It was one of those mornings when I'm walking around in the garage holding conversations with myself all stuck in a mirror or window looking at myself half crazy 💯💯💯 fukk it, who else is up at 3am doing this crazy **** was my attitude.

Wife was downstairs when I came in at 430 and said you look stinky and funky!!! I slapped her on the ass and told her ill be taking care of that tight little ass later and kept on walking

Morning AM, got in a mediocre session this morning. Started off interrupted by nature. The OG juice daddy tasted horrible and was kind of overwhelming. Maybe just cause its the first day of a new pwo. I have others to choose from. Still got in a good sweat this morning.

No lawncare this evening, going rock fishing after work. Daughter going to Kings Dominion tomorrow, son has bball tomorrow, and lawncare Sunday.

This woman has given me three beautiful kids and has been by my side through some of the craziest **** a man could ever put a woman through. Put it this way, when we met she was a corrections officer 🤠. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be able to work two jobs and provide for us to have the lifestyle we have.

Also curious, does your nutrition tracker not include fiber and sugar in the carbohydrate count? Was looking at your macro totals and was puzzled your macro numbers were lower than mine but total calorie count is about 300 more than mine. That or maybe it is missing some info. From what I was looking at your totals should have been 1857 going off of just protein, carbs and fat.

Well I kinda went fishing yesterday 😝

She was there for me when we docked and definitely put in some heavy duty work last night 💪

We are spending the day together all day, on our way to my sins bball game and then I'm not sure we are going back fishing, to the campground, or to the harbor. I'll let her decide

Morning AM, had a great weekend. Fishing was insane Friday evening, my sons bball team was down by 17 points with 10 minutes left and came back to win by 8, my wife and I got to have the camper to ourselves Saturday night and all day Sunday 🥒💦

Took it easy yesterday, ten hour day shift and did 3/4 of my own yard for leave removal, worked on the pool to get it covered, and then went to my daughter's softball practice.

Up and at it today for another week!!!!!

Morning Am, no workout this morning. Body was telling me last night to sleep in. Yesterday was an off day, I seem to be having one or two a week the last few weeks. Not sure if its the lymes or the Doxycycline, but the days it pops up sucks. Just super tired, can't focus, irritated, thirsty, anxiety, just all over the place. It just screws up the whole day, and it destroys my appetite.

Also had a wrench thrown in our routine yesterday, my oldest sons biological grandmother passed away at the age of 64 so we were all a bit bummed from the news.

So on to today, feeling a lil off at the moment but hoping it turns out to be a good one.

Morning AM, no training this morning. Must be under the weather or the lymes is kicking my ass undercover. Been sleepy all week. Was in bed last night by 730pm after a few bad decisions of food and slept in until 430am this morning.

Everything is totally positive here, just hopefully needed the extra sleep. Have to remind myself that I think I'm doing pretty dam good still getting in 3-4 training sessions and still grinding my 10-14 hour works days while dealing with the side effects of this crap

Taking the evening off today after 10 hour shift to chill, have to leave ass cracked early to have baby girl at her tournament by 715am tomorrow, youngest son has homecoming tomorrow also, and lawncare Sunday.

As of right now I do plan on some cardio tomorrow, either before we leave or just during the day at ther tournament.

You are getting plenty done bud, don't get down on yourself. It takes more for someone with your drive to slow down when needed so you should actually be patting yourself on the back!
 
Spent the day at a tournament with my daughter. Did lots of walking trying to stay moving. Didn't track nutrition but packed our food for the day.

Morning AM, up and at it this morning with a powerful first workout of the week!!!

Been feeling really good since this past Friday and hope it continues. No sides from the lymes and I stopped the Doxycycline. That **** was screwing me all up. Gonna set an appointment for more bloodwork and be sure this crap is back under control.

Gonna buckle back down in macros this week, I have dress clothes to wear Friday. Tried everything on Sunday night and was good to go.

Yeah man, if you knew him he is a gentle giant. Very smart, very quiet. 4.2 gpa and has started varsity bball since a freshman. He definitely has a ton of confidence but isn't an arrogant ass about it.

That chicken dumplings looks a lot like my chicken breast mash I am eating this week. Instead of dumplings it is filled with 4 cups brown rice, 3lbs 6 oz of chicken breast,1 can of low fat cream of celery, and mushroom soup + 2 cans low fat cream of chicken soup to keep it very macro friendly. Toss in some corn, and 3 cups of chopped broccoli and YUM!

Without the dumplings it wouldn't be bad at all, it really isn't bad with it (my dumplings)
