Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

I think it's a mix of fat and water. And I hair lol. I guess it looks worse witj me looking down at my stomach vs seeing it straight on but I still think I should probably trim some fat off before I push food because I know I'm gonna need to be eating a lot eventually.

Or do you think I just go till my abs completely vanish. I think that might be a bad idea.

IDK what you're bitchin' about, this seems like absolute optimal "walking around" BF%. Not so lean you can't lift well, not so fat you can't cut down muy rapido. Actually, probably a bit on the lean side. My guess is where you stand it's easier to get sub 10% than to set a squat PR. you look good. no homo.
 
Back at 229 btw...told my old workout partner om hopping back on next Monday. He was like you're not on now!? You're f.ckig huge!! Everyone thinks you're on because of how jacked you are now. I was like no been cruising scince Christmas..I really want to show the guys in this commercial gym they're not as big and bad as they think they are. I know that's a horrible thing to get me motivated but I'm getting so sick and tired of all the flexing in the mirror after EVERY set and all the phone videos of every workout.

This kid pulled his shirt up to look at his abs in the mirror from like 20 feet away and I saw it. I turned around after finishing my set so I could pull my shirt up and flash him my belly, but he’d already turned away.

Like bitch I can see from the shape of your pants you have no ass or hamstrings and you couldn’t squat 405 with a pair of knee wraps even, gtfo of here like you’re some kind of bodybuilder.

Right on..I'm nottyr biggest Italian food guy but my wife use to make a really good one..she put sausage in hers too...I never heard of that till I met her..wonder I it's a Connecticut thing lol..but I use to love coming home to that every once in a while especially after a heavy leg or back day. I couldn't imagine doing like 10 units of Humalog before eating that. You would probably see yourself recover and grow like wolverine in the x men movies
 
I have a buddy coming to town Wednesday and he's gonna put through is leg day and Thursday he trains arms. So just to kinda be on pace with him I did pull today. I need to start bringing my belt and grips to the gym because I know I can push harder and I wanna start taking things closer to failure while still accumulating volume.

Tomorrow IL do push, legs on Wednesday, arms on Thursday, Friday off and IL probably bench and Squat on Saturday morning and finish off with weighted pullups and some heavy bag work. Need to get back on the bag a little

I actually like the way the split sounds, if I think I can push harder and get my total volume into one workout I may give it a try for a while.

Pull,push,legs,arms, rest, full body or big lifts, rest and repeat. Technically I would still be hitting everything twice, I would just need to make sure I allow time for longer sessions to get the work done

She doesn't put sausage in it, the sausage and peppers were on the side. But there's lots of different ways to make lasagna. I like making little eggplant cutlets and layering them into the lasagna and sometimes IL put ground sausage in it too. Next time I give myself a free day IL do some cooking. If you take fitness and macros out of the equation I can cook like a muddafukka.
 
So apparently you can go into wal mart and buy insulin for 25$ a bottle no script. They have long acting and regular ( apparently no short acting ) I wanted to start out with 10 units of long acting upon waking along with my gh along with the metformin and berberine( going to get suppressor by 1st detachment). Vigorous Steve said metformin crushed his IGF-1 from 270 down to 80 but Justin Harris and big Paul said if you're using gear and growth then metformin won't make that much of a difference in the amount of progress you're going to make. Justin Harris made the analogy of throwing a chair off the titanic...yea the boat is lighter but it's obviously still going to sink

<quietly erases 45lbs from all the weights and writes 65lbs on them to make 305 look like 405>

Smont good workout… I really miss cables. Cable pulldowns was my fav exercise on back days definitely the Go To outside of RDLs

I made a bootleg cable system with some pullups, climbing rope and chains for my brothers basement. Technically it's rated for 500lbs even tho I've never put more then 150 on it. It cost less then $50 to make. Next time I'm over there il take a picture it's super easy to make

I think it’s very important to be proud of how far you’ve come, but you can tell when small fish have no concept of the sharks that live out in the open ocean.

If your on gh and slin I wouldn't be slightly worried about using metformin. Even just on cycle with a decent amount of steroids I'm not even slightly worried about metformin
Kinda what I was thinking as well..it's weird Steve said his igf dropped from 270 to 80 from it but then Paul said his was still over 300 with it...but then Steve said if you're on tren that'll make up for it because tren increases igf as well

@Hyde If I decide to jump to 100mg of drol on weeks 4-6 should I do 2 separate doses or the whole 100 PWO

If sides aren’t an issue, I believe all at once. Bigger impact on training, potentiating greater results. Even greater peak drug exposure, so more anabolic.

But if it raises bp too much or causes excess lethargy or whatever that becomes a hindrance, spacing it out to curb sides is still very viable. We want our performance-enhancing drugs to actually enhance our performance.

I'm in the same school of thought, with orals, regardless of half life, I like the idea of the whole dose pre workout so it peaks for training and your feeding it with that massive post workout insulin spike.

If your getting side effects break up the dose.

Same with injectables really, I'd you don't get sides and can take big infrequent doses of injectables you get these massive anabolic spikes. I unfortunately can't do that with testosterone but something like eq or masteron I could definitely take a bolus dose once a week.

