Thanks guys @MrKleen73 @Hyde @Rocket3015 @ELROCK

I am not focusing on this divorce at all. My focus, since we got separated, has been on bodybuilding and building my future. This will remain resolute.

Update on the divorce:

The judge has moved the case to 22nd July for arguments. Her lawyer said, they need a date to place their arguments. Till now, her lawyer was all silent and didn’t even object against any of the evidence I placed in front of the court and now this happens.

Never get divorced if you’re married. Suffer throughout your life. Its probably better than court.

Now, even my lawyer doesn’t really know what possible arguments can they coming up with. But, we will fight it out.
The correct answer was.... Never get married 😂

Sorry dude, you'll get through it and after all the bullshit is over it will just be another roadbump in your rearview mirror

okay cringe time.. I would never say Don't get married. In fact, I know I have a lot to give to my partner if I am in love. The more I get into bodybuilding, I think I am becoming more sensitive (my E2 is not bad, btw.. lol)

I am at 80.5Kgs (177lbs) bw. Checking my bw this week to see if I have to adjust calories a bit to ensure I don't pack on a lot of weight very soon. Gym performance is good.

This is my first week of truly getting into off-season mode. I wasted about 4 months of really good growth period which I definitely regret because of my travel.

Depending on what @Hyde suggests me to do, I will make the changes to PEDs and nutrition.

I am doing 150mg- Test C, NPP, Masterone per week with CJC DAC 2000mg per wee, 10mg MK-677 ED and 200mg L-Carnitine pre-workout

Hard to say tbh.. I am using injectable carnitine to help with better training performance and supercharge my PEDs. Just started this week. I am not sure if the affect is acute.

I noticed increased vascularity the first week or two.

I probably have to check on that to see if I have any change in vascularity. The only thing I am looking at it training performance. But again, I am on a caloric surplus. So, I really don't know if I'll be able to judge as well.

Left pic us today at 80.4kgs and right pic was last year same day at 83.5kgs. I was doing easily about 4gms of PEDs per week last year including orals. And now I am at 450mg total per week.

This is my 1st week into the off-season.

You worked hard and built some great muscle last year!

The thing about gear is that it can take a lot to grow/break plateaus, but once you have built it you can maintain so much on so much less. And I do expect you will be able to do more with less mg overall this year, and especially less damaging compounds.

For example, you were on Winstrol for large portions of last year. But really, other than being near a contest where we want the hardening and drying qualities, how is Winstrol better than similar mg of other AAS for growth? I mean why not nandrolone, eq, test, mast, primo?

There are even other orals that are healthier options than Winstrol.

I agree. From my perspective, I was under the impression the coach knew what’s needed and what’s not. I was going in completely putting my faith in my coach and I had no knowledge about AAS. I followed everything to the T in the plan, until I realized I don’t need 80mg of Var and 80mg of Stana a day.

I really want to do better this year and aim for the state win and place in nationals. Whatever it takes.

Thank you! I believe I have made some good improvements overall though I am lighter. I feel I am harder that last year. Time under the bar is what made the difference.

Yeah, and in his defense taking a ton of gear/orals can definitely work. It did - look what you accomplished combined with the diet and training.

But there’s a better, safer way that will let you go further, longer, I believe!

It's not been a good week overall. I was finally starting to get back on track with my training and fell sick the very next day with chest congestion. Almost recovered. Weight dropped from 80.85kgs to 79.6kgs. Just waiting to get back to gym.

Monday did my blood test. Overall it looks good. So, Hyde suggested we up the dosage and my food. Starting Monday my cycle setup will be Test 400, Mast 200, CJC DAC and MK remains at same dosage as before. Will add Metformin before bed to manage blood sugar. Also, my LDL has creeped up a little. So, more of Omega-3 and added Cholesterol inhibitor 5mg/day.

What's concerning is I have probably 4 months for my contest prep to start and I am nowhere in my off-season. But, I am not going to overcompensate for the time I lost. Will see what I can do with this time.

You can always push it back and pick another contest. But I know the feeling. Unfortunately when I'm low on time I start throwing in the kitchen sink. I'm not talking about bodybuilding, just life in general. I'm the last minute king 😂🤦

lol.. I am exactly opposite. I need a well thought out plan and then make adjustments as per situation. I'll probably look into a later show. All depends on the next 4 months.

I always start with a "concrete" plan. But my ADHD kicks in and then I change goals and directions and before you know it I'm cutting for a boxing match in the middle of my bulk lol.

Im great at setting up diets and programs for ppl and myself, but I'm terrible at sticking to the plan lol. It's like a early midlife crisis thing 😂😂😂

Nothing significant. I am using oral MK at 10mg. But, I don't know if it's the MK or just my calories, my sleep has been great.

Those arms don't look small at 180lbs they look pretty large, they say you have to gain 10lbs to put 1inch on your arms. The gains are coming !!

10lbs for 1 inch of arms? That's messed up. I have arms 2x a week. I hope that pays off.

Legs have been a strong suit of mine. Also, I love training legs. I was wondering if I should do more for back thickness than width.
If you are able to steadily raise your deadlift and stiff leg deadlifts over time, your upper back thickness will have to progress some organically.

At some point you could also rotate in front squats on leg day and swap in some weighted carries on upper back day (procure and fill a bag with sand, or a used keg with sand or water). The upper back gets worked hard in front squats, and carrying heavy loads in front of you requires pulling the elbows back hard to keep an awkward object pinned to your chest with the lats (not biceps). This is why all strongmen develop proportionally thicker upper backs. Sandbag carrying is very safe and can be done anywhere as well generally. All the time carrying is effective time under tension.

My deadlifts have improved considerably. Stiff leg is something I have to incorporate into training as we discussed about making some changes to the training. I will send the updated plan to you for feedback.
