Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

But what if doughnuts are part of my diet. I was thinking about doing the protein cheek and donuts diet. Heard it works if it fits your macros and you take a lot of pepto

Lol..a few years back when iifym was really big were pop tarts the thing to eat where you guys live or was that just a SoCal thing?
 
@Smont do you get e2 conversion from eq?
Not a significant amount, there's very little aromatization to e2. Instead it converts to e1 which is a much weaker form of estrogen. Most ppl who get rid of e2 and use e1 for there estrogen needs require a lot of e1 to get the job done.

So with testosterone you might need somewhere 70 to 200mg to get enough e2 it wouldn't be enough testosterone to really build any muscle but it would cover sexual function and energy ect.

But if you wanted to run on e1 you might need somewhere between 800-1200mg of eq or deca or a combination of the both totaling those mg. Maybe less, maybe more. It takes some playing around with. But if you end up being someone who functions well on e1 it can eliminate basically all the typical side effects that come from high estrogen and e2 makes side effects from 19nors a lot worse, but e1 doesn't seem to do that. Therefore In theory I will be able to use higher doses of mild compounds and not get acne or ed or prolactin gyno

Rice Crispie treats are what everyone has on there gym bag here, as a matter of fact those sound kinda good right now, i wonder if we could make a protein version of rice Crispie treats
 
Because I usually have a meal or 2 in me before the gym and when I'm training really hard I have intra workout stuff, so I don't worry too much about slamming the carbs and protein immediately post workout. But when my workouts are over a hour and a half IL start snacking on gummy bears twords the end and drink a shake on the way home.

I try not to do the pop tarts too much because IL easily smash 4 and that's 800 calories
 
I'm still not counting calories, just getting 50ish grams of protein per meal, keeping carbs moderate most days, gonna stick with what I'm doing till I stall. I am writing everything down so when the time comes I can easily go back and add up my macros to know maintenance tho.

Turkey burger with 2 eggs and 2 slices cheddar cheese for breakfast. Also a big coffee with about 4 servings of half and half.

Weight has been steady for a few days @207.5 in the morning and 210-212 in the evening
 
I keep checking in on your log and it keeps making me so hungry lol. Doughnuts and pop tarts and burgers. My metabolism is slow I can’t pound carbs at all. I get some jealousy of people with faster metabolisms

I need to get back on a bulk I’m going hungry every damn day.

Ya, it's not really much of a log as it is 7 or 8 ppl bulshittin all the time and talking about food and drugs. I'm just kinda getting back into the swing of things. I'm trying to enjoy my food while not getting too fat lol. I'm probably gonna need to get some real cardio sessions back into my program soon.

March 1st I'm gonna kick my training into high gear and probably start a cycle later next month
 
Oh by the way, I've Bern stocking up igf lr3 and des. I got 4mg lr3 and 6mg des so far. So those are going into the upcoming cycle. Have I mentioned this before? I'm not expecting any Miracles out of the stuff. I'm just gonna experiment with a buddies protocol. If anything at least I can use it to improve glucose uptake and anything else IL take as a bonus.

Definitely not just a so cal thing.
Idk but I still eat pop tarts post workout when I train at night sometimes lol
I did this for a while, works just fine for the need. I had to stop though because having them around the house the people who weren't lifting like me started getting fluffy! They look to me for cues on food and if Daddy can do it... So now I don't keep them around the house. Also if I ever broke into them after smoking, I was likely to take out a whole box. Just wasn't worth it but a very easy to digest carb source with low fat and some fructose to help with insulin post workout, it really does the job of kicking off an anabolic event post workout.
 
Ok just finishing up with my 10 min cool down on the treadmill. Felt motivated today so I added weight and reps across the board and a extra exercise or 2.

I have been riding steady progression but things have been a little too easy and I needed to push harder. I'd say I still had reps in the tank on 75% of this workout so I'm still far from tapping out on trt/muscle memory gains.
 
Frosted strawberry or maple brown sugar are my favorites
Brown sugar cinnamon are definitely up there for me. I also love the chocolate peanut butter ones, not sure if they still make them. Out of the fruity ones Strawberry, Cherry and Blueberry are my favorites.

I like mine very lightly toasted. Like just enough to warm the center but not really change the color / lightness of the breading.

