Chelation is a medical procedure aimed at eliminating the presence of harmful metals in the body using a chemical or organic chelating agent. In this sheet, you will discover this technique in more detail, its principles, its history, its benefits.

Juste a little info about
I know what chelation is, but there's a specific ingredient often used by ppl who are trying to avoid giving blood and I can't remember the name. Other things like cardio, hydration, antioxidants and fish oil help too. But there a very powerful over the counter supplement I'm thinking of and I'm stumped

I revised all my plans moving forward and my goal is still to look the best I can for the 4th of July but I'm gonna cut hard after the deadlift comp in July "if I even do it".

So moving forward I'm swapping some macros around to push protein and carbs higher and fat lower while trying to stay about 100-200 calories under maintenance. With the added gear I probably won't even loose an weight on that small a deficit. Start building up my work load in the gym little by little till I reach that max recoverable threshold.

No updates on bodyweight or pictures till the 4th. If I take pictures week by week I'm gonna mind **** myself.

Basically more gear, work harder, eat smarter. That's about it.

Benched 315 last night for 3×3,2,2 then dropset to 225×13 rest pause +4 at the very end of my workout. So this was after about 45min of a push workout. I'm definitely happy with that.

Don't think I will be deadliftin first on pull days, it destroys the rest of my workout.

Starting some healing peptides and the igf as soon as my gear arrives.

Still only on a little test and eq right now.

Bumping to 450/600 test, 600eq, 400mast soon.

Still contemplating a little tren and anadrol in july
I can't wait to see how the igf experiment goes. Also that's a legit cycle even if you don't run the tren.

That's the "best part" of Type 2, a good diet and exercise can often reverse it if it didn't get too out of control.

Can someone please remind me what the iron chelation supplement is that's often used in bodybuilding these days. I can't for the life of me remember what it is. I can think of like 10 ingredients that lower rbc but there's one specific one that keeps slipping my mind. It was popular on podcasts last year too if thst helps

I like Jarrow’s IP6 when I use it.

You need to pull your Ferritin levels in addition to your CBC when you get bloods. If you order Iron, that is a random transient amount you’ll get and not representative of your overall iron levels. You want to test Ferritin to get the big picture of where your iron is. If it’s under only midway or lower in the range, do not use IP6.

You can make yourself anemic taking IP6 daily if you actually don’t have high enough iron levels. I was eating red meat every day, 2 meals a day at least for months, not taking IP6, and still lower middle range several months after a donation I did.

500mg nightly (or anytime between meals, but keep away from your minerals or meds) will be sufficient for most who need it.

It's not for me, I was talking to someone who's at a 53 and doesn't want to donate so I was trying to tell him a few things that can help in a attempt to bring it down.

Good information tho, not something I've ever really had to deal with. I think I've only had to donate like once ever and it wasn't even that high, I just was young and didn't have any clue about this so I just did what I was told

I always donate every few months because my Hematocrit is always high. Even before steroid use. Just to be on the safe side.

When I was a kid I was borderline anemic and had to always take iron supplements to stay in range, I kinda grew outta it somehow but I think that might play a role in why mine never/rarely get high.

Minor injury yesterday, I woke up with a stiff neck and shoulder but didn't think much of it. After work I only had 45min to work out so I did a bunch of sets of deadlifts and close grip bench for about 30 min working up to 435 for a couple singles and 185 for sets of 12 on cgb. Threw my gloves on and did 3 rounds on the heavy bag and went home. Today it's twice as bad. My girl said she can see where it's swollen on the right side of my neck, upper back/traps area and pain into my shoulder.

Very common spot for me to get minor injuries. I'd bet over the past 3-4 years I've done this 10 times. And it always happens after sleeping on it funny. I should know better by now. Usually it passes in 2-3 days so il just do light high rep stuff today or legs only

Take care of that and hope it relaxes soon for you. If you have some topical curcumin from Apex I find that can help calm down a local area faster.

