Hello guys and gals!

JGNTYCE here with a log for Hard Rock Supplements ULTIMATE R-Andro!

I’ve been a member of AM for quite some time. I’ve done logs in the past and have been a rep for a few companies thus far. This board has given me the knowledge for supplements and how I can use them for my specific goals. I’ve also met very knowledgeable people here that have helped along the way.

Big thank you to @LeanEngineer and @Afi140 for choosing me to log ULTIMATE R-ANDRO. My goals for using this product is to assist me with my cutting phase now that summer is upon us. I do cardio sessions 4-6 times a week using the Peloton bike. I go anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.

I also lift 2-4 times a week, focusing on the compound movements. Barbell deadlifts, chest press, shoulder press, and rows. I also work on ancillary work via dumbbell bicep curls, triceps skull crushers, and dumbbell lat raises. I haven’t really done squats due to using the peloton many times a week, which gives my quads and legs a great workout.

I’m wanting to lean up more, and get that V cut that has eluded me in my fitness journey.

Looking forward to the progress I make, the constructive feedback from you guys, and the journey that will happen. LET’S GO!!!!

Took the second dose of two caps right before my cardio session on the peloton. 30 minutes and 10 miles later, so far so good. Looking forward to the progress that will occur with consistent cardio and lifting while on this product.

That's what's up. Following. I went with the Nordic track rowing machine but think now I should add a cycle like Peloton to complement the Tonal. Tonal is amazing but there's no quad development outside of squats and various standing moves.

Also, be cool if someone/company made a magnetic resistance leg developer to complement system like Tonal... If anyone knows any PM me :)

Glad to see you following along. I’ve always been intrigued by the rowing machines and the tonal.

I don’t know if it’s placebo or not, but I am usually burnt out from a lifting and cardio session by the end of the day. One of the benefits of Ultimate R-ANDRO is assistance with muscle recovery. It’s definitely working so far! I feel great!

Deadlifts this morning at 335 lbs. for 3 sets of 5 reps. Not going to heavy as I want to maintain proper form.

Came home and did a 60 minute Peloton workout. 19 miles and 700 calories is a PR for me.

Took the first dose pre workout. Things looking great so far!

Dude, you're thick as a brick!!! Can't wait to see how this treats you! I'm starting mine on Wednesday!
Haha thanks brother. I’ve always been on the stockier and thicker side. Unless I do an insane amount of cardio, and of course diet, I’ll be a fat log for sure.

I’m definitely excited for this product and how it can help me. Looking forward to your log to brother!

335 for 5 is good in my book with proper form. I've hurt my back many times deadlift so proper form is a must for me.

Good point brother. Today will be a heavy cardio day for me. My split is upper body Day 1, lower body Day 2, then cardio day on day 3.

This will be my workout split going forward using this product.

That’s true brother. Quick question. Can I take the product even on cardio days? Just asking because I won’t be doing any resistance training on those specific days.

Since hormonal in nature I definitely would. Of course I am not a Rep for them but would think that would be the case.

Couldn’t just do a heavy cardio day. I can feel the ARA and the other ingredients working through the course of my veins. I had to get a lifting session in. Pumps galore with this product!

The acute affects so far with this product is intense. Something about the muscle recovery portion where i feel like I have a lot left in the tank. Already did my morning lifting session then burned another 670+ calories on the peloton right after. It’s only been a couple days. Loving it so far.

I go by feel and listen to my body. After a long day of work, sometimes my body isn’t just up for it so I’ll take a day or two off. Then I go back on the grind to the regular schedule. I definitely don’t force it as I have in the past, which caused injury.

Took first dose of 2 caps this morning. Took the support supplements as well as a protein shake. Hit the gym and did some deadlifts. Still being on a caloric deficit I had a great workout. I weigh between 165-175 lbs, so this product is definitely going to help.

135 lbs warmup x 10
225 lbs x 3
265 lbs x 3
315 lbs x 3
375 lbs x 2

Gonna do cardio in a few hours on the peloton.

Excuse the pics since we can’t upload videos.

Haha thanks brother. I’ve been doing the peloton for a handful of months now, so my legs have gotten used to it.
