energy boost.

Not a fan if frank Zane either..by far the worst Mr Olympia and it's not close. I would've chosen mije Mentzer over Zane any day but politics and everything

So i that's exactly what I did today..about .75cc and it was perfect. The endurance on this stuff is unlike anything I've ever felt. I imagine when people talk about cardarine thus is what they mean. Had an unreal leg day, didn't want to stop, and then did 45 minutes level 7 on stepmill and easily could be gone for an hour or 70 minutes. And the time flew by, it wasn't like cmon just 5 more minutes you got this type catdio. If anyone is in precomp or cutting hard I'm telling you that you gotta try this stuff. Oh yea I totally forgot in Steve's video he does post a warning about how you can get shortness of breath for a few minutes because of the Amp. That's what happened yesterday morning. It was like a combination of tren cough and jitters like too many Stims. I wish I would've remembered why it was happening that way I wouldn't of freaked out as bad which i know just made it worse

Yea Wednesday would be good. I was gonna say email because it's been over a week.
 
Just talked to a few ppl, it's jut that he's that busy. Everyone's stuff been taking a little over a week lately
Makes sense summer is right around the corner. I don't know why everyone waits. I started in what? February/ March. And I could walk on the beach right now head held high. If you start now summer will almost be over and you're gonna be dieting while everyone else is bbqing by the pool and having fun
 
Easier just to stay lean...unless someone is trying to bulk up for a competition

Really depends on you goals, I don't typically cut in the summer and bulk in the winter like everyone else does. And my head is held high year round and there is no correlation between the that and the way I look. There's not a single thing I do that's to impress other ppl. I do this stuff for me. Also, how do you know ppl aren't prepping for shows or pl meets in September or October. There's tons of bb shows and pl meets that time of year. Now wouldn't be the beginning of there preps.

But the ppl who wait till now trying to get ready for summer are probably the same ppl who don't lift or diet off cycle and they think 1 cycle makes you look like a bodybuilder. I gotca couple friends who recently started msg me asking about what to do for summer. I basically told them they need to start right now to get ready for summer next year

Can someone please remind me what the iron chelation supplement is that's often used in bodybuilding these days. I can't for the life of me remember what it is. I can think of like 10 ingredients that lower rbc but there's one specific one that keeps slipping my mind. It was popular on podcasts last year too if thst helps

That's who I was taking about...the people who wait till now that think 1 cycle gets them ready for summer. You're right tho it is contest season..Justin Harris was talking about how he's pretty much at a show every weekend for the next few months because all his clients are competing. Plus nationals is in October so if you need 16 weeks you gotta start getting your stuff together now

I revised all my plans moving forward and my goal is still to look the best I can for the 4th of July but I'm gonna cut hard after the deadlift comp in July "if I even do it".

So moving forward I'm swapping some macros around to push protein and carbs higher and fat lower while trying to stay about 100-200 calories under maintenance. With the added gear I probably won't even loose an weight on that small a deficit. Start building up my work load in the gym little by little till I reach that max recoverable threshold.

No updates on bodyweight or pictures till the 4th. If I take pictures week by week I'm gonna mind **** myself.

Basically more gear, work harder, eat smarter. That's about it.

Benched 315 last night for 3×3,2,2 then dropset to 225×13 rest pause +4 at the very end of my workout. So this was after about 45min of a push workout. I'm definitely happy with that.

Don't think I will be deadliftin first on pull days, it destroys the rest of my workout.

Starting some healing peptides and the igf as soon as my gear arrives.

Still only on a little test and eq right now.

Bumping to 450/600 test, 600eq, 400mast soon.

Still contemplating a little tren and anadrol in july

I know what chelation is, but there's a specific ingredient often used by ppl who are trying to avoid giving blood and I can't remember the name. Other things like cardio, hydration, antioxidants and fish oil help too. But there a very powerful over the counter supplement I'm thinking of and I'm stumped

I can't wait to see how the igf experiment goes. Also that's a legit cycle even if you don't run the tren.
 
By the way, I been dieting my friend with diabetes, his glucose was running up into the 400's at times!

Over the past year he's lost over 70lbs and hasn't needed his insulin in almost 2 months.
 
That's the "best part" of Type 2, a good diet and exercise can often reverse it if it didn't get too out of control.
 
Today's meals

Coffee with cream and protein powder
No yolk Egg noodles with sirloin steak and peas
No yolk egg noodles with sirloin steak and peas
Pre- Greek yogurt, nuts, dates and watermelon
Grilled chicken fajitas with spinach and salsa
Mint chocolate chip protein bar if I feel the need for dessert.