I don't, I'm seeing more and more ppl liking that stuff tho. I alternated hot and cold last night and tonight I'm gonna heat it up and try to roll it out or get a light massage to get the blood flowing

So after I posted my meals Tuesday I continued to prep and eat like a bodybuilder. I replaced all the junk for the most part but I do keep s couple protein granola and regular protein bars with me while at work in case I don't have a chance to sit and eat.

But........
Wednesday and yesterday was a protein bar and a coffee

Yogurt and granola

Chicken or pork tenderloin, rice, broccoli.
Same
Same
Like as plain as plain can be
20230518_200758~2.jpg

And I somehow lost 9lbs in 3 days lol

I move soo much all day every day but I didn't hit the gym last 2 days, I'm resting till probably tomorrow. Food volume was good but apparently not enough calories. I'm gonna swap a chicken meal for a beef meal with some kind of higher calorie sauce or olive oil or something on it to make it more calorie dense.

Because of my schedule I'm eating

9am
Noon
3pm
7pm
9pm

Don't have time for a extra meal unless I slam a shake in the morning or eat on the ride to work

Idk what my max is. My best pull was 508 @220, but i also pulled 500 at 185 last wear with straps. 435 was reasonably easy the other day. I'd like to pull 550 @198lbs

I would be happy with that. Long term I wanna bench 400, squat 500, deadlift 600. 1 because it would be nice numbers to have but 2 so that strength carries over to mass gaining phazes. More reps with more weight = more muscle

That’s a good goal, and by all indications obtainable looking at your current numbers, and 1500 is a very respectable total.

Still no gear, another guys showed up and the bottles were all 1-2ml short. Looks like my source is going downhill. Gonna wait another week and then call it a loss and order elsewhere, i got a filter so il Probably filter it all into a 50ml bottle. **** my life lol. I'm tempted to just run 600 test and 100 anadrol per day and burn through all my peptides and igf because I already have all that stuff and I have a insulin pen coming that's either 300 or 500iu of novalog. Probably gonna start with 5iu with the post workout meal to feel it out. I feel like any time I try to plan something it goes to **** and when I wing it I get no distraction lol.

So of course I'm on the last 2 weeks of this cut and about to drop carbs 1 more time to around 150grams a day and I get a coupon for a free medium specialty pizza from this pizza joint across the street as a "welcome to the neighborhood gift". I don't even really like pizza that much but the pictures are like porn. I'm like where was this when I moved here in February when I actually could've used it. So I'm saving it. I'm just imagining a whole medium pizza with my insulin sensitivity before a back session 😂

So the little I read on levimeer it sounds like it might be a better option than lantus. Apparently it's better for mitochondrial health which for an athlete I would think that it be of the utmost importance, I'm surprised more guys run lantus instead. Also I saw how expensive metformin can be. Its 45$ for 30 500mg pills on AA. That's crazy expensive but if you run the levimeer you won't need the metformin. Was watching am old vigorous Steve video, the dream steroid cycle addendum where he talks about peptides he would run, and specifically he talks about igf1 lr3 and lantus and how when you run those together do not run metformin along side which makes total sense

Can you link that video or tell me the name. It's probably worth a watch for me. My plan originally was use igf for 2 weeks then the insulin for 2 weeks and rotate. It seems like after 2-3 weeks on igf it looses effects but only needs 1-2 weeks off to get it working at full capacity again. The thing with igf that we're hoping for is cell hyperplasia, more muscle cells. But you won't see results from that for months because the cells need to mature. So basically (from what I can understand) that benefit from igf I won see for months and months down the road. It should leave me with more muscle cells to grow on future cycles. But immediate effects would be Nutrient partitioning, more fuel storage, better recovery and a better pumps. I'd be lieing if I said I know exactly what I'm doing on this one lol

After I watched it I got excited for you because when he gets to that part he pretty much does what you've laid out for yourself except he does talk about taking mk on the off days of igf. If this goes good for you I'm probably gonna run it in the fall when calories are in a surplus
