Ya, a little bit of mental gymnastics but I'm gonna keep trucking. I'm definitely a little fatter then I thought. I'm not saying I'm fat at all, I'm just carrying a little more bodyfat then I thought. But I also definitely was holding water from mk, still am I think. I also forget that I'm only doing like a hour or 2 of moderate to low intensity cardio vs. The 5+ hours of Hitt cardio I was doing before. I'm worrying about stuff I shouldn't because I literally have all the playing cards to use still. More cardio, more gear, health supplements, gh, peptides, t3/4, clen (probably no clen) I'm not even using carnitine or creatine and haven't had my intra workout stuff in like a week. There's so much room for change