I got a buddy who stopped cycling because he's burnt out on pinning and he just started again and is only using the longest esters he can find because he refuses to pin more then once a week now. I guess his last cycle was like 10 pins a day between gear, gh and whatever else

He's pinning 600 sust/500 deca every Sunday for 10 weeks and planning to switch to 300 trest D and 1000 eq after.

I wish he was doing the trest eq first, I'm very intrigued to see how that goes.

On a side note, @Hyde or anyone really. I got a guy asking me about reconstitution of peptides with acetic acid, does anyone know the correct ratio of AA to water for this? I always thought it was 10 parts water to 1 part AA but I'm not positive

First thing I thought when I read it was Dave saying oxies, or Scott McNally making fun of Dave saying it. That show is growing on me again. Even though a lot of the stuff they say I feel like they have very different opinions from what's normally accepted by most coaches and Dave actually is almost opposite of what other coaches do. But they make a great duo, I genuinely enjoy listening to there podcast regardless of If I'm liking the information or not. It almost gives you a completely different perspective/approach of how people do things.
 
Side note, I'm obviously not as lean as I'd like but I'm getting bigger really fast, I'm only 3 to 4 weeks back in the gym and I'm significantly wider and kinda look like I'm on dbol lol. Idk what's going on. I did take mk again yesterday to make myself hungry and I crammed down a couple 100 extra gram of carbs, will do the same again today so I'm all carb loaded for legs tomorrow. The only thing different I'm doing is putting more effort into form and more effort in general. So basically the only things I'm doing different are training related leaving me to believe I haven't been getting the most out of my training in the past 6 months or so.

I guess you could also argue that because I cut out large amounts of cardio and am doing more body building style vs. My usual mix of stuff it's making a big difference.

You're going to look more like a bodybuilder of you train and eat like one and it sounds like you're body is really responding to it

Yeah, Trest is one of the more powerful steroids out there. It’s great if you’re one that doesn’t have to deal with prolactin and estrogen sides. And I’ve used it on a bulk and cut cycles and it’s equally effective for either, as long as diet and training are good.

Question for everyone. As bad as I wanna start this cycle there's still so many changes I can make, I haven't fine tuned the diet yet, I also haven't add my intra workout nutrition back in yet. I haven't even used creatine since October lol. You think I should keep going step by step?

I'm making a order in another week or 2. My boy is kinda on the same page as me. His thoughts are That Once the gear arrives throw in 600 mg of EQ alongside the 150 test and keep going through all my little tweaks while the EQ is building up in my system. Then when things stall out at NPP

Forgot, 211 this morning, probably the carb load of sorts.

Snuck to the gym for a little push session. Shoulder is still inflamed, nothing serious I just need to baby it a little longer and be careful how I sleep. It's on the side I tend to lean twords.

If It didn't involve pinning a extra 1ml daily I would use 50-60mg s23 rolling into summer no doubt

They can all be oral and injectable. There's no Bioavailability issues with s23, lgd or rad 140. But for some reason I have found s23 and lgd to work almost like a different drug in injectable form. They seem to be stronger and have some different cosmetic effects. I didn't really get a chance to tinker with injectable RAD but again, everyone who has used both finds the injectable significantly better.

Yk 11 has a bit of a bio issue and injectable should be like 10x better. Take that number with a grain of salt though.

Ya but there's a massive difference in the prep process. For the past few months I've noticed chicken breasts all have a very strange chewy texture and if you're gonna Baker grill them I have the butterfly them open and pound them thin. The chewy texture is unbearable when it happens and I end up throwing the meat in the garbage I've probably wasted 20 pounds of chicken breast in the last 3 months doing this. I talked to my cousin who owns a restaurant he said it has something to do with antibiotics and the steroids they use to make the chickens grow faster. When you boil the meat this doesn't happen for some reason and I can just open the package throw the chicken breast in and turn it to boil. It cuts about 20 to 30 minutes out of the process And I don't have to wash knives or cutting boards

I know exactly what you're talking about, we went through that a LOT around pre covid era or shortly into covid. it was disgusting and almost woody in texture. I haven't had that issue in a long time now though so I'd be really curious to know where you are getting yours to compare notes. My wife got a TON of chicken (like maybe 20 packs of breasts) at fred meyers recently bogo.

When she's on meat duty she takes the whole chicken breast, sometimes marinades overnight in a ziplock and then either has me grill them or she bakes them. When I'm on meat duty i slice the breast in half to make each one thinner and sometimes I'll even pound them to make them more tender if I'm feeling fancy. I just love the way they cook that way. My mom tends to marinade them in basically just oil and salt and it's pretty freaking phenomenal. I never get tired of really well cooked pollo
 
I've had it happen at cost co, bjs wholesale, Aldi, shoperite and stop n shop. Basically any time I buy chicken for less then $5 a lb I feel like it happen. Not every breast but a lot of them. The higher quality stuff not so many issues. But it's hard to beat 2.49lb and the butterfly + meat mallet takes care of it a d so does boiling. I already spend a lot on food, if I double my meat cost for the organic **** my girl will have a meltdown lol

Not only are they bigger. But they grow so fast that I'd imagine it has role, These broiler chickens weigh 5 pounds at 10 weekstold and by 6 months there are 3-4 times the size of a normal chicken
