Kinda feels like I can kind of make some slow & steady progress, like when you are still natty but earlier on in lifting before you start peaking out. Not like when you are blasting & the drugs can drive the progress either, just like I have the ability to slowly work on my baseline again

That's the best and most rewarding progress.

My ability to strain through a maximal lift is so much greater than just a couple months ago, I can hardly believe it. Once I lifted the weight off tonight, the way I had the chains rigged gave me almost all their weight - about 400lbs total load at the top. Gripper strength is now also, yet again, better than ever.

I was shocked to have my wife tell me I was "too lean" in our early days, she's a pretty old school traditional woman though, I have a feeling she'd gladly cook midwest style and put another 20lbs on me without a single complaint if I let her. Gotta love a woman who appreciates a little extra on her guy (although she hates the skinny shouldered malnourished sickly looking dad bod trend). her only complaint is when the chest hair starts to tickle her face too much :LOL::LOL:

Magic Carpet sled & belt from Spud landed today! Been shopping them for a while; decided I just have no interest in listening to a metal one scrape constantly behind me on the street so I bought this to pull in the grass, and it’s portable to take to a gym to pull on tile or rubber too. We have a lot of communal green space in my neighborhood, including right behind my backyard yard, so thought it could be a fun way to get some leg volume/recovery in occasionally.

Now this is a great idea. I often don't use my titan, or tire sled because of not having a convenient place to use it. Getting out of the way every time a car comes near is an annoyance and of course hearing metal on concreted is again not what you want. How much weight can be used on this?

I believe they rate it to 600lbs!

That was exactly my thought when I saw this! He should start deadifting soon, they say toddlers have perfect form for squat and DL and it just gets gummed up as we get older and forget how to move naturally.

He actually deadlifted a 10lb plate with remarkably natural technique in the gym at my wife’s recent competition! Very cool because his previous PR was a 5lb db.
 
Added Telmisartan in at 40mg beginning last night to start getting it into my system. Also skipped my normal Wednesday 90mg of test e to lower those levels in preparation for trest ace.
 
How much Trest a week will you be taking?

Not a ton, probably starting at 70-105mg of Ace (haven’t decided yet if I want to do 10 or 15mg daily to start, plus I’m likely to miss a shot at least once a week lol).

This will be on top of 90-120mg test e/wk, and probably 200mg of primo e initially. Raloxifene will probably come into play shortly as well.
 
How has that primo cruise dose been treating you? Estro/prolactin issues?

Really well. I mentioned I had been fairly irritable for a month or so post blast, but I eventually realized I had been using a low dose of Cabergoline to combat prolactin from the low dose of deca - this likely was dopamine agonist withdrawal syndrome.

Primo doesn’t normally raise prolactin, and it actually offsets or even lowers E2 in guys, so it’s been a great compliment to the test. I have been taking 11mg Exemestane once about every other week (definitely less than I’d need on 180 test solo), and a few caps of P5P weekly, and things have been happy. I know it’s not crashing my estradiol the way EQ did because I still need a tiny bit of AI.

Real test will be this week on bloods, so I can see how CBC looks after 10 weeks cruising with it.

That's actually a good little combo with Test, Primo, and low dose Trest. Especially if you know how Trest treats you. I've always enjoyed low dose Trest with Primo or Mast and Test. Always took Inhibit P (because of P5P mainly), Exemestine, Caber on hand(never needed it), Raloxifen on hand. Haven't took Trest in a couple years, but I will again eventually.
I bet you'll enjoy that.....you might have to tell the wife to put on her running shoes. LOL

Lot going on this week: new roof was installed Wednesday, my boy has been home from daycare all week due to it closing for COVID, wife’s grandpa was put in hospice. Between those stressors & having 600 on my back Monday, I just decided to hit the minimum prescribed weight/volume for squat and then trimmed out speed pulls & some accessory. This session was still a bear; nearly got stapled the first set of 330 but sped up as the sets progressed.

Thanks for the encouragement all! It’s just the ebb & flow; you know how life goes. Her grandfather has stopped eating or drinking and they removed his fluid IV yesterday, so I’m expecting a funeral soon.

Thanks all; he’s still hanging in there so we’ll see where things go. Spent some time with the family this evening and it was definitely good for my in-laws to just play with their grandson.

This was a terrific session. Dynamic bench was moving fast, & I was able to get a lot of accessory work in. I can’t really explain it, but I feel like something has shifted inside me - like I’m finally going to the next level, whatever that means. I’m ready.

Definitely not weekly! Gotta be about the big picture, & I’ll be working heavy widegrip 6s instead of ME next week to take advantage of the Trest anabolism. Lou gives a ballpark ideal number of extra heavy reps a month, but the gist is it’s autoregulated. I was moving fast and widegrip Swiss was feeling exceptionally strong, so I threw 50lbs on and it barely changed speed! So I threw another 50 on, and that dropped way off so cut it at 2 reps.

Yeah it’s honestly really easy to hit Lats myself - I rest my hand on a counter top or shelf to relax the lat fully and just reach under with the other hand, very natural. They will hold a ton of oil.

Bought a Manta Ray from EliteFTS to act a bit like an SSB that I can take in my gym bag anywhere. Really enjoyed squatting to a deep box with it - building lots of legs AND low back power! Felt like a very raw test of strength, especially without the rebound you’d normally get from a high bar ATG squat.

26g 5/8th” luer lock that I picked up for cycles like this one - daily pins where I may want to mix a couple compounds in one shot. Something I can stick everywhere (but glutes) without as much scar tissue.

Honestly they work fine, but I would like to get some 1” 25g so I can feel better about pushing a larger volume in there (1.1ml was zero problem yesterday, fast). As well as have something for glutes when my 1.5” run out.

I have big glutes and lots of fat, and the 1.5” just seem a little excessive still honestly.

Nice. I’ll maybe try that next blast when I’m moving volume. 1.5” is probably needed for super heavyweights lol. So you have a few months before you’ll be needing those

It's not just about the weight but what that weight will be composed of. At 5'10 if I remember correctly you are already quite a thick man! At 255 unless a total fat ass you are going to be one impressive bear! I don't see you becoming a total FA, so it will have to be the latter.