I'm a fukin slob, I break them up in little pieces and drop them in 2 cups of Fairlife milk and eat them like cereal lol. So if I toast them it makes the milk warm lol

Sometimes I dip mine in milk. It's funny you mention breaking them up because when I eat mine I break little pieces off and eat them instead of biting the pop tarts. Like a nibble at a time to make them last longer. LOL

That's why I do it, I Break them into like 8 little pieces so I can pretend I have more than I really do, Sometimes it works and sometimes I open a second package lol
 
By the way I just tried making mashed potatoes using skim milk and fat free Greek yogurt, some seasonings and no butter and it was absolutely............

terrible lol. It was like eating paste😆😆😆

Yeah, I prefer to just make a baked or nuked potato, add salt and pepper, then top it with the fat free greek yogurt like sour cream and eat it that way. Then you get the contrast between the greek yogurt and the potato instead of it being hidden more by being mixed into the potatoes. I tried the way you mentioned above and felt the same way about them too!

I really like cutting them into cubes or wedges and using just enough coconut oil to coat them, hit them with some Is Cajun space and garlic salt and oven roast/bake them. I was just trying to find a way to make extremely low fat mash potatoes. Oh well.

Ground turkey and beef 50/50 split, for burrito tacos tonight! Greek yogurt in place of sour cream and making a southwest style rice to go with it. One of my favorite fake cheat meals.

Got all the kids tonight so I gotta make something everyone likes, tacos always seems to work

Dude that sounds so good I think I might do that tonight , was gonna fo a Lenny and Larry's protein cookie but maybe the pop tart thing instead..or maybe both only got 10 more days of screwing around before its time to blast off

When the last time you took a real diet break. Like 24 hours of **** it? I bet you are someone who might benefit from a day like that once in a while, if you can stick to it being just 1 or 2 times a month. If yiu think it would turn into a problem then don't. But I can give you some decent macro versions of things to keep it reasonable. I actually can't stand this guy for some reason (might be the way he delivers his info, seems annoying lol) but look up Remington James on YouTube. He's got some good high protein cheat meal recipes. He also has good "keto" cheat meals. There more high protein low carb then actual keto. I tried his low carb deep dish pizza, it was pretty good

That actually sounds really good. You know inside every body builder is a fat slob trying to get out! Lol! We’ve all got that slob in us

I bet you are someone who might benefit from a day like that once in a while, if you can stick to it being just 1 or 2 times a month. If yiu think it would turn into a problem then don't. Dude I cant stand him or his boy Ryan ankrom. To me they're the epitome of douchebag gym bros but the last time was when I was in Vegas for Christmas. I don't like doing "whole days" because I wnd up feeling like crap ( physically not emotionally) but scince then I haven't been super strict. Been eating oatmeal with fruit and a bunch of sugar on top, I've mixed chocolate chip cookies into it ( real ones not quest bar ones lol). I probably could be better I do buy into that study that if you have a cheat meal or day it revs up your metabolism if it starts to slow because of a restricted diet. These past 2 months tho I've definitely satisfied my food cravings so I should be good until June (sigh..lol)

I really liked it back in the day, I bet it's been 10 years since I used it. so I'm probably gonna find a way to work it into my upcoming cycle. I won't be doing that combo, but IL probably add epistane in a scenario where I want more gains without more estrogen. I always felt like it was a mix of winni and anavar style results.

I also once did a dbol and epistane combo at only 15mg each and it was pretty good

Niice..yea to me epistle was a milder legal version of winny, it's one of the few d.s. that I would do if I couldn't get winny. Halo us still on my to do list. I remember going to the pharmacy in Tijuana back in the day and they had sten( enth and prop mix) and stenox ( which was halotestin) big fan of sten altho at 19 anything works but I always wanted to try the stenox but the dudes I was with were like no way your nowhere near that level lol

Yep, can’t take Epistane or Winny anymore, these old bones just dry out too much and same thing, Rice Krispies….oops hope we don’t get everyone thinking of Rice Krispie Treats.😜

Yo, those are my two favorites! Maple brown sugar, and S'mores. Pop tarts were a staple breakfast for me in high school, LOL.
Through all of high school I almost never ate breakfast. Only in my senior year because I use to go to school a hour and a half early to lift weights with the athletic director and my friends dad 3× week I would have a bowl of cereal before and a N2Large or NLarge 2 (whatever it was prolab made it lol) strawberry protein shake mixed with red powerade post workout 🤮 that was the year I learned that I needed to eat more. Between period 1 and lunch I would eat a few PBJ and milk cartons. At lunch I ate a salami grinder, banana and more milk, sometimes after school Wendy's JBC, then sports after school and family dinner at night.

As terrible as that diet sounds, with a teenager metabolism and playing sports year round I gaind 20 lbs in a few months and my waist didn't even get a inch bigger lol. Outside of the protein shake my only supplement was creatine mono that I would mix into a gallon of water and sip on all day
 
Well, I been up since 330 am, couldn't fall back asleep, I'm not hungry and I feel like working out lol. So I'm going in for a fasted push type of day. No bench tho since I did heavy bench an press the other day.

Here's the number I need to beat, I'm gonna destroy them lol.
