So after I posted my meals Tuesday I continued to prep and eat like a bodybuilder. I replaced all the junk for the most part but I do keep s couple protein granola and regular protein bars with me while at work in case I don't have a chance to sit and eat.
But........
Wednesday and yesterday was a protein bar and a coffee
Yogurt and granola
Chicken or pork tenderloin, rice, broccoli.

And I somehow lost 9lbs in 3 days lol
I move soo much all day every day but I didn't hit the gym last 2 days, I'm resting till probably tomorrow. Food volume was good but apparently not enough calories. I'm gonna swap a chicken meal for a beef meal with some kind of higher calorie sauce or olive oil or something on it to make it more calorie dense.
Because of my schedule I'm eating
9am
Noon
3pm
7pm
9pm
Don't have time for a extra meal unless I slam a shake in the morning or eat on the ride to work
